I felt like going to Hashiya in Hatagaya, so I went. I had already decided on the menu for the day. I happened to see in a magazine "POPEYED's separate volume" where a comedian recommended the menu I was going to order today. I had never tried it before, so I decided to give it a shot. I knew they had Kimchi spaghetti, but I wondered what it would taste like. The menu I ordered was Bacon, Egg, and Kimchi Spaghetti @ 1,375 + Natto Topping @ 110 + Large Size @ 110 (all including tax). After a while, the Bacon, Egg, and Kimchi Spaghetti with Natto topping in large size arrived. It was served on their usual colorful large plate. The fried bacon, egg, and foamy natto were on top of the noodles. There was a faint smell of Kimchi. This is the second most popular dish here, combining bacon and egg with Kimchi and natto. Compared to carbonara, the eggs were cooked quite well this time. It wasn't too dry. The bacon was fragrant, thick, and as always, delicious. There was a lot of bacon in it, so it was quite hearty. And the Kimchi, which I met for the first time. I thought it would be placed on top, but it was actually fried. The Kimchi wasn't as strong as I expected, with a crunchy texture of cabbage and a nice Kimchi flavor. It didn't overpower the bacon or eggs, and it matched well. The natto was mixed well and had a fluffy texture, enveloping the spaghetti. It's not for everyone who loves natto. I sprinkled some powdered cheese and parsley in the second half for a change of taste and finished it. I never knew Kimchi would go so well with Hashiya Magic. I recommend this menu! Thank you for the meal.

I prefer the Hashiya style over the hole in the wall style. I hadn't been able to visit Yoyogi-Hachiman for a long time since it closed down, so I visited a branch for the first time. I had the classic Butter Uni Tarako Squid Pasta. It was so delicious that I regret not getting a large portion. The squid was chewy, which was a highlight. If you like rich flavors, definitely give it a try! ❤️

Located about a 5-minute walk from Hatagaya Station, this popular spaghetti restaurant is tucked away a little off Rokugo-dori Shotengai. I've been going here for years and visit a few times a year. As it is a branch of the Hashiya chain, you can enjoy the same taste as the main store in Shinjuku. The exterior may not stand out, but the interior is bright, clean, and filled with a sense of cleanliness. The taste is great, and the service and hospitality are impeccable, with a friendly and homely atmosphere that I love.
- Shrimp White Sauce Spaghetti ¥1,320
- Large size +¥110
- Prosciutto Salad (Small) ¥770
I usually order the meat sauce or bacon and egg spaghetti (carbonara), but this time I decided to try the shrimp white sauce for the first time. It was not as rich as I expected, with a refreshing taste and 8 large shrimp measuring about 2-3cm each. Since the spaghetti is simple and mild, I alternated between bites of the salad and it was the right choice. As always, the large portion was filling, and I left feeling very satisfied. When I asked the staff about the size of the noodles, they mentioned that a regular portion is about 120g, and the large portion is 1.5 times that at about 180g. While the access may not be the best due to the station not being a major one, if you are a fan of Hashiya, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing good reviews around 6 pm on a weekday. There was no line outside, and I was seated at a small table for two right away. I ordered the following: ● Shiitake mushroom salad (small size) ● Bacon, egg, and kimchi spaghetti with natto topping and light noodles. I really like the salad dressing with mustard and spicy flavor. The shiitake mushrooms in the salad are always a nice touch and the portion size is perfect. The pasta was carbonara style with plenty of bacon, but I wish there was more kimchi. It was my first time trying natto in pasta, and it was delicious. I look forward to trying more items on the menu in the future. Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant had a Foodlog rating of 3.52 when visited during weekday lunchtime. It is a shop that branched off from the original "Hashiya Honten" in Yoyogi-Hachiman, known for its Japanese-style spaghetti. There was no line when visited around 12 PM. The restaurant had a different feel compared to other Hashiya shops. I ordered the Bacon and Egg Spaghetti (1265 yen) with an added side of natto. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes and was delicious. The soy sauce-based pasta, well-cooked egg, thick bacon, and fluffy natto all blended well together. I always enjoy Hashiya's pasta dishes and would like to try other Hashiya shops in the future. That's all, thank you!

