On the 39th floor, this popular restaurant offers afternoon tea and parfaits. The lunchtime parfaits are now served in Pineate. Afternoon tea or evening time, you can enjoy them at The Lounge. The parfaits, created after Chef Aoki left, still carry his essence but with a more rounded shape. The new "Mango Parfait" introduced in June will unfortunately be the last parfait available for now. The regal appearance of the Four Seasons Parfait resembles a crown. The Passion Custard Choux and Coconut Chantilly Cream combination is rich and smooth. Inside the glass, the gentle sweetness of coconut ice cream pairs with a tangy mango sorbet. The refreshing mint Baba has a subtle alcohol taste, making it light and fluffy. The Pineapple and Lime Jelly add a juicy element, while the Mango Pudding is refreshing and light, almost jelly-like in texture. Despite the Mango and Passion fruit combination, the parfait is well-balanced with the rich cream. Reservations are now only available online, with different reservation pages for Pineate (from 3 pm) and The Lounge (from 6:30 pm) parfait services.

I revisited PIGNETO on Instagram in January 2023 after two months. This place offers seasonal Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients under the theme of "Abbondanza" (abundant life) in a family-style setting. I dined alone at a table by the window with a stunning night view. I tried the Strawberry Parfait for 4,200 yen, which was served in about 20 minutes. It was a sophisticated and beautiful creation by Chef Yusuke Aoki. The parfait consisted of Raspberry Chocolate, Pistachio Millefeuille, Almond Sablé, Berry Balsamic Marinade, Pistachio Crystalize, Thai Berry Rose Sorbet, Mascarpone Sorbet, Almond Crumble, Pistachio Cream, Strawberries, Rosé Champagne Gelée, Strawberry Compote, and Vanilla Lime Panna Cotta. The flavors were impeccable and exquisite. I also enjoyed the Baby Sangria for 1,800 yen, which was a non-alcoholic cocktail with Strawberry & Apple Sherbet, Orange Juice, and Rosemary. It was a photogenic and delicious drink that complemented the parfait perfectly. I can't wait to try more of Chef Aoki's parfaits in the future.

Located on the high floors of the Four Seasons Hotel in Otemachi, the view is great. The afternoon tea area in the hallway was filled with female customers, while the Italian restaurant had several groups of foreign businessmen. The pizza was large and satisfying to eat. Recommended for when you want to enjoy the view rather than the taste.

I made a reservation and went on a regular night. There were 3 adults and 1 child. I didn't have time to take pictures of the food, but we ordered: - Burrata (Caprese) - Smoked salmon salad - Truffle pizza Everything was delicious. We were considering ordering one more dish, but the cheese was quite filling.

I enjoyed the wonderful view overlooking the Imperial Palace while ordering from the a la carte menu this time. Each dish was satisfying with generous portions. I had Bolognese and Aglio e Olio pasta, both of which were delicious. The highlight was the Burrata and Truffle pizza I came for. It was amazing with a sprinkle of pepper! They even added a birthday message for my daughter on the dessert, and the service was great, so I would like to visit again.

I was lucky to be able to sit by the window by chance. If you come to this restaurant, be sure to get a window seat. Thank you for the meal. The dishes I had were: - Tuna salad (baby leaf, orange, lemon soy sauce) - Salsiccia Tagliatelle (porcini, salsiccia) - Bistecca (250g Japanese beef sirloin, peppercorn sauce)

I was brought here as a surprise and had a great time. My favorite dish was the octopus and potato caponata. The sardine pasta was also very fresh and delicious. Both the fish and meat main dishes were enjoyable, making it a highly satisfying restaurant experience.

I love Four Seasons. The atmosphere here is perfect for a date, any girl would be thrilled to be brought here. First, there is a huge door like something out of Alice in Wonderland! The door opens automatically and takes you up to the high floors in an elevator. The place you arrive at is luxurious and sparkling, with a beautiful night view. We ordered a variety of dishes a la carte, and they were all delicious. The pizza was very large and had a flavor I really liked with truffle and cheese. The desserts were also very tasty, perfect for a girls' night out. The atmosphere is just amazing! Definitely go for a date!

