☆Recommended Points☆ ①The perfect combination of a bitter authentic demi-glace sauce and a creamy, fluffy omelette ②Generous portions that leave you completely satisfied [Menu] "Komurai Rice <Omurice>" (1,040 yen) *Comes with salad and miso soup This popular dish at a restaurant named after the area of Komurai is served in a plate-like style with salad and miso soup. The omelette is quite large and cooked to a creamy, fluffy half-done texture. The rice is slightly moist and firm, with a rich ketchup flavor. The dish is filled with plenty of bacon, onions, and mushrooms. The standout feature is the demi-glace sauce, which is thin and quite bitter, with a deep flavor reminiscent of dark chocolate. The combination of this bitter sauce, creamy omelette, and sweet ketchup rice creates a harmonious blend. Personally, this omurice ranks high in the demi-glace category. The regular size portion is already quite generous, so be cautious if opting for a larger portion. [Summary] Do you know the station named Komurai? It is located north of Kameido towards Kitasenju, served only by the Tobu Kameido Line, making it a somewhat minor area. However, Komurai has a strong connection to omurice, being known as the holy land of omurice due to its pronunciation as "omurice." This Western-style restaurant in the area is popular and has even appeared on television in the past. I visited around 18:00 on a weekday, and the restaurant had about three groups of customers with available seating. It doesn't seem to get too crowded due to its location. The friendly and attentive service made for a pleasant dining experience. It's clear that this restaurant is loved by the local community.

We happened to come across a restaurant with a 30% PayPay cashback offer, so we decided to go eat there with my partner. The restaurant was spacious and clean, and the hostess was very friendly. They had a variety of dishes typical of a local Western-style restaurant, and they were also quite affordable. We tried the Komurai rice (omurice) for 1040 yen, Hamburg & Napolitan for 1090 yen, and Shogayaki & Ebi Fry for 1090 yen. We also ordered beer for 480 yen. The Komurai rice allowed you to choose between demi-glace or ketchup sauce, and we chose demi-glace. The egg was creamy and delicious, with a hint of cheese maybe. The Hamburg was homemade and didn't have any unnecessary fat. The Shogayaki was a bit too strong in flavor, maybe to go well with the rice? And the Napolitan was a must-try, with perfectly cooked noodles and a delicious taste. Thanks to the PayPay cashback offer, we discovered another great restaurant. It's now one of our favorites.

I always used to buy bread at the Western-style bakery in the town, but this was my first visit to the restaurant next door. Today, I ordered the lunch special "Western-style meat cutlet" and it was delicious. The meat cutlet was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. But what I really enjoyed was the demi-glace sauce that was poured over the meat cutlet. The sauce had a rich flavor with a hint of bitterness, and I could tell it was cooked with care and time. The restaurant is famous for its omurice, named after the Komuroi station on the Tobu Kameido line, but when it comes to Western-style food, ordering the meat cutlet was definitely the right choice. There are still many dishes I want to try, so I will definitely be coming back to this Western-style restaurant.

This is a local Western-style restaurant with a good reputation. After settling in for a month since moving, I wandered around the neighborhood and visited a famous restaurant with my family. I had hamburger with Neapolitan pasta (pictured), my wife had Komurai rice (omurice), my eldest daughter had steak, and my youngest daughter had Neapolitan pasta. Everything had a rich and gentle flavor, and everyone was very satisfied. The staff at the restaurant were warm and polite, and we are already planning to visit again as a family.

I often explore the Sumida area and the surroundings of Kameido, but I never knew there was such a wonderful restaurant in Komuroi. I've heard about a popular restaurant called "Om no Hosomichi" near Keisei Hikifune that serves omurice, but I heard the line is always long. When discussing this, someone recommended KAMEYA in Komuroi for omurice. I decided to visit and try their Komuroi Meshi, which is omurice. The presentation of the dish was very convincing and matched the name of the area perfectly. It came with a salad and miso soup, which gave it a nostalgic old-town Western restaurant feel. The miso soup was incredibly delicious. The omurice had moist ketchup rice and a demiglace sauce that had a rich flavor, almost like chocolate, as other reviewers mentioned. It wasn't too sweet and didn't have any bitterness, but it had a mature taste. They also offer other tempting menu items like fried dishes, steak, and hamburgers. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal!

