I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. It is run by a couple and has a cozy, hidden atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Ebisu station. It was my first time trying proper Mexican cuisine and I was amazed by the variety of dishes. Although I'm not a fan of spicy food, I enjoyed the visual presentation, flavors, and the fun way of eating. Time flew by quickly as I savored the delicious dishes. The use of spices was truly impressive. Despite initially thinking the portions looked small, I ended up feeling satisfied and full. It must be because of the corn!

Stylish Mexican restaurant. I've noticed that there are more Mexican restaurants in Ebisu now. This place only offers course meals, and it seems like a stylish spot suitable for dates. They seem to recommend pairing with Japanese sake. They have a performance with raclette cheese, and the presentation is interesting and visually appealing.

I visit this restaurant once a year. Neo-Mexican. I really like it here. The female chef who cooks here seems to really love cooking, and you can feel her passion. I love Mexican cuisine and I go to various places, but this place is not traditional or fast food. It's modern, but with more substance. Neo-Mexican. The beer, tequila, mezcal, and wine are all delicious, and the atmosphere at the counter is great. I will definitely be back.

Tacos and sauces in a creative world of their own. Hand-sized tortillas folded with various ingredients, including bottarga and caviar, wrapped in new ideas. The meat juices melt into the dough, creating a sophisticated and deep flavor. The accompanying sauces are spicy and complex, adding richness to the taste. A total of 7 types of tacos, including appetizers, and a 10-course meal. Pairing with 8 glasses of internationally diverse wines and Japanese sake, making it a delightful journey. Don't miss the delicate elegance of the premium tequila "Clase Azul". The warmth of the wooden space adds to the enchantment. This refined yet relaxed restaurant is also kid-friendly, a pleasant surprise. Chef Taito Koya's innovative dishes make you want to come back for more of his Mexican cuisine.

The Mexican course was priced at ¥7,150 per person and was very satisfying in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant has tables for 3 and a counter for about 8 people, located about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station West Exit, towards 2nd Avenue (Garden Place direction), on a street with trendy international bars and restaurants. The meal consisted of 9 dishes plus dessert, including appetizers: soup, chips, and tacos with 7-8 varieties. Everything was delicious, with highlights being the flavorful corn tortillas (not made from wheat flour), the quality of ingredients (salt, meat, mushrooms), and surprising combinations like tacos with passion fruit or blueberries. The appetizers included chicken meatballs with yuzu and black sesame tortillas, pork steak with passion fruit, various mushrooms with celery mole (chocolate sauce), avocado roast beef with blueberries and charcoal salt, and black beans and corn, all of which were exquisite. There was also a set for making your own tacos and a variety of delicious puddings. Although there may be some inaccuracies in the description of the ingredients due to the dishes coming out one after another, the staff were very friendly and kind. I would love to visit again and have a chat with the lovely people there. Whether dining alone, on a date, or a fan of Mexican cuisine, I believe this restaurant caters to a wide range of tastes. They likely have tequila as well, so it is also recommended for those who enjoy spirits.

I became so obsessed with tacos that I ended up buying a press machine. I finally went to a restaurant that serves tacos in courses. They had avocado and tuna, cactus and ginger pico de gallo, karunitas (pineapple and pico de gallo), takito with potatoes and eggplant, chikotore (cacao sauce), rice chips, yam, burdock, foie gras and apple tacos, agave syrup, chicken meatballs with horseradish salsa, shiitake and raclette cheese. There is so much variety in tacos that I realized how free you can be with them! The pairing course with wine, sake, and unique combinations was also great. If you're tired of Italian and French cuisine, trying out this kind of course can be a refreshing experience. I was completely satisfied.

I ordered a course at a modern Mexican restaurant that serves stylish tacos. The dishes came out in taco format little by little, so I was worried if I would get full, but in the end, a substantial amount of meat was served and I was stuffed! The restaurant is far from the station, but it's a place you can brag about if you know it.

