Ebisu doesn't have many places where you can relax and take it easy, but this restaurant is a good choice. Many customers come with their dogs, so if you don't like dogs, this might not be the place for you. However, you can sit back and relax here, which is nice. I visited with two friends for a late lunch. This was my second visit, and I decided to try the "Homemade Bacon and Roasted Onion Fermented Tomato Sauce Kitara" pasta, which was different from last time. I also got the set with an "Iced Coffee" and "Soup" for a wallet-friendly price of 1600 yen. My friends ordered the "Burnt Butter, Grilled Corn, 3 Cheese Addictive Cacio E Pepe Pavette (1500 yen with set)" and the "Black Pork x Yebisu Premium Black Beer Black Garlic Ragu Sauce Pavette (1600 yen with set)." The soup that came with the set was delicious, not just a side dish. It seems that some people come here just for the soup every day. My pasta was a tomato-based dish with a deep flavor from fermented tomatoes. It was milder than I expected, but still tasty. The Kitara pasta has a satisfying texture and is a popular item at this Italian restaurant in Ebisu. For dessert, I ordered the "Tiramisu French Toast (700 yen)," which was delicious once again. The Amazon chef Ota's Amazon cocoa is used, with a cocoa brioche at the bottom. It tasted even better than last time. My friend ordered the "Peach and Nut Nougat Parfait (2400 yen)," supervised by the pastry chef Shigeru Aoki. It had seasonal peaches, rose and lychee aromas, nuts, dried fruits, and pistachio gelato. It may sound complex, but it was really delicious, even with just a small taste. We ended up staying for almost two hours, enjoying the good food and atmosphere. I heard they will soon offer Wi-Fi here, so I might use this place as a mobile office with a cafe. Oh, I hope the staff won't mind me staying for long periods... They also have rescue dogs and cats on the second floor, which you can visit and enjoy. I might come back for dinner sometime since the menu is said to be great at night too. Gotta keep a good relationship with the staff, right?
