I felt like drinking wine, so I visited an Italian restaurant near Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. I checked on Tabelog and it seemed to be quite popular. I had high expectations as I entered the restaurant. As I climbed the stairs, I saw a large pizza oven on the left. The authentic pizza oven raised my expectations even more. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also nice. It had a slightly mature vibe and was very calming. I chose a red wine, Chianti, which was perfect for my wine mood. Italian wines overall have a good cost performance, and Chianti in particular is often a hit. The signature pizza at this restaurant had a delicious chewy crust and the tomato sauce was light, allowing the flavor of the dough to shine through. The "Paccheri with ragu sauce" was a large pasta dish with minced meat that was delicious! It paired well with the red wine. It was my second stop of the night, so I ordered a bit less, but the atmosphere, service, wine selection, food quality, and overall quality were all excellent. I don't visit this area often, but if I am nearby again, I would definitely revisit this restaurant.

I've always wanted to come here and it's been 5 years since my last visit. Massimo, the cheerful chef, is still baking pizzas in front of the oven. We shared a Margherita pizza lunch and a Pasta B lunch together. The Margherita lunch costs 1500 yen and the Pasta B lunch (with squid and olive tomato sauce) costs 1200 yen, both come with salad and a drink. We upgraded our drink to a mini beer for an additional 300 yen. The Margherita pizza is large and beautifully round, with fluffy crust and perfectly balanced sauce and cheese. It's delicious, especially when paired with the mini beer. The pasta has a rich flavor of squid in a tomato sauce. It was also very tasty. When I took a bite of the Margherita pizza, it was so delicious. I thought about ordering another pizza, but one slice was already quite filling. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that feels like you've traveled abroad to Italy. Even at late lunch hours on weekends, the place is bustling with customers. The rule is to order one item per person, so we ordered two pizzas for the two of us. They asked if we wanted the pizzas to be served at the same time or staggered. The pizza dough was soft and fluffy but not heavy, and it was delicious. The toppings were a bit salty, but still within acceptable limits. It would be nice to enjoy the pizza with beer or wine.

It was delicious! We started with a toast with sparkling wine. The assorted appetizers were all delicious and paired well with white wine. The pizzas we ordered, Margherita con Bufala and Massimo Tavio, were popular choices but seemed a bit small for the price. We intended to order the Taliata as well, but after eating two pizzas we were too full to continue. It would be nice if they offered half and half pizzas. The Gorgonzola gnocchi was chewy and had a rich sauce that I would love to eat again.

The pasta was delicious, but the pizza was especially tasty. The appetizers were okay, and I had tiramisu for dessert. The tiramisu was very delicious, light and fluffy, easy to eat. It wasn't too bitter, had plenty of cream, not too heavy, and not too sweet, just the right balance. The interior matched the concept of a dining hall perfectly. So, I think it's best to dress in office casual style. Ordering was done online, and there's a button to request dishes to come quickly for those who want that. If you don't press it, the dishes come at a leisurely pace. The flower and butterfly motif chandelier was lovely. It's perfect for special occasions like anniversaries. There was a wide variety of dishes, drinks, cocktails, and wines. However, I was surprised by the strange layout of the restroom.

Eifuku's popular Italian restaurant. The interior was quite spacious and we were able to get a table without a reservation, but it was almost full. They had child-friendly chairs available. The Margherita with buffalo mozzarella was quite firm and had a good bite to it. It was delicious. The chicken and paprika cream pasta with al dente flat noodles had a rich cream sauce that was delicious. It was quite oily.

I had "End" pizza and "Linguine con Riccio (Sea Urchin Cream)" pasta. The pizza had a chewy crust and the tomato had a concentrated sweetness and acidity like sun-dried tomatoes! The anchovies added a perfect salty touch. The Linguine had a rich sea urchin flavor that was incredibly satisfying. I definitely want to go back again!

Pizzeria Tokku in Nagafukucho, known for its pizza, was established in 2011. I ordered the most popular Buffalo Margherita, and it was delicious with the cheese stretching well. It was nice to have an espresso included after the meal.

Celebrating a birthday with 6 people, we visited this lively Italian restaurant. The atmosphere on both floors was bustling like a trattoria in Italy. While there are similar Neapolitan pizzas in other areas like Nishi-Fukucho, Shimo-Takaido, and Senzoku-Karasuyama, this place has the best-tasting pizza in my opinion. We ordered from appetizers to pasta to pizza using our phones, but there were quite a few items unavailable today. The entrance has stairs (although there is an automatic chair lift, it may be difficult for those in wheelchairs unless they are severely disabled). Ordering via QR code on the phone might be a bit challenging for older customers. The pasta comes in a large portion of 150g for around 3000 yen, making the overall pricing on the higher side, including appetizers. Normally, when dining out with my family of 6 for something like yakiniku, we wouldn't spend more than 15,000 yen, but here it would cost an additional 10,000 yen. (Just soft drinks, no alcohol for all of us). I would recommend this place for those who want to focus on pizza and pasta. For those who prefer mains or appetizers as their main dish, this might not be the best choice.

Famous pizza restaurant that I always wanted to try. The seafood pizza is full of toppings. The pizza crust is like bread dough but also crispy. We also had a mixed appetizer plate and bagna cauda, all of which were delicious. There is a wide variety of wines, and we enjoyed a sparkling bottle followed by a white decanter. Both were rich in flavor and had a luxurious taste for the price. Next time, I would like to try their affordable lunch menu.