I finally visited the Mexican restaurant KIYAS, located about a 10-minute walk from the Ebisu 3-chome intersection, which I had been curious about for a while! The interior of the restaurant is full of a crafty atmosphere, and it is managed by a young female manager alone. She handles both the cooking and the service all by herself, but she provided pleasant service from start to finish. On this day, the restaurant happened to be reserved for a private party. In conclusion, it was the most delicious Mexican food I have ever had! I liked that the tacos had soft shells, and the choice of fillings was innovative, making it enjoyable to eat multiple tacos without getting tired. The extensive organic wine list was also a pleasant surprise. Despite being busy, there were even table performances, making it a very enjoyable dinner time. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again!

I visited a Mexican restaurant located about 10 minutes from Ebisu Station in a residential area for the first time. The staff, a very friendly and cute woman along with a Mexican man, welcomed us warmly. We opted for the omakase pairing course for 11,000 yen. They recommended wines and sake to pair with the dishes. In the latter part of the course, we enjoyed a variety of tacos that combined Mexican and Japanese ingredients, offering a new style of Mexican cuisine. The selection of sake and wines, mostly from Yamagata, was delicious!

The interior of the store, including the furniture, was quite high-class. The counter is recommended for dates. It was nice that only one of the waitresses at the counter spoke Japanese, which added to the atmosphere. The chefs were all locals. Even though their Japanese was a bit broken, their smiling customer service was lovely.

A trendy creative Mexican restaurant located in a quiet residential area about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station. I visited once and have been hooked ever since, becoming a regular customer. How many times have I visited? On this day, I went with a friend who was visiting for the first time for a Mexican night out! I love tacos, and my current favorite is the "Taco Course," where you eat nothing but tacos. The course started with a warm soup, followed by dishes like Oyster Tostadas, Pork Belly Tacos, and Ajiijo with Mackerel Meatballs. The Vegetable Tacos, Foie Gras and Kyoho Grape Tacos, and other unique taco variations were also delicious. The restaurant also serves a must-try Mexican-style spicy pasta and a dessert taco with cocoa ice cream and berry sauces. The owners, Sato-san and Carlos, provided excellent service, and the atmosphere was welcoming. My friend was also impressed by the unconventional Mexican dishes. This restaurant is a rare find in Tokyo, and I will definitely be back soon. It's rumored to be featured on two major TV shows soon, so make a reservation before it gets too popular!

A hidden gem tucked away in a small alleyway with a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The Mexican-inspired cuisine is creative and stylish, with beautifully presented dishes that are both spicy and delicious. The menu is not fixed, allowing the staff to select drinks that pair well with the food, ranging from orange wine to sake. It's a place I would definitely recommend to friends.

Gourmet friend's birthday celebration, where should we go? With too many options to choose from, I decided to try something different and went for a Mexican Birthday celebration. Located in a quiet residential area about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station, this stylish creative Mexican restaurant is run by Chef Taiichi Kiya, who trained at "American Clubhouse," Ebisu's Italian restaurant "Ikra" (now known as "Hare"?) and "i-table." The restaurant opened on August 1, 2018. The name "KIYA" is spelled as is, named after Chef Kiya. I wanted to enjoy a conversation with the chef, so even though it was my first visit, I requested a seat at the counter. The counter at this restaurant is spacious, so you don't have to worry about being too close to others. I recommend sitting at the central kitchen counter to interact with the chef. The course consists of only one chef's omakase course. This time, I also asked for the alcohol pairing. First, we started with a warm soup that was quite spicy, with tomato soup topped with chicharron (pork skin crackers). Next, we had fresh bonito with avocado sauce and fermented tomato sauce, followed by Tostadas - crispy fried tortillas with toppings. The Carnitas Tacos (pork tacos) were delicious, as expected. The Foie Gras and Mango Tacos were a luxurious treat, with creamy foie gras and sweet mango. The Beef dish didn't leave much of an impression. The Charcoal-Grilled dish featured a variety of meats, allowing us to compare the flavors and textures. The pasta, a Mexican-style spicy pasta, was enjoyable. We ended with a homemade pudding and tequila. The wine pairings were Grape Republic Dela Fritzante 2018, Domaine de Bellevue Muscadet Granit Les Perrieres, Suiemon sake from Iwate, and Pino Rose 2017 from Hokkaido. The owner chef Kiya, chef Sato, and Carlos (who is still learning Japanese) make a great team, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is so cozy that I ended up having a great time chatting with two cute girls sitting next to me. For first-time customers, they serve a course menu to ensure you have a variety of experiences, but regulars can simply order "5 tacos!" It's a place where you can have a lot of fun.

