★Standard Course (9,900 yen) ★Free Flow (additional charge) ★Standard Course ■Amuse Cream cheese marinated in miso and brown rice crackers The savory miso flavor and crispy crackers go well with wine ■Appetizer Platter Black Wagyu beef seared in sukiyaki style Fatty Wagyu beef, fragrant Arima sansho pepper, and soy sauce-pickled onions create a harmonious trio Okra with sesame dressing The strong flavor of sesame and miso adds a pleasant texture Amelra tomato Caprese "Amelra" means "sweet" in Shizuoka dialect! The cheese pairs well with it Marinated mackerel The fatty mackerel is delicious, you'll want more in a small dish ■Organic Vegetable Salad in White Dashi Dressing The main ingredient is bonito flakes, with a refreshing yuzu and white dashi flavor, and the myoga adds a summery freshness ■Large Hokkaido scallops with saltwater sea urchin, snow crab, and tomato The scallops and saltwater sea urchin are cooked slowly, with a slightly rare center, and the crispy potatoes underneath are a supporting actor The sauce based on cream, white wine, and sea urchin enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients Snow crab and tomato Garlic chips sautéed with tomatoes, juicy snow crab, and a Genovese sauce that is incredibly delicious! The unexpected menu items like this one really draw you into the charm of the restaurant ■A5 Black Wagyu Beef Steak Cutlet The "Ranichi" cut, a combination of rump and sirloin, creates a flavorful lean meat appearance, which is undoubtedly delicious The restaurant's original "daiginjo cut" (a cutting method that eliminates excess fat and sinew to the extreme) provides a clear deliciousness that spreads in your mouth There is no toughness at all, but there is a chewy texture typical of lean meat, and you can enjoy this amount without feeling greasy The meat was really delicious! The accompaniments are Kaga vegetables, zucchini, and grated daikon, showing attention to detail Grated daikon is usually associated with yakitori, but it also goes well as a side dish with beef, which was a new discovery Condiments include 5 types of garlic chips, black pepper, Deborah Lake salt, wasabi and Western wasabi, and sweet soy sauce from Kyushu Personally, I liked it with the salty salt and garlic chips ■Finale / Today's mixed rice or garlic rice Mixed rice (with snow crab) Fluffy and juicy crab with flavorful rice, along with a soup made with flying fish broth, makes for a satisfying tea-soaked rice dish Garlic rice This staple item is delicious with its simple combination of butter and soy sauce, with a strong presence of green onions ■Today's Dessert / Hojicha Passion Fruit Sorbet and Gateau Chocolat The refreshing sweetness of the sorbet and the rich bittersweet sweetness of the chocolate go perfectly together I tried passion fruit ice cream for the first time, and I think I'm hooked! ★Free Flow The drink lineup ranges from sparkling wine to Master Dream, whiskey, and other classic choices There are also many soft drink options, so even non-alcohol drinkers can enjoy it Overall, the balance between classic and freshness makes it a charming dining experience I felt drawn to the restaurant while writing this review and I look forward to visiting again in the future ☀️ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Shop ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The restaurant is about an 8-minute walk from Ebisu Station and its prominent lighting catches your eye The slightly inclined entrance leads to a cozy interior with a warm wood tone The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with counter seating, tables, and private rooms to suit various occasions Sometimes teppanyaki restaurants can feel too formal, but the staff here provided just the right amount of service, allowing me to relax and enjoy the delicious meal As mentioned earlier, the food was fantastic and offered great value for the price If you're unsure about going to a teppanyaki restaurant for a special occasion, this restaurant is a great choice and will leave you wanting to come back again and again 🍷