I visited the pizza restaurant "MASSIMOTTAVIO" with a rating of 3.64 on Tabelog, which is one of the top 100 pizza restaurants in 2023 (34th out of 100). The restaurant is located in Nagafukucho, in a prime location in front of the station, blending in with the street view. The interior is spacious with many seats, and it is a popular spot in Nagafukucho, known for serving authentic Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant was crowded on weekends, offering traditional Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella, basil, and Parmigiano. It is a great place to enjoy the true taste of Naples, and it pairs well with beer or white wine.

I came here because I wanted to eat pizza on this scorching hot afternoon! They have a great lunch deal where you can choose a drink, salad, and pizza. The 1500 yen pizza is definitely a must-try - it's soft, chewy, and delicious! I'm looking for someone to go with me next time!

When I tried to go to Daikatsuken in Nagafukucho, I was surprised to find that the store was closed. However, I found a nearby Italian restaurant where I could have a reasonably priced lunch without a reservation, as they had plenty of seating available. It is a great option for a casual date. I ordered the tomato cream sauce with swimming crab for 1,650 yen.

I actually went to a highly rated restaurant on Tabelog to see if it was really delicious. [Before entering] I made a reservation for 13:30 on a holiday and visited. [Inside the restaurant] There were about 110 seats at the counter and table seats. We were on the second floor, so I didn't see the first floor. The interior had a deep Italian feel. It was lunchtime, but there were only about half of the customers. [Order] Chigoli e Bonbei: 2,610 yen, Comme Piace: 2,600 yen [Appearance and taste] I ordered both cheese and tomato base since I had the chance. Lunch came with salad and a drink. Chigoli e Bonbei was a pizza with sausage and onions. The sausage was delicious, and it felt like it would fly off when mixed with the egg yolk on top. Comme Piace was like Margherita, but I couldn't really tell the difference. The variety of cheeses was rich and delicious. The dough was pleasantly chewy and easy to eat. [Overall review] I felt that the pizza was of a very high quality with a rich flavor that I liked. The portion was quite generous for the price. It might be a bit tough for those with small appetites. It's safe to make a reservation, but there are plenty of seats, so you may be able to get in without waiting depending on the timing. Thank you for the meal.

The name "Massimottavio" comes from the owner and chef, who is from Naples, Italy. After coming to Japan in 1999, he worked at pizzerias like "La Piccola Tavola" in Nagafukacho before opening his own restaurant. Both of his restaurants have been selected as top 100 on Tabelog, which is quite impressive.
- Massimottavio: 3600 yen
- Pescatore + Mozzarella: 3400 yen
The pizza has a chewy outer crust and a flavorful inner crust that absorbs the essence of the ingredients. Both pizzas are delicious, but the real highlight is the amazing crust, so make sure to savor it.

I have been coming back to this restaurant for almost 10 years, and it is truly delicious. I never order pasta here, it's all about the pizza! My kids love it too. My favorite is the Bolognese pizza with cream on top, it's a must-have. Today, I ordered Margherita and seafood pizza for the kids, and we are all satisfied. Thank you Massimo for always serving delicious pizza.

Actually, I used to work around here about 10 years ago. I heard that this restaurant was quite popular even back then. It's true that when you move away from a place, you tend to stop visiting it, like in Eifukucho. I didn't expect it to have changed so much. It's interesting to see how times have changed, with Shoya taking over the space as a second-hand property. I visited during lunchtime. I ordered a set with one pizza and one pasta. I chose the Margherita pizza with mozzarella cheese, and the linguine pasta with snow crab and tomato cream sauce. The bread-like appetizer with a strong salty taste that came out first was delicious. It might be even better with some olive oil. The pizza was outstanding. It was perfectly cooked, with a nice crust and a great balance of flavors. The pasta was also delicious. My companion thought it was a bit too salty, but I didn't feel that way. The linguine was cooked just right, and the cream and tomato sauce complemented each other well. Overall, I would give this place a high rating. The restaurant has a good staff-to-customer ratio and provides excellent service. However, unfortunately, it seems that the staff could use better training. They were a bit too chatty and not very attentive. It's a bit frustrating. That's the only downside. Thank you for the meal.

The crab tomato cream pasta, Massimo Ottavio, and Margherita with added tomato and anchovy were delicious. The pizza had a tasty crust and was very large, perfect for sharing with everyone. The pasta was also delicious, with a chewy texture that combined well with the sauce.

I usually order the pasta alle vongole, but it's not on the menu, so I decided to try the pasta lunch menu. I chose the shrimp and avocado with mullet roe pasta, but it was not tasty at all. I even think I would fail if I tried to make it myself.

This restaurant has an atmosphere that makes you feel like you've stepped into a foreign country. From the appetizers, pizzas, to the pasta (which was so delicious I forgot to take a picture), everything was tasty and allowed me to experience something out of the ordinary. The drinks were also delicious. I definitely want to try a different pizza next time. It's because of places like this that I can't stop exploring different restaurants. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. (Reservations are recommended)

The set with the pizza did not have clear mention, but when ordering pizza online, it came with a drink. The pizza was huge in size. Prices vary, but pizzas with toppings like ham are reasonably priced. The pasta was easy to finish in one go.
