The grilled meat restaurant's namul is really delicious, isn't it? I always love it so much that it's never enough. The cabbage kimchi wasn't too spicy, so I think everyone can enjoy it. The Uke was as delicious as the staff recommended. It's not the usual yuke you find everywhere, but it's really delicious with the flavor of the beef carpaccio. The tongue salt was also different from the regular tongue, it really tasted like tongue. The 3-second burn is done by the staff! It's so impressive - the flames rise, and you wrap it in egg and roll it with rice! The meat is larger than you can eat in one bite, so I had to take a second bite after wrapping the meat in egg. It was the ultimate luxury.
And now the salad. The dressing was already on it, and you can also get lemon to add according to your preference! But it was delicious enough with just the dressing! It was evenly spread!
Next, the meats from the one-headed cow! I really like harami! The premium sirloin was delicious too! And the hormone was irresistible. It's just my personal preference, but the upper mino was really delicious. The Shimacho was also delicious with the sauce soaked in well. The meatball was amazing too! It was bouncy when picked up with tongs! It was tied with hormone, and you could really feel that when you ate it. The sweetness of the meatball and the bounciness of the hormone combined well, making the meatball really delicious!
The ginger and Wagyu soup was also delicious - the Wagyu was tender and tasty, and the aroma of ginger was very warming.
I missed taking a photo of the ice-cooled cold noodles because I was too curious after hearing the explanation when it arrived. The mizore made with dashi was around the noodles, and while it was salty on its own, it was delicious when eaten with the noodles!
After the grilled meat, having the cold noodles was really exciting. The portion was just right, and the taste was amazing!
The dessert pudding was really surprising. It was so delicious that it could easily be served in a cafe! The caramel was really delicious! The pudding alone was so delicious and smooth, with a strong custard flavor! But the caramel was really delicious! The caramel was really delicious, I have to say it again.