Ebisu Station is a 5-6 minute walk towards Hiroo. A hidden gem for adults with teppanyaki dinner!! A friend from Ebisu Street recommended the teppanyaki restaurant "Madoi". As I entered through the tea room-like "nijiri entrance", I felt like I was entering a secret hideout, and my excitement was at its peak. Although the entrance is narrow, the inside of the restaurant is spacious, with calm table seats, and it seems like there are private rooms in the back as well. Of course, I reserved a live seat at the teppanyaki front ( ̄ー ̄)b Tonight, I ordered the "Standard Course" for 9900 yen. First, we toasted with the "Master's Dream"☆ - Amuse: Cream cheese marinated in miso. The rich miso and cream cheese combination was a knockout, making the first beer disappear in an instant. - Four kinds of appetizers: marinated saury, caprese with ameera (fruit tomato), okra with sesame dressing, seared black wagyu beef. The appetizers were amazing, especially the seared black wagyu beef with ponzu onion and a touch of sansho pepper. The combination of the melting fat, the kick of sansho pepper, and the acidity of ponzu created a delicious harmony. - Organic vegetable dashi salad. A bountiful salad with tender baby greens and colorful red core daikon, dressed with a non-oil dressing of yuzu and white dashi that enhanced the flavor of the ingredients. The salad was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Then, the star of the night was revealed. The meat was Kagoshima A5-ranked wagyu sirloin. Where did the marbling go? Trimming away the excess, only 40% of the meat was used, creating a luxurious "daiginjo cut". First, scallops and vegetables were cooked on the teppan. And then, the unexpected "saltwater sea urchin" made an appearance! - Large Hokkaido scallops with saltwater sea urchin, and a platter of snow crab and grilled tomatoes. The scallops and snow crab, both in the spotlight, made a grand entrance. The snow crab with baked tomatoes was surprisingly sweet, and the scallops were finished rare. The rich sea urchin sauce enhanced the sweetness of the giant scallops. Next up was the A5-ranked black wagyu beef steak from Kagoshima! - Kagoshima A5-ranked black wagyu beef steak. Cooked to medium rare, the tender meat exuded a sweet and premium fat. Accompanied by wasabi, horseradish, black pepper, fried garlic, and soy sauce, the meat was a delight to savor. The garlic rice and crab rice were chosen for the closing dish. We ordered one of each and shared. - Garlic rice, cooked on the teppan, was delicious. - Crab rice, with plenty of snow crab, was a luxurious ending rice dish. For dessert, we had lychee gelato. A refreshing lychee gelato to end the meal.

I used it for a celebration with friends! The location is convenient, close to Ebisu Station, and the stylish, adult-like atmosphere in a quiet area was very appealing. We ordered the standard course, and from the amuse-bouche to the main dish and dessert, everything was delicious and satisfying. I think it has become my favorite restaurant so far. The atmosphere of the restaurant seems suitable for various purposes such as business meetings or dates, so I highly recommend it. Please give it a try.

