You can enjoy the view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing at USHIHACHI Shibuya store. The station is right outside the exit. If you take the subway, it's about 5 seconds to get there. The location is truly convenient. We were seated near the entrance, and the view was amazing! You can see the Shibuya Scramble Crossing right below you. It's a sight that you don't get to see often! Bringing friends from overseas here would surely make them happy. Now, onto the food. We started with a toast of non-alcoholic All-Free. Although I chose non-alcoholic today, they have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks for those who enjoy them. For the meat, we had the ★USHIHACHI "Ippou Mori" which is a combination of 7 cuts of the day's recommended 7 different parts. You can also compare and taste different cuts. There's premium kalbi, premium loin, premium lean meat, top kalbi, top loin, top lean meat, and top harami. It's recommended to start with something light before moving on to the fatty cuts. They provide yakiniku sauce, ponzu, soy sauce, salt, and wasabi for you to enjoy. Every cut was delicious! My favorite was the top kalbi. ★Momijiori Chorogi Salad was recommended, and we ordered it. The sesame oil and seaweed flavor make this salad irresistible. ★Premium Wagyu Beef Yukke Style is made with low-temperature cooking. The combination of the egg and sweet sauce on top is amazing. The yukke is full of umami flavor. It would be a great snack with drinks. ★Namul Assortment We ordered namul as a palate cleanser. The assortment includes bean namul, spinach namul, and fern namul, all of which were delicious. ★Special 10% Tongue This is a special tongue cut from only 10% of the tongue. It's thickly sliced yet tender, full of flavor. Definitely order this. ★Rich and Delicious Red Soup (Yukkejang Soup) This soup is rich and warming. ★Smooth Silky Pudding This dessert is the most popular. It's handmade from scratch and has a smooth texture with just the right amount of sweetness. Enjoying premium meat while gazing at the Shibuya view was a wonderful experience. Thank you for the meal. I apologize for the blurry photo of the Scramble Crossing. I was so excited that it turned out blurry, but I hope the atmosphere still comes through in the picture.

I always love it so much that it's never enough. The cabbage kimchi wasn't too spicy, so I think everyone can enjoy it. The Uke was as delicious as the staff recommended. It's not the usual yuke you find everywhere, but it's really delicious with the flavor of the beef carpaccio. The tongue salt was also different from the regular tongue, it really tasted like tongue. The 3-second burn is done by the staff! It's so impressive - the flames rise, and you wrap it in egg and roll it with rice! The meat is larger than you can eat in one bite, so I had to take a second bite after wrapping the meat in egg. It was the ultimate luxury. And now the salad. The dressing was already on it, and you can also get lemon to add according to your preference! But it was delicious enough with just the dressing! It was evenly spread! Next, the meats from the one-headed cow! I really like harami! The premium sirloin was delicious too! And the hormone was irresistible. It's just my personal preference, but the upper mino was really delicious. The Shimacho was also delicious with the sauce soaked in well. The meatball was amazing too! It was bouncy when picked up with tongs! It was tied with hormone, and you could really feel that when you ate it. The sweetness of the meatball and the bounciness of the hormone combined well, making the meatball really delicious! The ginger and Wagyu soup was also delicious - the Wagyu was tender and tasty, and the aroma of ginger was very warming. I missed taking a photo of the ice-cooled cold noodles because I was too curious after hearing the explanation when it arrived. The mizore made with dashi was around the noodles, and while it was salty on its own, it was delicious when eaten with the noodles! After the grilled meat, having the cold noodles was really exciting. The portion was just right, and the taste was amazing! The dessert pudding was really surprising. It was so delicious that it could easily be served in a cafe! The caramel was really delicious! The pudding alone was so delicious and smooth, with a strong custard flavor! It's Tuesday night in Shibuya. I decided to explore a new yakiniku restaurant, "Ushi 8." I was drawn to its location overlooking the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, so I made a reservation. When I arrived around six o'clock, there were already two young Shibuya girls enjoying their meat. The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed to cater to a younger crowd. I was seated by the window and started with a refreshing lemon sour. The recommended "Gokumi Course" was ordered, and the dishes included in the course were all detailed in the photo captions. Overall, the meal was satisfying and the service was excellent. Towards the end of the meal, more and more Westerners started coming in, along with families and even two blonde Dutch girls. It was a mix of people and I wondered what drew them all here - was it Instagram, Google, or simply the fantastic location? The "Gokumi Course" may not be top-tier yakiniku, but for the price and location, it was definitely worth it. The volume of food was generous, and the service was attentive. The cold noodles at the end were particularly delicious and suited my taste.

