@furikaeriblog #Almost Ueno Osushimachi [Okachimachi]At lunch, it's meat hitsumabushi, and at night, it's a drinking establishment. The restaurant operates with different concepts during the day and night. I visited both consecutively. Before going to eat the meat hitsumabushi, I had already made a reservation at the drinking establishment, so I was really nervous about going there after eating the meat hitsumabushi. Should I stop then? No, I won't stop!! I arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 PM. The layout inside the restaurant is similar to the one in the previous article about 108 Dining. When I observed the atmosphere inside the restaurant, there were already many customers, and it was lively. At that point, my expectations were raised. First, I ordered a drink. Along with the drinks and appetizers, chopstick bags were provided, and the chopsticks inside were like fortune sticks. I don't mind this kind of thing. The result was "Averagely Good Fortune." At that time, I also placed an order for food. I ordered Sake Thief Cream Cheese, Super Chilled Garlic Tomato, Seared Stingray Fin, and Tuna Salt Yukke. My first bite impression was that they were really delicious!!! The Sake Thief Cream Cheese and Seared Stingray Fin were typical, but the finely chopped garlic in the Garlic Tomato made the texture not very noticeable, but the sweet and sour garlic flavor paired really well with the tomato and was a great appetizer that is perfect for this hot season. And the specialty menu item, Tuna Salt Yukke, when wrapped in seaweed and eaten, the richness of the tuna spreads in the mouth, making you crave for sake!!! Wait, there are only four pieces of seaweed included, which is definitely not enough!!! You can certainly eat it as it is, but the texture and taste of the seaweed go really well with it, so ordering extra is a must. Next was the Tuna Tartare Yukke, which was a food item with an element of entertainment. The Yukke was served on top of a cone like ice cream, and after turning it over on the plate, you mix the sauce stuffed in the cone. Lastly, crush the cone completely to finish! While crushing the cone, I didn't forget to look at my friend who came with me and say, "This is how I'll do it to you!!" I had an idea of the taste since I was also eating the Yukke, but the crispy texture of the cone was enjoyable. The Avocado Salmon Yukke was also perfect, with each slice of salmon having a good thickness. Avocado and salmon, do you already know how well they go together? No complaints, they match perfectly!! When you eat it with egg yolk, it's perfect for sake. The Shirasu Fluffy Eggplant Aglio Olio also allows you to enjoy the flavor of olive oil to the fullest by gently mixing it with the Shirasu. The night was really delicious, so I thought it would be nice if they also raised the quality of the meat to enjoy both sides. There was an element of entertainment that made it enjoyable, similar to Sushiebis that I had visited before, and as expected, it was a related store. However, unlike last time, I didn't order sushi, so I was satisfied throughout. Thank you for the meal.