The restaurant this time is [Maru I Evisu Store]. Located in Ebisu, this is a hidden gem where you can enjoy top-grade A5 rank black wagyu beef and teppanyaki. It is a bit away from Ebisu station, along Meiji Street towards Hiroo, at the intersection near the entrance of Ebisu Bridge. The exterior exudes a calm atmosphere, and the entrance is slightly low, giving a feeling of entering a hidden place. It was around 5:00 PM. Although it is a teppanyaki restaurant, there are quite a few table seats, making it convenient. The interior is slightly dim, perfect for an adult date. I decided to try the [Standard Course]. It includes the specialty premium sake cut steak, scallops, sea urchin, and more, allowing you to enjoy both meat and seafood. The course started with an amuse-bouche. Let's dig in. - Standard Course ¥9900 (Course overview below) - Amuse-bouche - Assorted four appetizers - Organic vegetable white dashi salad - Large Hokkaido scallops with saltwater sea urchin - Assorted snow crab and tomato - A5 rank black wagyu beef premium sake cut steak - Today's cooked rice or garlic rice - Special Japanese dashi soup - Today's dessert Amuse-bouche: A stylish dish with cream cheese topped with sake lees, served with whole wheat snacks. Assorted four appetizers: Roast beef, sesame okra, fruit tomato caprese, and marinated saury. The thick marinated saury and melt-in-your-mouth roast beef were particularly impressive. Organic vegetable white dashi salad: A Japanese-style salad seasoned with yuzu and white dashi. The fragrance of bonito flakes is direct and very delicious. Large Hokkaido scallops with saltwater sea urchin: Large scallops with sea urchin in a sea urchin cream sauce. The scallops were tender and full of flavor, paired perfectly with the sea urchin. A5 rank black wagyu beef premium sake cut steak (sirloin): A specially selected steak with only 40% of the finest meat served. The sirloin steak was juicy and tender, simply delicious. Today's cooked rice, special Japanese dashi soup: Crab meat on top of cooked rice. A luxurious finish to the meal. Epilogue: A restaurant with a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere in Ebisu. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, making it a hidden gem. The chef, although initially reserved, was helpful and the staff provided excellent service. With casual courses starting from ¥7700, it is a great place for special occasions or dates. There are also semi-private rooms. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The service was very polite and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. The A5-ranked black wagyu teppanyaki was not only exquisite, but the mountain vegetables were also incredibly delicious and tender. In particular, the sirloin with rock salt was addictive. It's a great place to go with family or friends, as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Located a short walk of less than 10 minutes from Ebisu Station, this teppanyaki restaurant along Meiji Street offers a variety of dishes featuring high-quality ingredients such as Wagyu beef, seafood, and organic vegetables. The courses range from 7,700 yen, making it a reasonably priced option, and the friendly service adds to the pleasant dining experience. I was invited to visit this teppanyaki restaurant in Ebisu by a friend. Despite the slightly low entrance door, I was able to enter without any difficulty. Inside, the atmosphere was calm, with a large teppan grill in front of the counter. The chef was finishing up a garlic fried rice for a customer, and both the chef and the staff greeted me with a smile. After informing them of my reservation, I was seated at the counter and provided with details of the course menu, which put me at ease. I opted for the Standard Course priced at 9,900 yen (tax included), which included an amuse-bouche, four types of appetizers, salad, seafood teppanyaki, Wagyu beef teppanyaki, rice and soup, and dessert. Being seated at the counter allowed me to observe the cooking process and the staff provided informative explanations about the ingredients. The Wagyu beef was cooked to highlight the natural flavor of the meat, while the seafood dishes were a delightful fusion of flavors. Overall, the restaurant offered a good value for the quality of food served. Here are some highlights from the meal: - Amuse-Bouche: Cream cheese marinated in miso, served with whole wheat crackers. The cheese miso dip had a familiar taste found in izakaya menus, but with a slightly more elegant touch. The wheat crackers added a nice texture and paired well with the dip. - Appetizers: A platter of four appetizers including marinated saury, Caprese with Amela tomatoes, sesame-dressed okra, and seared Wagyu beef. Each dish showcased different flavors and textures, with the seared Wagyu beef accompanied by aromatic Arima Sansho pepper. - Salad: A salad of organic vegetables with yuzu and white dashi dressing, topped with bonito flakes for added umami. - Seafood Teppanyaki: A combination of Hokkaido scallop steak with uni sauce, and snow crab with Genovese sauce. The uni sauce was creamy with a touch of sweetness, complementing the scallop perfectly. The snow crab was served with a warm tomato accompaniment, balancing the basil-heavy Genovese sauce. - Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki: A5-grade Wagyu beef steak, showcasing the leaner cuts of the meat. The beef was cooked to medium-rare as recommended, highlighting its tenderness and natural flavor. The variety of condiments provided allowed for different flavor combinations. - Rice and Soup: The meal was concluded with a crab meat-infused rice dish and a traditional Japanese soup, providing a satisfying end to the teppanyaki experience. In conclusion, the teppanyaki restaurant in Ebisu offered a delightful dining experience with a good balance of quality and value.

I used it for a banquet. The cut of the premium sake was really impressive as it had removed unnecessary parts, leaving only beautiful meat. The scallop topped with sea urchin was large, and I was very satisfied with the size and volume. The main dish was satisfyingly filling. Thank you for the meal.

I was recommended by a gourmet friend and went to 【Enkyo Ebisu】. Located along Meiji Street from Ebisu to Hiroo, about a 10-minute walk from the station. The entrance is a hidden gem that you have to slightly crouch down to enter, which is exciting! We had reserved seats at the counter for this day. This hidden gem restaurant offers the finest A5 grade black wagyu beef and teppanyaki. 【Standard Course】A5 grade black wagyu beef "Daiginjo Cut" steak, large Hokkaido scallop with sea urchin, choice of rice dishes, and 11 items for 9,900 yen (tax included). We toasted with a refreshing sparkling wine! 【Appetizer】Cream cheese mixed with miso on whole wheat crackers.【Assorted Appetizers】Four assorted appetizers that focus on the quality of ingredients without sticking to Japanese, Western, or nationalities: seared black wagyu beef, okra with sesame dressing, Amela tomato caprese, marinated mackerel.【Today's Vegetables】Organic vegetable salad with white dashi dressing with yuzu. Served with plenty of fragrant shaved bonito flakes.【Seafood Teppanyaki】Large Hokkaido scallop with sea urchin, and snow crab with grilled tomato in Italian colors. The thick scallop has a buttery flavor that spreads in the mouth, offering both aroma and taste. It is enjoyable to change the taste by dipping it in sautéed potatoes and basil sauce underneath.【A5 Grade Black Wagyu Beef Steak】Choose from lean meat, sirloin, fillet, or Chateaubriand (additional charge depending on the cut) - all generously 100g! We had the rare part of Hokkaido A5 grade black wagyu beef called Ramuichi. The highlight of teppanyaki! It was flambéed in front of us with a fiery performance! It was fatty, very tender, and the meat juice oozed out as you chewed. Comes with 6 condiments (sweet soy sauce from Kyushu, wasabi, Western wasabi, Deborah Lake salt, black pepper, garlic chips) and the accompanying vegetables are delicious as a palate cleanser.【Crab Rice or Garlic Rice】【Special Dashi Soup】We ordered both and shared! Enjoyed the special dashi poured over the rice and had a delightful end-of-meal experience.【Dessert】Passion fruit sherbet with Gâteau Chocolat. It was a very cozy counter seat. There are also table seats, so it's convenient to choose depending on the occasion. I want to go again!