I visited GW during the end of the Children's Day for lunch. The restaurant has a spacious interior with 4 tables for 4 people and 6 tables for 2 people. Upon entering at 11:15, there were already 2 groups of 3 customers. I was seated at a table for 2. Feeling like having omurice because of Children's Day, I ordered the "Komurai Rice (Omurice) with miso soup and salad" for 1040 yen with demi-glace sauce. The dish was served in about 10 minutes. The demi-glace sauce had a bitter, adult taste that paired well with the acidity of the ketchup rice. However, it might be too bitter for children. You could also choose ketchup sauce when ordering. The eggs were not too runny, more like half-cooked. The ketchup rice included ham, mushrooms, and onions, providing a generous portion. Instead of soup, a "wakame miso soup" was served, giving a nostalgic Western-Japanese fusion feel. The service from the female staff was excellent, with attentive gestures and greetings at each table. They quickly refilled water without being asked. The cashier was located near the back of the kitchen, and when leaving through the opposite door, the staff politely bowed and bid farewell. Overall, the Komurai Rice (Omurice) was delicious, and the thoughtful service added to the experience. During this busy period of GW, I was impressed by the level of service compared to other places where greetings were lacking, water refills were forgotten, or orders were criticized for using the word "and" between items. Today, the exceptional service left a lasting impression. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was here. The atmosphere is like a mix of a Western-style restaurant and a cafe, with a spacious table layout and a very clean feel. The background music is light modern jazz. The daily lunch special is a 150g beef steak for 1420 yen, which is a regular menu item priced at 1520 yen, so there's a 100 yen discount for the daily special. The lunch menu consists of this, with about 10 or so regular menu items available for both lunch and dinner. These come with miso soup, salad, and bread or rice starting from 1010 yen. A la carte options are also available. Those who have a meal can add coffee for 220 yen, which is quite reasonable. This time, I ordered the Komurai rice for 1040 yen, which is an omelette rice dish. There was one person in the kitchen and one person serving, and with 4 customers including myself, it took about 15 minutes for the dish to be served. If it's full, it might take 20-30 minutes. The omelette rice looked great, with a fluffy egg and plenty of demi-glace sauce. Inside the chicken rice, there were bacon, mushrooms, and onions, so it's not just chicken. The demi-glace sauce was quite bitter, with a sophisticated taste. Because of this bitterness, I didn't get tired of eating until the end. The service was excellent, with a great smile and polite greeting from the kitchen at the time of payment. The lady in the hall even escorted me to the door, bowing deeply in gratitude. It's not confirmed, but it seems like you can get a free large serving of white rice during lunchtime. Around 11 am when they open, it's not crowded, but on weekends, it can get popular with a line forming outside after 1 pm.

"Kitchen KAMEYA Western Restaurant" is a Western-style restaurant located in Komuroi. I ordered the Komuroi rice omelette with demi-glace sauce. The creamy and runny egg, ketchup rice with plenty of moisture, and the deep bitterness of the adult demi-glace sauce blended together beautifully, making it very delicious. The ingredients include bacon, onions, and mushrooms. It was really delicious. After 10 months, I visited the restaurant on a Saturday before 12 o'clock. It was about 80% full. Last time, I tried the Komurai rice (omurice) for 1040 yen and found it to be standard in taste. This time, I hesitated between the daily special and ended up ordering the hamburger and napolitan pasta for 1090 yen, with a large serving of napolitan for an additional 220 yen. I was asked to wait a bit longer due to the orders overlapping, and it took about 16 minutes for the food to be served. I was prepared to wait for about 30 minutes, so it wasn't too bad. The hamburger and napolitan pasta came on one plate, and the portion size was generous. The small hamburger was fluffy and I liked the rich sauce. I wanted to eat it with rice. The napolitan pasta had a sweet ketchup flavor that I enjoyed. However, it was a bit oily, and the onions and green peppers in the dish were slightly overcooked, which was disappointing. The restaurant seemed to attract an older crowd from the neighborhood. It was almost full throughout the day, but they only had one person in the kitchen and one person in the dining area, so they seemed quite busy.