I visited the Italian restaurant located on the 39th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Otemachi, directly connected to Otemachi Station. I opted for the course menu this time, priced at 9,900 yen. Here is what I had: - Burrata cheese, prosciutto, melon: The prosciutto melon was delicious, although the flavor was a bit mild. The seasoning really brought out the taste of the melon. - Amatriciana pasta (I requested a substitution due to my shellfish allergy): The pasta was flavorful and had a good portion size. It wasn't spicy and very easy to eat. - Grilled domestic beef, cucumber and asparagus mimosa, salsa verde: The beef was tender and tasty. There were some tough parts towards the end, but it was still within acceptable limits. - Today's dessert: I could choose from four options. I picked the mango tart, which looked the most photogenic and was also delicious. - Coffee or tea: The drinks were a bit pricey being in a hotel, but they had a good variety. I enjoyed the terrace seating with a nice breeze and beautiful night view. Even if you're not on the terrace, the window seats offer a stunning view for a perfect date night.

Enjoy the Mango Afternoon Tea at PIGNETO at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi. This plan includes a Margherita pizza, a refreshing change from the usual lounge setting. Indulge in a variety of delicious treats made with high-sugar, incredibly tasty mango. The menu includes items like Teriyaki Chicken Mango Bánh Mì Sandwich, Foie Gras with Mango Chutney Confit, and Corn and Caramel Popcorn Tartlet. Don't miss the Mango Parfait, Mango Tart, and Mango Custard Choux. The Coconut Mousse and Mango Ginger Jelly is a must-try with its exotic flavors. The Mango Margherita pizza is also a standout item. I stayed at the Four Seasons hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday, and I made a dinner reservation at this restaurant inside the hotel. I booked the course menu "2023 VIAGGIO IN TRENO" through TableCheck on the official website, which included 6 dishes and a choice of one drink. All the dishes were delicious. Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't use the terrace seats... I would like to try the outdoor seats next time if it's sunny.

The meat, pasta, and salads I have had at this restaurant in the past were all delicious and impressive, but this time, I was not impressed. I wouldn't say it was bad, but this time, everything seemed just average. The sauce for the meat didn't seem to go well with the meat itself, and I was disappointed that the dishes were all served separately instead of being presented nicely on a plate. It didn't look as good that way and felt a bit underwhelming. The view of the night skyline was still good though.

At the top of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is an Italian restaurant. Next to it is a Michelin-starred French restaurant, est. Compared to est, the price range of the courses here is more affordable, and they also offer a la carte options, making it suitable for various occasions. They have terrace seating (no reservations available), and on a sunny day, you can enjoy the view of the Imperial Palace area below. The day I visited was during a break in the rainy season, and I wished I could have sat on the terrace, but there were no specific suggestions made. The clientele consists mainly of business people and foreigners. There were also some salarymen and office ladies who seemed to have come for lunch with just their employee ID and wallet, highlighting the difference in status among salarymen. The staff is mostly international. The atmosphere inside is casual and refined, with upbeat music playing. I ordered the 4-course menu for 9,900 yen. The bread basket that came first was quite large and had a moist, chewy texture. The appetizer consisted of burrata cheese, prosciutto, and melon. The freshness of the burrata cheese was excellent, and it was delicious. Next, there was an eggplant and scallop gratin, followed by pasta. The cheese used in the gratin was also delicious, and the scallop paired well with it, leaving a lasting impression. The pasta, on the other hand, was basic. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the noodles or the sauce, and the olives stood out the most. The main course was grilled beef sirloin with sides like asparagus. The meat was cooked quite rare, and the earthiness of the sides balanced the richness of the meat nicely. For dessert, you can choose from four types of tarts and cakes. I chose the opera cake, which was generous in portion and taste, with a generous amount of mango sauce inside. Some reviews mentioned that the portions at this restaurant are large, but I didn't feel that way after having the course menu. The location, view, quality of ingredients, and taste of the food are all excellent, but it's hard to pinpoint any outstanding features. The service staff is smart but slightly lacking in attention to detail, and as mentioned earlier, the clientele is casual. Therefore, I felt that it might not be the kind of place you'd recommend for a special occasion or go out of your way to visit among the many competing restaurants in central Tokyo. Ultimately, the beauty of this restaurant lies in its convenience, making it a high-end yet practical dining option that can be valued for everyday use. I would like to become the kind of person who can make regular use of this restaurant.