☆Recommended Points☆ ① Uses only about 40% of A5 rank black wagyu beef, the "Daiginjo Cut" ② A sophisticated atmosphere, a "grown-up social space" 【Recommended Usage Scenes】 Date, Anniversary, Entertaining, Business meals 【Menu】 "Standard Course (9,900 yen)" ・Amuse-bouche ・Assorted 4 types of appetizers ・Organic vegetable salad with white dashi broth ・Large scallops from Hokkaido, saltwater sea urchin, snow crab, and tomato assortment ・A5 rank black wagyu beef Daiginjo steak ・Crab rice or garlic rice ・Special dashi soup ・Dessert 【Images 1-6】 "A5 Rank Black Wagyu Beef Daiginjo Steak" The main beef dish is the lamb ichi, a part of A5 rank black wagyu beef from Hokkaido. It can be enjoyed at 100g per person. Lamb ichi is a part of the thigh meat of the cow, which is known for its rich marbling. The recommended doneness is medium-rare, which makes the beef very tender and allows the sweetness of the marbling to be fully appreciated. Accompaniments include Kyushu sweet soy sauce, wasabi, Western wasabi, Western Australia's "Deborah Lake salt," black pepper, and garlic chips. A recommended combination is the "Deborah Lake salt" with wasabi, which enhances the flavor of the meat without overpowering it. The vegetables served alongside include lotus root, yellow zucchini, and water celery, showing attention to detail. 【Images 7-8】 "Large Hokkaido Scallop, Saltwater Sea Urchin, Snow Crab, and Tomato Assortment" A large Hokkaido scallop is butter-sautéed and served with saltwater sea urchin and a rich sauce made with saltwater sea urchin, cream, white wine, enhancing the sweetness of the scallop. The side of sautéed potatoes adds a nice touch. The dish next to it features lightly grilled snow crab on top of sautéed tomatoes with garlic chips, creating a delightful combination of flavors. 【Images 9-10】 "Assorted 4 Types of Appetizers" The appetizers on this day included black wagyu beef seared with Arima sansho pepper, okra with sesame dressing, Caprese with Amela tomatoes, and marinated mackerel. The standout dishes were the seared black wagyu beef and the marinated mackerel, both offering rich and refreshing flavors that complemented each other well. 【Image 11】 "Garlic Rice" and "Special Dashi Soup" For the finale, guests can choose between garlic rice or crab rice, but the garlic rice was selected this time. The dish was rich in garlic chips, offering a flavorful and aromatic experience. Drizzling the provided dashi soup over the rice created a refreshing garlic rice soup, balancing the strong garlic flavor with a mild and satisfying taste.