I found this place through reviews of people who I follow, as it was my first time at Komurai Station and I was feeling hungry at lunchtime. The restaurant in the Komurai district serves delicious omurice. The daily special, Bokkusu Tea, priced at 800 yen, caught my eye at the entrance. The staff greeted me with a lovely smile and showed me to a table for four. They provided a small cup of cold water and a wet towel. The menu included options like hamburger, steak, chicken, shrimp fry, spaghetti, omurice, and affordable drinks and ice cream. I decided to go with the omurice with demi-glace sauce. The portion was generous and beautifully presented with miso soup and salad on the side. I also ordered the chestnut ice cream for 220 yen. The omurice was flavorful with a perfect combination of demi-glace sauce, fluffy egg, and ketchup rice. The miso soup was comforting with plenty of seaweed, and the mini vegetable salad had a tangy carrot dressing. The bacon, onion, and mushrooms in the rice added depth to the dish. The rich demi-glace sauce complemented the creamy egg and flavorful rice perfectly. The chestnut ice cream had a delightful aroma and intense flavor for its price. The staff, possibly the owner, was friendly and attentive, refilling my water twice. I enjoyed the meal and would love to visit again to try the other sets they offer. Thank you to everyone who recommended this place, it exceeded my expectations in terms of taste.

KAMEYA. Shop Introduction ✨ 【Kitchen KAMEYA Western Restaurant】 ✶----------<Order>----------✶ ✤ Pork belly ginger stir-fry & shrimp fry (with rice or bread, soup) 1,040 yen ✤ Chicken Karaage 520 yen ✶---------<Impressions, Thoughts>---------✶ Today, I visited the local Western restaurant KAMEYA. The menu is extensive and everything looks hearty! As I was quite hungry, my expectations were high. About 10 minutes after ordering, the dishes arrived on a tray. When the dishes were served on a tray, it really felt like I was at a Western restaurant, and my excitement level rose. The chicken karaage had a beautiful golden color with lemon slices, Aurora sauce drizzled cabbage, and parsley. The coating was thick and flavorful, giving it a homey feel! Next, the pork belly ginger stir-fry & shrimp fry arrived with an appetizing appearance. The side dishes were similar to the karaage. The shrimp fry had a thick coating as well. The ginger stir-fry had a rich flavor, perfect for when you want to eat a hearty meal. I decided to mix it with rice and enjoyed it. The dinner was a bit late, so I stopped by this restaurant. I think you could choose between ketchup and demi-glace for the omurice. I chose ketchup. The egg was fluffy and the rice had a nice ketchup flavor, which was delicious! It felt safe to eat there. Thank you for the meal.

Today, as usual, I skipped lunch and went straight home, but before that, I ordered a combo set with hamburger and shrimp fry on rice. It came with a normal portion of rice and miso soup. This kind of meal is just perfect. The hamburger was cooked just the way I like it - a bit firm, and the shrimp fry was especially delicious. The shrimp was so tasty. I am very satisfied. Now, I am ready for my second vaccine dose tomorrow.

I'm sorry, I just really wanted to eat delicious ketchup omurice... I saw on the menu that I could change the demiglace sauce to ketchup, so I asked for it. The rice and eggs inside were also very delicious! Next time, I'll go to try the demiglace sauce omurice! The staff provided just the right amount of polite service, and they even saw me off to the entrance when I left, making me want to come back again! ✨

Omu-rice for 1040 yen. It had a light demi-glace sauce with bacon, onion, and mushroom ketchup rice. It came with miso soup and salad. The salad was nicely dressed, even on the inside. It was delicious, with good seasoning and a satisfying portion. I also want to try the hamburger Napolitan set next time.

After the end of self-restraint, I had a late lunch at the nearest Kitchen Kameya for the first time in a while. It was just before the last order at 2:30 pm, and they couldn't serve dishes using demi-glace sauce. So, I ordered a set of shrimp fry and Neapolitan. The restaurant was quite full until this time! The tables were almost full. I had Neapolitan for the first time in a while! The noodles were thin, and the ketchup sauce was excellent. It was more voluminous than I expected! The way the shrimp fry was fried and the type of oil used were fragrant and whetted my appetite. My companion had the Italian chicken sauté rice set. The service from the owner and the lady serving was excellent. Thank you for the meal.