Located a 5-minute walk from Otemachi Station and about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station's Marunouchi exit, this Italian restaurant is situated on the top floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. By taking the elevator up to the 39th floor, you can enjoy a magnificent view through large windows. With the Imperial Palace right in front and no other buildings obstructing the view, the scenery may be even more beautiful compared to other hotels. Since the weather was nice during my visit, I opted for a terrace seat. Despite the slightly strong wind, the air was refreshing, and I was able to witness a breathtaking sunset during the magic hour. The dishes were light and refreshing, making it perfect for a date or anniversary. The authentic Italian cuisine paired exceptionally well with the wine. Although the view was spectacular, I felt that the wine pairing lacked flexibility and the dishes were slightly lacking in comparison to the price.

A Western-style restaurant popular among foreigners. The taste and presentation are good, but it seems they prioritize quick turnover, rushing customers with payment and cleanup. The view is amazing, but we were seated without a view, so no rating for that.

Subway Marunouchi Line Otemachi Station is directly connected to the 39th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi, where the Italian restaurant "PIGNETO" is located. I revisited the restaurant in March this year. Last time, I ordered a 4-course meal and ended up feeling full after eating bread, pasta, main course, and dessert. So this time, I didn't touch the bread much, but the portions were still large. According to the staff, the restaurant's name comes from a small town in Italy where restaurants are known for serving large portions. Other courses have even larger portions, and sharing dishes is recommended for à la carte orders. If dining alone, there is a limited number of dishes available in half sizes. The courses I ordered included: Appetizer - Burrata cheese, ham, melon; Pasta - Eggplant and scallop gratin with shrimp and puttanesca sauce on Fedelini; Main course - Grilled Japanese beef with cucumber and asparagus mimosa and salsa verde; Dessert - Mango. The champagne served was Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. Overall, the flavors were strong and may be polarizing. The restaurant's selling points are the view of the Imperial Palace to the west, comfortable atmosphere, and impeccable service. It's one of my favorite places to dine.