Visited at night. The place is located along Meiji Street on the way from Ebisu Station to Hiroo Station. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station. When you enter the restaurant, it has a very moody and stylish teppanyaki atmosphere. It seems suitable for dates, with a high-class vibe. We ordered the Standard Course for 9,900 yen. Here are our thoughts on each course we tried: 1. Cream cheese marinated in miso: The combination of cream cheese and the saltiness of miso was delicious! It pairs really well with alcohol. Perfect for enjoying with beer. 2. Assorted appetizers: Today's selection included marinated mackerel, caprese, okra with sesame dressing, and seared Japanese black beef. Each dish was unique and tasty. 3. Organic vegetable salad with white dashi dressing: A simple salad with a refreshing taste of yuzu and white dashi. 4. Large scallops with saltwater sea urchin, snow crab, and tomato: The scallops were juicy and combined perfectly with the sea urchin and potato, along with a rich sea urchin sauce. The snow crab and tomato dish had an Italian flavor, thanks to the Genovese sauce. 5. A5 grade Japanese black beef sirloin steak: The Chiba prefecture black beef was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The vegetables paired with it complemented the dish well. 6. Garlic fried rice: Rich in garlic flavor, this fried rice was deliciously savory. 7. Special dashi soup tea rice: A unique dish where you pour special dashi broth and steak garnish over garlic fried rice. It can be enjoyed either with a rich garlic flavor or a light tea rice taste. 8. Dessert: Salted vanilla gelato, creamy and refreshing with a great aftertaste. Overall, the restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere, but the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the dishes, especially the delicious Japanese black beef and large scallops. It's a great choice for those looking to impress on a date in Ebisu.

I visited around 7pm on a regular day. The counter seats were fully booked by reservations. It's a place where you can enjoy delicious teppanyaki that is hard to come by. Both the meat and seafood were really tasty. The staff were also very polite and the service was impressive. I'd like to try a different course at this restaurant again.

I used it for a date. It was my first visit in a long time, but they remembered me and I was able to enjoy a relaxing and cozy meal. Not only the shrimp and beef, but also the cabbage and condiments are carefully selected from the production area, and every dish was a top-notch quality that can only be tasted at a first-class restaurant. Especially, the lean steak was so tender that it melted in my mouth, yet it had a satisfying chewiness and a depth of flavor that made me want to eat more. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much!

Tonight was Ebisu. Upon the recommendation of a colleague, I made a reservation for the Standard Course ¥9,900 and visited this place. It was a hot day, so I started with a sparkling drink to quench my thirst. Oh... it was so crisp and cold, with a strong bubbly sensation. Probably the most delicious sparkling drink I've had recently! ( ... ended up drinking this bubbly until the end.) ▪️Amuse-bouche → Cream cheese with moromi miso. The combination is really good. It's great on its own, and when paired with the whole wheat crackers provided, it's perfect with alcohol. ▪️Assorted appetizers → Marinated saury with pink pepper as an accent. → Caprese with fruit tomatoes. Made with Amela tomatoes from Shizuoka Prefecture, named after the local sweet dialect "ame~ra". It's definitely sweet! → Okra with sesame dressing. → Seared black wagyu beef. Topped with Arima sansho pepper tsukudani. ▪️Organic vegetable salad with white dashi dressing. A generous serving of leafy vegetables with a non-oil dressing of yuzu and white dashi. The aroma of the bonito flakes placed on top is delightful! Before the meat, this refreshing dish is a welcome treat. ▪️Large Hokkaido scallops with saltwater sea urchin, snow crab, and tomato assortment. The scallops are really large, almost the size of a baby's fist. Sitting on sautéed potatoes, the scallops are indulgent with a saltwater sea urchin sauce made of cream and white wine. The teppanyaki of snow crab and tomato with Genovese sauce is excellent. The crispy garlic chips add a light and lingering touch. The live cooking experience right in front of you, with vibrant handiwork, is unique to sitting at the counter. ▪️A5 rank black wagyu beef sirloin steak with daiginjo cut. A5 rank black wagyu beef from Shimane Prefecture with a side of eggplant, zucchini, and shikibu-so, a rare vegetable. The beef options are lean, sirloin (+¥1,100), fillet (+¥2,200), or Chateaubriand (+¥4,400), each in 100g portions. I prefer leaner cuts, so I chose the lean cut cooked medium-rare. The seasoning options include: ・Sweet soy sauce from Kyushu ・Japanese and Western wasabi ・Ancient salt from Western Australia ・Black pepper ・Garlic And a separate serving of grated daikon. With the beef cut into 10 slices, each with a different condiment, you can enjoy a variety of flavors and be completely satisfied. Incredibly delicious and luxurious! ▪️Today's rice dish or garlic rice. Many teppanyaki restaurants have only garlic rice as the finishing option, but here you can also choose a light rice dish. I love crab, so I chose the crab rice. It's a luxurious rice dish with plenty of crab broth and meat. Also, superb! ▪️Special bonito dashi soup. The broth is really good. I tried pouring it over rice for a tea-infused ochazuke style. ■Today's dessert → Gelato from Amanatsu. Alongside a hojicha tea from Kagurazaka, a perfect ending. The service was top-notch, with impeccable timing. The beauty of the interior is impressive, and even the restroom is well-maintained, which is great. Moreover, all the hand soaps are from my favorite brand, Aesop, which I really appreciate. A clean interior, pleasant music, and beautiful decor, along with delicious food. There are private rooms available, and it's no wonder there were many couples dining. I was dining alone, but it was perfectly fine with the counter seating. There were other solo female diners as well. I'd love to come back with someone next time. Thank you for the feast ⭐︎