I'm not a huge fan, but I really like omurice and eat it quite often. As long as it has a fluffy and creamy egg with demi-glace sauce, it's pretty delicious wherever you go. However, finding one that is exceptionally delicious is quite rare. But guess what! I hit the jackpot after a long time! I happened to see it on TV and thought it looked delicious. The guest on the show seemed hesitant when ordering omurice and didn't react much while eating it, so I was a bit skeptical. But I was completely blown away! There were three points that really impressed me: the slightly fragrant and mature taste of the demi-glace sauce was amazingly delicious. I even looked for other dishes with more demi-glace sauce. The bacon (or ham?) in the ketchup rice omurice added a crispy texture and great flavor. The service was also very attentive, especially considering the current situation with COVID-19. I had never been to this hidden gem in a quiet area like Komurai, but I never expected such a fantastic restaurant. My husband also enjoyed the spaghetti Napolitan and hamburger. We left feeling completely satisfied. I will definitely come back for the omurice! ❤️

I visited a restaurant in Komurai during a recent episode of "Honest Walk." The show's participants all seemed to be unfamiliar with Komurai, showing how minor it is. The restaurant featured in the episode was not well-known either. The show, despite being called "Honest," sometimes seems a bit staged, visiting eateries early in the morning when they are not open, or claiming to be able to get into reservation-only places without a reservation. Anyway, the restaurant is located a bit off the main street. I had never been there before, even though I have passed by the main street many times. I wanted to try the minced meat and hamburger, but I ended up ordering the omurice for 1040 yen. Unfortunately, they were out of the daily special as well as the minced meat and hamburger, so it would take some time to prepare. The omurice came with a side salad and miso soup on a single plate. The dishes were carried on a cart for serving and cleaning up, a sight not often seen these days. The ketchup rice in the omurice had mushrooms and bacon in it, and the egg was nice and runny, which I like. It was topped with a delicious demi-glace sauce with a rich flavor. My rating at the time of posting: 3.30

Today's dinner was at the restaurant KAMEYA, located within walking distance of Kameido Higashi-Azuma Station. I ordered the classic combo of hamburger & shrimp fry with rice and salad as a set. My companion went for the shrimp fry & Napolitan set. The hamburger with demiglace sauce had a good meaty texture and was delicious. The homemade tartar sauce with the shrimp fry made the meal even better. By 7 o'clock, the place was almost full of families. The friendly lady who served us was skilled at her job. This restaurant is part of the same group as the delicious bakery "Kamepan" located nearby. It's a great place with good value for money, and I look forward to coming back again.

This is my first visit. I ordered the "Komurai Rice" and fell in love at first sight. The atmosphere of the restaurant had a nostalgic feel and it was bustling with customers. Despite the lunchtime crowd, the service was quick. The omurice was a perfect combination of creamy eggs and demi-glace sauce, served with salad and miso soup. The softness of the eggs was just right, and the sweetness paired well with the ketchup rice inside. The ketchup rice had generous chunks of bacon and the seasoning was perfect. The demi-glace sauce had a delicious tomato flavor, and the amount and seasoning were just right. The addition of white sauce on top was a nice touch. It was a truly satisfying lunch! Thank you very much!

Downtown western-style restaurant. It's usually full at lunchtime. Nearby office workers, housewives, and elderly people from the neighborhood often use it. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, with nothing particularly special, but it feels cozy. The wall decorations change with the seasons, showing attention to detail. The staff are efficient and take orders and serve quickly. Even though the kitchen and dining area are run by one person each, they work together smoothly, even when the restaurant is full. The menu is extensive, making it hard to decide what to order. I usually go for the daily lunch special. The daily lunch special offers items not on the regular menu, and you can try two different mains in small portions, making it a great deal. I always enjoy checking the blackboard outside the restaurant for the daily lunch special. And most importantly, the food is delicious! The fried dishes are crispy and generous, with well-balanced flavors. The miso soup that comes with the set is also delicious. It has a simple but addictive taste.