Arrived at the restaurant with 3 people at 11:10 am. I was worried about the scorching heat of 36℃ in Hatagaya and the possibility of waiting for a long time, but luckily there were only reservations for a group of 5 and a group of 3, so we were able to be seated right away when they opened at 11:30 am. Today was another lucky day. I ordered my usual spicy pork with egg on top in a large portion. The other two ordered spicy tarako and uni, and bacon and egg dishes as shown in the photo. Everyone kept saying "delicious, delicious" while eating silently. Many people who were waiting left early. It's a popular local restaurant where everyone helps each other out.

Last time I came here for lunch on June 4th, I arrived 20 minutes before opening but was told there was a 30-minute wait, so I went to another restaurant feeling unlucky. This time, I arrived at 5:10 PM and was able to enter without waiting. Lucky me. It's all about timing and I understand that. I ordered the chicken liver with spicy tomato sauce, bell peppers, and grated yam from the blackboard menu, while my wife ordered the spaghetti with bacon, tomatoes, and kimchi. I usually always order the extra-large Neapolitan with a fried egg on top, but this time I couldn't resist the temptation of the chicken liver. It was delicious.

I have been going to this restaurant for a long time. I think it's been beyond the main store for quite some time. Personally, I recommend the following:
- Tarako and squid (also delicious with sea urchin and shiso)
- Spicy eggplant meat sauce
- Firefly squid peperoncino (limited to spring)
- Chilled tomatoes (limited to summer)
- Pumpkin soup spaghetti
If you order a large portion, you will get about 1.5 times the amount of noodles. The salad may seem expensive, but it is well-portioned so the cost performance is not bad.

The spaghetti was delicious, but even more addictive was the bacon salad! I want to eat it right now! Bacon Salad (small) for 770 yen, Seafood Tomato Sauce Spaghetti for 1595 yen. The crispy lettuce, perfectly ripe tomatoes, plenty of freshly cooked bacon, and mustard dressing all go perfectly together! It was very delicious. The spaghetti had the perfect length, thinness, and cooking time to my liking, and the shrimp, squid, octopus, scallops, and clams were all good quality and very tasty. The only downside was that the sauce was a bit too watery. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I couldn't find a clear answer whether it's "Hashiya" or "Hashiya" or "HASHIYA" online or by visiting the store directly. Based on Instagram, it seems like it might be "Hashiya." Anyway, I went there on a weekday morning right after they opened and there were empty seats. I ordered the Tarako + Uni Italian Salad half size. The Tarako pasta was delicious, with a subtle taste of Uni in the background adding richness and flavor. It wasn't overpowering but complemented the dish perfectly. The portion was just right and I really enjoyed it. The Italian salad had more meat in it than I expected, I would have preferred more vegetables. Maybe I should have ordered a green salad instead. The dressing was amazing, with different flavors like a hint of mustard and a touch of sweetness. It was great. I'm not a fan of celery but I could eat it because the dressing was so good. The napkins were cute. It was my first visit so I tried the popular menu items, but I think the limited-time specials would be worth trying next time.

After 2 years and 7 months, I visited a spaghetti restaurant on 6th Street in Hatagaya that I hadn't been to in a while. I've been going there for over 25 years since I used to live nearby. This time, I went on a weekend around 1:30 pm and there were 3 people ahead of me in line. While waiting, I decided to order. The menu is so extensive that I always have a hard time choosing, but recently I've been into the tarako sea urchin butter spaghetti. This time, I ordered the tarako sea urchin and shiso spaghetti in a large portion, along with a large Italian salad. The total came to 2,695 yen. The mustard-flavored dressing for the salad was as delicious as ever. I used to have the salad spaghetti as a main dish in the past, but nowadays I order the salad as an appetizer. I devoured the tarako sea urchin and shiso spaghetti and felt completely satisfied. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, wondering what I should try next.