A teppanyaki restaurant located between Ebisu and Hiroo. I was looking forward to this dinner as I love teppanyaki. I prefer to sit at the counter to watch the live performance of the food being cooked right in front of me. It was very hot outside, so I started with sparkling wine. It was reasonably priced and pleasantly dry, not too sweet. For the appetizers, I had cream cheese marinated in miso, whole wheat crackers, marinated saury, artichoke, okra, and roast beef made with Japanese black beef. The salad with organic vegetables, yuzu, and white dashi was topped with plenty of bonito flakes. I added a glass of white wine at this point. The highlight was the seafood teppanyaki with large scallops from Hokkaido topped with sea urchin and snow crab in basil sauce. The scallops were incredibly large and delicious, especially with the butter, sea urchin, and potato underneath. The A5 rank Japanese black beef steak from Shimane prefecture was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The grilled vegetables like zucchini, lotus root, and Kaga vegetables were also delicious. I opted for garlic rice instead of crab rice, which turned out to be a great choice. For dessert, I had a gelato made with summer oranges and enjoyed a hojicha tea from Kagurazaka. All of this for less than 10,000 yen is amazing. The seafood and meat were both of high quality, and the house wine was decent. I should have opted for the all-you-can-drink option. I recommend making reservations in advance as the restaurant can get fully booked. I will definitely visit again.

The standard course is 9900 yen, so I was wondering what it would be like, but everything that came out was delicious! Even the hojicha tea served with the dessert at the end was good. It's great that they can accommodate allergies and preferences. The ingredients and cooking are wonderful, and the restaurant doesn't seem to understand the meaning of "standard" at all haha. Towards the end of the meal, a customer who had ordered the premium or special course came in, and I saw the ingredients for their dish before cooking, so I decided to try that next time.

We made a reservation for two on a regular night and visited for the first time. It is located between Ebisu Station and Hiroo Station. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish with a counter, table seats, and private rooms. On this day, we enjoyed our meal at the lively counter. We reserved the most popular Standard Course for 9,900 yen. It's great to be able to enjoy teppanyaki at this price. Additionally, we got a welcome drink with a coupon, making it a great deal. We started with cream cheese marinated in miso, a unique combination that was surprisingly delicious. The creamy texture of the cream cheese and the salty taste of miso combined perfectly, creating a addictive flavor. The appetizer platter consisted of four seasonal dishes, and the seared black wagyu was particularly outstanding, with the melt-in-your-mouth beef flavor complemented by the Arima sansho pepper on top. The teppanyaki dish featured a luxurious seafood dish with large Hokkaido scallops topped with sea urchin and a sauce made from cream and sea urchin, which paired perfectly. The generous portion of snow crab was also rich and delicious. This seafood platter was not only visually appealing but also had an elegant and luxurious taste, perfect for special occasions or special meals. The main dish, black wagyu steak, was A5 rank from Shimane Prefecture on that day. The meat cooked in front of us added excitement, and the seared surface had a tantalizing aroma and appetizing sear marks. When the meat was cooked, juicy meat juices overflowed, and the savory taste of the meat spread in the mouth. The tender meat was sweet and rich in flavor, enveloping the tongue with the richness of the fat, providing a blissful taste experience. The crab rice served as the finale was a luxurious dish that was delicious and could also be enjoyed as a soup with rice. The dessert was also delicious, and the course was satisfying until the end. This course at this price is a steal. With various course options available, it seems suitable for various occasions. It's a versatile restaurant that can be used for dates, anniversaries, or even slightly luxurious everyday dining or business meals. I would love to visit again.

