This is a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant located near Kyobashi Station, within walking distance from Tokyo Station. I visited based on the reputation of their delicious carbonara. The entrance of the restaurant has a luxurious feel, but the inside cannot be seen from the outside. When you open the door, you can't see inside, which can make you feel a bit uneasy, and the staff doesn't come out right away. However, the seating is not particularly spacious. I ordered the pasta lunch, where you can choose from several types of pasta. Of course, I chose the carbonara. At 2400 yen, it is quite expensive for a lunch without a main dish. The lunch set includes focaccia, assorted appetizers, pasta, dessert, and a drink. The assorted appetizers have a good variety. The famous carbonara is made without cream, using only egg yolk, cheese, and oil for a rich sauce. It feels like the kind of carbonara that is often served as Roman-style, even though the restaurant's name is in the style of Florence. The use of salty pancetta instead of bacon adds to the authenticity of the dish. The carbonara, being the specialty, was indeed high-quality and delicious. However, I still felt that the price was a bit high and the overall atmosphere and service of the restaurant were lacking for a Michelin-starred establishment.

Rating 3.7: I ordered the dinner course and everything was delicious, but the standout dish was the authentic carbonara. I was surprised to hear that they don't use cream or bacon in it, but the flavor was rich and intense without being too heavy. Considering the quality, location, and price, I think it's very reasonable. Rating 3.8 for service: I placed an additional order 1.5 hours before my visit and they gladly accepted it. During the meal, the staff approached us at the right times and provided very friendly and attentive service. Rating 3.8 for atmosphere: The restaurant was clean, with spacious seating that allowed for a relaxed dining experience.

I had the lunch course. Instead of the famous carbonara, I had the "Napoli-style slightly spicy tripe stew pasta." It is a tomato sauce-based pasta with a spicy kick that complements the tripe and tomato sauce well. I was asked if I wanted 50g or 100g of pasta, and I chose the larger portion. The main meat dish was also included in the course.

I visited Fiorenza in the Ginza area for the first time to try their authentic Carbonara. I opted for the course menu. The standout dishes for me were the cold Capellini with seafood, including thick Ezo abalone, and the Angus beef sirloin which was incredibly flavorful with no fatty parts. Finally, the much-anticipated Carbonara was thick pasta coated in a rich sauce of egg yolk, cheese, and pepper - absolutely delicious. It was mentioned that they don't use bacon, but Pancetta was included and it was even better. I would love to have a second helping of this dish. The meal also included dishes like prosciutto, fried torta, fresh anchovy carpaccio, and dessert.

Famous for its authentic Carbonara, we went to an Italian restaurant in Ginza for a luxurious lunch. We chose a course that included both pasta and a main dish, with options to choose from. For pasta, we went with the classic Carbonara. For the main dish, we shared a CAB Black Angus beef steak between two of us. I visited a restaurant I had been wanting to go to for a long time because I wanted to eat delicious pasta. The restaurant was full and bustling from lunchtime. I had made a reservation, so I was smoothly seated, and since I was very hungry, I ordered a set meal with a main dish and a regular size pasta. I also had seconds of bread and by the time the main dish arrived, I had already eaten a lot. I was planning to order the famous carbonara pasta, but my eyes were drawn to the pasta with shirasu (small fish), so I ordered that instead. It was delicious! Next time, I want to try the carbonara too! The meat sauce pasta with chewy noodles was also very tasty. The hamburger was made of 100% beef without any fillers! If you like meaty hamburgers, you will be very satisfied. I indulged in a luxurious course meal for lunch and left completely satisfied! I definitely want to visit again.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my companion's birthday. The atmosphere inside was cozy and suitable for dates. When we sat down, we were given the course menu. The prices were listed, which was a bit off-putting. We ordered the "Fiorenza Special Course (8250 yen)" which included: 1. Prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, fried torta, and pickled lacto-fermented vegetables. 2. Aged sea bream carpaccio with sakura shrimp capellini. 3. Seafood soup with angel shrimp, white asparagus, scallops, basil, and trapanese to change the flavor. The seafood was delicious! 4. Morning-caught eel from Tsushima and fried mountain vegetables with crispy udo and zucchini, paired perfectly with tartar sauce. 5. A true carbonara without bacon or cream, made only with pancetta, eggs, and cheese. The rich sauce and pasta were truly delicious! 6. We also ordered the mozzarella-topped pasta with tomato sauce, which was also delicious. Each dish was skillfully prepared, and the quality was quite high. Unfortunately, there was a disappointing aspect which I won't mention here, but the service was quite poor. Perhaps because it's a famous restaurant, they seemed a bit snobbish. At the outskirts of Ginza, there is a prestigious restaurant with a traditional feel to its storefront. Upon opening the heavy door, you enter a cozy space with a pleasant counter and tables for two. I had made a reservation for a lunch course which included a pasta dish and a choice of main course. I decided to try the authentic Carbonara pasta and the famous Bistecca, a beef steak dish that can be ordered for two. I also ordered a glass of red wine. The appetizers included Frittata, pita bread with hummus, Caprese salad, green peas with clams, and fried bread with seaweed. They were beautifully presented and tasted delicious with a stylish and natural flavor. Next was the Carbonara, which was quite different from the typical Japanese version, with a rich yellow color and a light sauce. The flavor of the eggs was strong, with a good balance of pepper. The Bistecca arrived as a large steak for two, accompanied by thick-cut potatoes which paired perfectly. The steak was thick and juicy, providing a satisfying meaty taste. For dessert, I had a black sugar cake, cherry blossom pudding, and tiramisu on one plate. The coffee was also delicious. The atmosphere and service were excellent, and the restaurant impressed me with its dedication to serving traditional Italian cuisine with attention to detail.