I saw Hashiya Hatagaya on TV and felt like eating there, so I visited. I'm a bit of a follower, haha. The TV recommended the seasonal special blackboard menu, so I was torn between the Napoletana and another recommended dish, the egg, bacon, and kimchi pasta. I ordered the latter, which is basically a carbonara but without the creaminess and with a mild cheese flavor. Surprisingly, it was quite delicious! It was a new sensation! I forgot to take a photo, but the shimeji mushroom salad was also tasty, with the mushrooms being well-buttered. I will definitely come back! 😊

I visited around 12:30 on a holiday and was able to get in quickly. However, I noticed a few customers who had made reservations. ⭐️ Tuna Salad ⭐️ Ham Salad The dressing used in both salads is probably homemade and has a unique flavor. It's spicy but creamy and rich, incredibly delicious! You can eat as many vegetables as you want! ⭐️ Tarako (cod roe) and Shiso (perilla) and Squid Spaghetti A classic pasta dish at Hashiya-style restaurants. Pasta with tarako is always delicious, no doubt about it! The squid is firm and chewy, and the refreshing shiso is a great accent. It's satisfyingly filling!

Oyster, shimeji mushroom, and spinach soy butter spaghetti rating 3.6: The oysters are huge. It tastes even better with powdered cheese and herbs sprinkled on top.
Tarako (cod roe), squid, and sea urchin spaghetti rating 3.7: It's delicious with plenty of tarako. The sea urchin flavor wasn't very noticeable, so a regular tarako spaghetti would have been just as good.

I used to visit the Yoyogi-Hachiman and Shinjuku stores occasionally, but this was my first visit to Hashiya in Hatagaya. I ordered the large serving of tarako-uni pasta. In the past, I used to avoid eating uni and only ate tarako-ika pasta, but Hashiya is known for its tarako-uni (+ika) pasta. I enjoyed it and cleaned my plate.

This is also a revisit, so please skip it. This time, I ordered the classic tarako (cod roe) uni (sea urchin) squid with a variety of vegetables in soy sauce and butter. The assorted vegetables included burdock, lotus root, carrots, and zucchini, among others, totaling 10 types which made it very healthy! It was a suitable choice to accompany the high salt and purine content of the tarako uni squid. I have no idea what "Garsas Hashafriku" means! It was delicious!

Upon seeing the menu for the first time, my initial impression was that the prices were high! I thought that the lunch set for 1480 yen would come with salad and a drink, but it turned out that the price was just for the pasta, which was surprising. I was hoping that for the high price, there would be plenty of ingredients, but there were only a decent amount of squid and a small portion of shrimp. The taste was decent, but it didn't leave me wanting to come back for more. I know of other places that offer more delicious and affordable pasta sets with a drink and salad included, so I probably won't be a repeat customer.

This pasta restaurant is extremely delicious. If you want to eat a hearty pasta, this is the place to go. I wish the large size was even bigger, but I guess that's just my personal preference for portion sizes. Everything I've tried here has been delicious, and they have a wide variety of options, so I want to try more things. I'll probably become a regular customer.

The mentaiko and squid ink pasta with thick chewy noodles are irresistible. The chewiness is addictive. You can only experience this unique chewiness at this restaurant. The rich and thick flavors are delicious and easy to eat up. It makes you want to try other menu items too.

Even though it was a regular weekday at 2pm, there were many local regular customers waiting outside. The menu had a lot of options and I was having a hard time deciding, but I ended up choosing the buttery and rich mochi dish, which was absolutely delicious. However, they didn't have a lunch menu and adding a salad made the portion size quite large for women, and the price exceeded 2,000 yen, so the cost performance may not be the best.

-Uni and Shiso Spaghetti-
Visited on a Sunday around 1 pm. There was a wait of about 5 groups, but there were seats inside the restaurant for waiting, so it wasn't too bad in terms of feeling the cold. While waiting, we were given the menu to decide what to order, but there were so many options!! It's impossible to decide... People who have a hard time deciding will never be able to decide... It's a curse of a menu that you can't escape from while waiting. Sorry, I may have gone too far. I chose the Uni and Shiso spaghetti. There was a lot of finely chopped seaweed on top, and the Uni and Shiso were already mixed with the noodles. The Uni had more of a flavor than a strong taste. It was easy to eat, and I finished it in less than 5 minutes. Isn't pasta portion meant for more than one person? (Or maybe I just eat a lot)