Today I had teppanyaki in Ebisu♪ The restaurant I visited was Enkyo. The entrance is like a hidden door, increasing the feeling of a hidden gem. Inside the restaurant, it was smaller than I imagined, but just the right size. I was seated at the counter. I started with a glass of draft beer, cheers! It was delicious, especially on a hot day. Now, let's talk about the menu for today. I opted for the standard course which included: - Amuse-bouche: Cream cheese with miso marinade served with whole wheat crackers. The rich cheese and miso sweetness paired well with the crackers. - Appetizer platter: Marinated saury, tomato caprese, okra with sesame dressing, and seared black wagyu beef. Each dish was delicious, especially the seared wagyu beef with yuzu pepper. - Organic vegetable salad with white dashi dressing. The dressing had a hint of yuzu, refreshing and tasty. - Assorted plate of large Hokkaido scallops, saltwater uni, snow crab, and tomato. Each item was fresh and flavorful. - A5 rank black wagyu sirloin steak with junmai daiginjo cut. Cooked to medium-rare perfection, the steak was a luxurious treat. - Crab and dashi rice. The crab and dashi flavors in the rice were amazing. - Special dashi soup to pour over rice, like a tea soup. The soup was made with agedashio and was delicious. - Dessert: Summer orange gelato with chocolate cake. The gelato was more like a sorbet, refreshing with a citrusy touch. The chocolate cake paired well with it. Overall, the teppanyaki experience at Enkyo was fantastic. The service was great, and I left feeling satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal!

When you enter the restaurant, the smell of meat, seafood, and vegetables cooking on the iron plate in front of the counter stimulates your appetite and builds up your expectations. It's reassuring to have your dislikes and allergies confirmed in advance, allowing you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind. The course starts with attentive service, and the appetizers are all delicious. One of the perks of sitting at the counter is being able to watch as others' meat dishes are cooked right before your eyes, engaging all your senses. The scallops were thick and the vegetables were tasty, and this time I chose the Chateaubriand. It had been a while since I last had it at a different restaurant, and I couldn't quite remember the taste, but I thoroughly enjoyed it with various condiments. The crab rice was also delicious, with a flavorful broth. Surprisingly, the hojicha tea served as a dessert was also very tasty. It was a very satisfying and happy time. Being escorted out of the restaurant after the meal added to the excellent service, further increasing my favorable impression. It was my first visit, but I definitely want to come back to this memorable restaurant. I would recommend it to others as well.

Did you know that if you post 5 or more reviews on Tabelog within one month, you can experience being a "Premium Member" the following month for free? I found this information on the website. I was searching for information on how to use premium coupons at discounted restaurants when I stumbled upon this restaurant, "Madoy." The restaurant offers three coupons: 1) Taxi fare equivalent to one meter from the station, 2) Complimentary bubbles for toasting, and 3) 20% off with a premium coupon. I made a reservation for their recommended menu, the "Standard Course," to celebrate my friend's new business venture. The menu included various dishes like cream cheese with miso, marinated mackerel, wagyu steak, and a special dessert. The restaurant, which opened in November last year, is located in Ebisu. The entrance is low and you have to bend down to enter, which I found amusing. The food was delicious, especially the A5 wagyu steak, and the chef's expertise was evident in the preparation. Overall, it was a great dining experience with good value for money.

Teppanyaki is often seen as a luxury dining experience reserved for special occasions. However, this restaurant in Ebisu offers teppanyaki at a surprisingly affordable price, with courses under 10,000 yen! It's a great option for both special occasions and when you want to treat yourself a little. - Restaurant Name: Maroi Ebisu - Tabelog Rating: 3.06 (as of June 21, 2023) - Location: 8-minute walk from Ebisu Station - Budget: around 15,000 yen per person - Address: 1-7-17 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Green Capital Hiroo 1F - Instagram: @madoyebisu - Opening Hours: 17:00-22:00 - Closed on Mondays - Accepts card and PayPay payments I visited the restaurant for dinner on a Wednesday and made a reservation. The place was about 70% full at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday, so I recommend making a reservation. The restaurant offers a standard course for 9,900 yen, which includes a variety of dishes like appetizers, salad, scallops, wagyu beef, and dessert. The restaurant has a nice ambiance that combines luxury and casual elements. It's suitable for various occasions like dining with friends, colleagues, family, or for casual dates. The staff provides excellent service, explaining each dish in detail. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Maroi Ebisu. The teppanyaki dishes were delicious, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. It's a great option for those looking to enjoy teppanyaki in a casual setting without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!