In the midst of this overcast weather, having lunch at a high-rise restaurant with a good view... I'm sure they reserved it in advance thinking it would be nice. It's okay, I appreciate the thought, and that alone makes me happy (>_<)! So, following my visit to "Cezan" in Kyobashi the other day, I visited another restaurant in the Four Seasons group, "Pigneto/PIGNETO". The name "Pigneto/PIGNETO" comes from a small town in the southeast of Rome. So, you can enjoy Italian cuisine with a Roman influence at this restaurant. That's what the name suggests, at least. There's actually something I want to say about the name, but most of you probably aren't interested, so I'll save it for the end. The Super El Niño, huh? It's been 40 years since the last El Niño following La Niña. This year seems to be hot with a lot of rain. Well, I'd choose the suffering of having too much water over not having enough, but still. Regardless of those words, it's good to know about the term "line-shaped precipitation band". I feel like you can't have an intellectually stimulating conversation with someone who doesn't know about that term or phenomenon. Otemachi One Avenue, where this restaurant is located, opened in May 2020, and it remains popular even after the completion of Yaesu Midtown. It stands at a precise height of 200 meters (the same as Otemachi Tower)! The view from this height overlooking the western side of the Imperial Palace is world-class. In earthquake-prone Japan, there are various restrictions, but modern high-rise buildings need to be at least 200 meters tall for a satisfying exterior and view. So, the newly opened Tokyo Midtown Yaesu (240 meters) and Tokyo Kabukicho Tower (225 meters) are impressive. In one of my favorite cities, London, there are beautifully designed buildings ranging from 200 to 300 meters tall that stand out in the quaint low-rise cityscape. In Hong Kong, where the same number of tall buildings with heights ranging from 260 to 480 meters are double that of Japan, it's just unbearable. The Burj Khalifa (Dubai) stands at 828 meters, which is four times the height of Otemachi One Avenue. I wonder what the foundation construction on the desert looks like, the modern Tower of Babel is just laughable. However, Japan is unrivaled when it comes to interior design and construction, so let's start from here, Japan! The Bar, French restaurant, and Italian restaurant on the 40th floor of Otemachi One Avenue, as well as the tea lounge, are all meticulously designed with a luxurious touch, so I use them regularly, mainly to guide tourists visiting Tokyo. So, I visited this Italian restaurant, "Pigneto," which is located on the 40th floor of Otemachi, after taking the elevator, turning left through the café lounge space. The café "The Lounge," near the entrance of Otemachi "The Lounge," is popular for its parfait and afternoon tea sets. However, if you're not particular about those, the Italian restaurant and café lounge both operate on a 2-hour reservation system, but if you can secure a good seat, the Italian restaurant offers better views and a more comfortable atmosphere. I love places like this, and if you want to satisfy a loved one, it's recommended to have a meal here and reserve "The Lounge" next door in advance, so you can spend a total of 4 hours there. The design sofa in the lounge near the entrance of Otemachi "The Lounge," with leather covering the entire back, creating a relaxed and natural drape, is my favorite Poltrona Frau's Archibald, the world's best and highest-quality furniture. However, the furniture in the window-side lounge, while standard for a luxury hotel, is not as impressive, and the very thick pillars at key points are visually distracting and feel a bit forced. Well, there are various considerations to take into account, but if you're an adult woman who's not particular about afternoon tea sets, it's recommended to relax in the window-side seats of this Italian restaurant. Being in Tokyo, the view of the western side from the Imperial Palace never gets old (о´∀`о). The 2-hour reservation from 12:00 to 16:30 is calculated on a 2-hour basis, but especially after 14:00, there are fewer people, so you can relax. It's also nice to have a lively time with four people ===========

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi (@fsotemachi) Melon Afternoon Tea at PIGNETO. A unique plan with Margherita pizza at PIGNETO instead of the usual lounge ⭐️ The mousse was incredibly delicious: "Coconut mousse and melon jelly with dried coconut", a rare combination of basil, vanilla, pistachio, and melon in the "Basil pound cake with vanilla cream and pistachio melon confit", and the "Melon and strawberry Vacherin" with the refreshing acidity and flavor of the apple sauce at the bottom were particularly delicious. Although the afternoon tea at hotels in Tokyo tends to be quite pricey, the high level of satisfaction makes it worth coming back every time. ✿ Menu ✿ Savory: Pork ham and cucumber sandwich with melon puree, Foie gras confit with maple cream and melon tartlet, Zucchini flan with melon coulis and ricotta cheese, Dill and mint oil, Melon gazpacho and tomato mousse, Marinated squid with crispy quinoa, Smoked salmon rillette with spinach, Cherry and sour cream. Sweets: Melon and citrus opera with orange passion cream, Cream cheese mousse with red meat melon confiture, Melon tart with custard cream, Coconut mousse and melon jelly with dried coconut, Basil pound cake with vanilla cream and pistachio melon confit, Melon shortcake with apple sauce, melon custard, and Chantilly cream, Melon and strawberry Vacherin with vanilla cream and dried raspberries. The top floor lounge, terrace, and restroom at Four Seasons are all fantastic! The lunch was amazing too! The marinated salmon appetizer is like a piece of art, the combination of salmon and daikon is delicious. The strawberry champagne is also amazing, but it's 2000 yen per glass, so you can't easily get refills. The steak is tender, and the truffle sauce is delicious. For dessert, you can choose from 4 options, and they even bring samples to your table. I chose the tiramisu, and it was incredibly delicious! It was the best lunch ever!

We went to this restaurant for a celebration after a successful Italian project at the Four Seasons Hotel. The entrance was lovely, just as you would expect from the Four Seasons Hotel. The 10,000 yen course included appetizers, pasta, beef fillet steak, and dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered champagne, white and red wine, and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. The highlight was the stunning night view of the Imperial Palace from the 39th floor. Although it was a bit chilly on the terrace, it would be amazing to visit on a nice weather day.
