Not only does this pizza look visually appealing with its starfish-like appearance, but it was also interesting to taste the two types of cheese used! The mozzarella is elastic and releases flavor when chewed, while the ricotta spreads quickly in the mouth. Mozzarella has a strong cheese flavor, but ricotta is light with a strong milk taste. The ricotta easily spreads in the mouth where mozzarella cannot reach, so the two cheeses work together to create a delicious taste. The cornicione (crust) is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside, with a strong wheat flavor that is delicious when chewed. The salt on the back of the dough adds an accent. The salami is gradually spicy. The tomato sauce is a type with a strong acidity. Although it is on the pricier side, it was incredibly delicious. I would like to try the classic Margherita as well. All the dishes were served freshly made and timed perfectly, making the experience very enjoyable. They had a wide variety of wines. Inside, there is a large pizza oven. I visited during lunchtime and ordered a Margherita pizza. It came with salad and a drink for only 1500 yen, great value. The pizza was cooked to perfection with a nice color. The taste was amazing, with a distinct tomato flavor that had a tangy acidity. The cheese was flavorful, and the dough was chewy with a good saltiness. When combined, it created the perfect match, a flawless Neapolitan pizza.

The restaurant was full right after opening. Truly a popular place. The interior of the restaurant was themed in blue, which reminded me of Naples (note: I've never been there, haha). I was recommended the famous Melon, but I ordered the assorted appetizers and the signature pizza, Don Salvatore. The wine that came with the assorted appetizers was great, and the pizza was especially delicious. It was a proper Neapolitan pizza. I would love to try another pizza next time. The highlight was the pancetta hidden in the corners. It's a must-order item as the taste is unique to this place. The tiramisu recommended by the cheerful middle-aged waiter was the perfect ending. I ordered the Don Salbo Pizza set, which caught my eye with its star shape, already familiar from reviews. And of course, I had to order a beer to cool off in this scorching heat. The salad arrived promptly, served on a plate with a design reminiscent of Naples (I've never been there, but it's what I imagine it to be like). As I was enjoying the generous portion of salad, the star-shaped pizza I had ordered was brought to my table. Wow, I've never seen a pizza shaped like this before. After taking a few photos, I dug in. The pizza dough was chewy and I was delighted at first. However, as I continued eating, the chewiness became quite a burden. I looked around, but there was no olive oil or anything to change the flavor. In the end, I managed to finish it with the help of some white wine I ordered. This popular star-shaped pizza may be a risky choice for an old guy like me eating alone. Looking at the plate after finishing, I noticed a painting of Naples on it (I must emphasize, I've never been to Naples or Italy). Despite being a bit too much for me, it was a good meal. As I stumbled back to work with a head buzzing from beer and wine, I thought, "Today's lunch was a success, I guess."

I visited the Komazawa Daigaku branch on a weekday afternoon, so it was not crowded. It's a good thing that salad and coffee are included on weekdays. The dessert options were only cheesecake or vanilla gelato. The espresso was the same as Bourbon.

I felt like eating pizza and I really wanted to try the star-shaped pizza at the famous restaurant "Napolis Takazawa". It was so delicious!! The crust was also delicious!! The pizza is delicious. Especially, the pizza called "Onion Magic" was amazing. I ordered Capellini thinking it was seasonal, but the taste was a bit bland which was disappointing. The fried squid had a perfect seasoning and was incredibly delicious. The downside was the customer service. When I asked a question at the register, the staff was extremely unfriendly and kept saying they didn't know. Even though the food was delicious, I left the restaurant feeling a bit sour. I don't think I'll be coming back.

I always love the appetizer platter with 5 kinds of dishes the most, as the taste and atmosphere of each dish feel just like being in the actual place. Although it's a pizzeria, everything tastes delicious. The pizza is a chewy type. The seasonal vegetable fritters are like tempura. The gnocchi with porcini mushroom cream sauce was uniquely delicious. The colorful decorations and plates in the restaurant give a nice local vibe. I might be the only one who feels that some dishes are a bit pricey for a pizzeria, but overall, I'm happy to have this restaurant near my home. We enjoyed the meal!