I visited this place for the first time on a weekday night. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station, so the location is pretty good. The interior of the restaurant was surprisingly spacious and stylish, very clean too. It was my first time trying Mexican cuisine, and it was different from what I expected - not as spicy, with a slightly Japanese twist. I opted for the course menu, and the tacos had a Mexican flair but were easy to eat and delicious. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and I was satisfied with the service.

I visited a restaurant with my American friend who recommended it as a place where you can eat delicious tacos in Japan. We made a reservation for a course and tried the tacos together. Although I'm not sure if they are authentic, the tacos were served in a French-style and tasted very fresh. The prices of the tacos were a bit different from what I expected, but each taco had a unique taste and the presentation was elaborate. It felt like we were dining at an overseas restaurant, which was a nice experience.

I visited a modern Mexican restaurant in Ebisu in early 2019. It's quite a walk from the station. We went there for our second round of drinks in Ebisu. My friend saw it in a magazine. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere with counter seats, table seats, and even private rooms in the back. It was past 9:00 pm, so we ordered a la carte, but the main option is a course menu for 6,500 yen. We started with a glass of sparkling wine to wet our throats while we placed our order. The waitress told us to choose what we liked from the course menu. - Tortilla Chips: Such a lovely presentation! Colorful tortilla chips topped with guacamole and salsa with accents of salmon roe. - Quesadilla: A tortilla with purple sweet potato, broccoli, and plenty of raclette cheese. It's unique that it doesn't have any meat. Simply delicious. - Tacos: Even though we were already full, we were curious and ordered this. The tortilla with spinach, and well-seasoned beef was very tasty. We were only at our second stop for the night, so we couldn't eat more, but I would love to try the full course menu next time. The owner chef and the waitresses were very friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant is a bit far from the station, but it was worth it to enjoy such a stylish Mexican meal. We tried some tequila made by Japanese people and George Clooney's tequila. I'm glad we didn't drink too much at once. Looking forward to visiting again next time!

A modern Mexican restaurant opened in Ebisu. It's a bit far from the station, but it's a lovely place. They only offer an omakase course for 6,500 yen. The dishes included in the course are: butternut squash potage, bluefin tuna ceviche, anchovy meatball ajillo, foie gras taco, chicken and nagaimo taco (with beetroot in the shell), beef taco (with komatsuna in the shell), ikura guacamole, corn paste and black rice, and a meat platter with four types of meat (sirloin, chuck flap, brisket, and cheek). The dessert assortment was delicious! Total cost: 9,000 yen. Rating: 3 points.

I visited this restaurant, which just opened in August, representing the trendy girls (*'ω'*). I had never tried Mexican food before, but the combination of tacos and rice was very interesting! The attention to detail in the plates and cutlery was amazing, making the place very stylish (´⊙ω⊙`)✨ We ordered a course menu and it was so luxurious and filling that we couldn't finish it (*´꒳`*)✨ Since it's a new opening, the counter seats were filled with what seemed like regular customers✨ Despite being a newcomer, I could feel the owner's good personality (*´꒳`*) #NEWOpening #StylishDinnerDate #StylishInterior #MatchingWine #PlayfulTouch #AdultDate #GirlsNightOut #Mexican #CheesyGoodness #GreatPresentation #RelaxingAtmosphere #CounterSeatsAvailable #OpenKitchen #GirlsLoveIt

It seems to be modern Mexican cuisine. There is no menu, only one course option. It starts with soup and then four types of tacos are served, each on a beautiful plate. Having the Raclette cheese melted in front of us was a happy experience. I got excited with the three types of rare cuts of meat served.