The Half & Half Tongue option allows for a comparison of different cuts, both the salted and marbled tongue were irresistible. The Black Wagyu Beef Assortment includes a variety of cuts such as skirt, harami, misuji, sirloin, makura, kainomi, jowls, and more, providing a fun experience of tasting different parts. The grilled meatball made with wagyu fat was particularly delicious. The Filet was like a Chateaubriand, a large and high-quality piece of meat at an affordable price. The soup, finale, and dessert were all delicious, making it a satisfying course. The location is excellent, offering a great view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing while enjoying a beer. Located just a few minutes' walk from Shibuya Station, on the 4th floor of a building at the entrance of Dogenzaka where LUSH is located, this yakiniku restaurant offers a prime location to enjoy reasonably priced black wagyu beef. The interior, with its wooden decor and plenty of greenery, feels more like a cafe. We were seated at a table with a stunning view overlooking the Scramble Crossing! We had reserved the popular "Ushihachi Course," which includes 10 dishes featuring popular menu items, all for a tear-inducing price of 6,490 yen including tax! We also added a drink-all-you-can option for 2,000 yen. We started with a Kimchi and Namul assortment, followed by the delicious Ushihachi Yukke and Ikura Meat Sushi. The ultimate tongue-tantalizing experience came with the premium tongue salt, quickly seared to perfection. The restaurant also offers Akahoshi sake, perfect for serious drinking mode. The highlight was the famous Toro Meat 3-Second Seared, where the staff quickly seared thin slices of sirloin. The meal continued with a Green Salad, a mouthwatering Black Wagyu Beef Assortment, and other delectable dishes. The meal ended with a refreshing Ginger and Wagyu Dashi Soup, a tasty Iced Cold Noodles, and a silky Homemade Pudding. The young staff members provided excellent and attentive service, and the overall experience of enjoying a carefully selected black wagyu beef course with drink-all-you-can option for less than 10,000 yen in such a prime location in Shibuya was truly exceptional. On this day, I went for a day drinking session in Shibuya! I visited this place where I had made a reservation. When I arrived, the map on Tabelog made it seem like the entrance was behind the Sandrag on the right side of Mark City, but in reality, it was a building very close to the scramble intersection, making it very convenient (*´∀`*). I had the following: - Ushihachi course with all-you-can-drink - Kim Nam assorted kimchi and namul - Ushihachi Yukke raw meat, which is actually processed to taste like prosciutto - Ikura meat sushi with nori, shiso, raw meat, and ikura - Ultimate tongue salt, thinly sliced but a generous portion - Specialty 3-second seared fatty meat, which was seared by the staff and tasted amazing - Ushihachi green salad for a refreshing break - Black Wagyu platter with a selection of 6 premium meats and 2 fresh hormones - One-bite soup with ginger and Wagyu broth - Ice-cold chewy cold noodles - Silky homemade pudding For drinks, I had a few glasses of draft beer and a strong lemon sour. I went with four friends for the first time in a while. The view from the private room was awesome! It's my favorite view. We enjoyed various kinds of meat. It was incredibly delicious! We used the course with a group of close friends. We went on a weekday, but the seats were quite full so reservations are definitely necessary. The specialty Toro meat seared for 3 seconds is a must-order item. The staff sear the meat and you eat it with rice and egg, which was absolutely delicious.

On this day, I had a meal at this restaurant, "USHIHACHI Shibuya Store", located in front of Shibuya Station! It faces the Scramble Crossing, so there is no need to worry about getting lost! I ordered the ultimate course on this day. To start, we had a platter of Kimchi and Namul, which included white kimchi, yam kimchi, okra namul, and bean sprout namul. The yam kimchi was particularly unique with its crisp texture and spicy kick. We could choose from 3 types of Yukke, and we went with the recommended USHIHACHI Yukke, which is said to be the most flavorful. It was delicious with a rich beefy taste. The Uni Meat Sushi featured uni on top of meat sushi, a genius combination! The shiso leaf added a refreshing touch. The Tongue Assortment included the ultimate premium tongue salt, offering a tender texture and a direct taste of tongue flavor. The Marbled Meat Sushi, seared for 3 seconds, was a must-try. The meat melted in the mouth, especially when paired with egg yolk and rice. The Green Salad was a refreshing break with crunchy cabbage and a tasty dressing. I visited 【USHIHACHI Shibuya】 for dinner after having lunch there before. When you're feeling the summer heat, nothing beats some good meat, right? The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a building facing the scramble intersection at Shibuya Station, making it very accessible. The interior is stylish, and depending on how busy it is, you can even leave the grilling to the staff. The cost performance of the courses is good, and adding the drink-all-you-can option doesn't make it too expensive. I ordered the "Ultimate Course" for ¥8690 with the drink-all-you-can option for ¥2000. It's so hot these days that I tend to drink a lot, so having the drink-all-you-can option gives me peace of mind. First, we had the ■ Kimchi Platter with Napa Cabbage Kimchi, Nagaimo (Chinese yam) Kimchi, Okra Namul, and Bean Sprout Namul. Appetizers at a yakiniku restaurant are always a good start. ■ I chose the standard USHIHACHI Yukhoe. There were also options for Tofu Yukhoe and Honey Yukhoe, but the classic Yukhoe is always a safe choice, right? ■ Uni Meat Sushi with shiso leaves for a beautiful presentation. ■ Ultimate Tongue with Salt and Marbled 10% Tongue Half & Half. It's nice to have both thinly sliced and in chunks. ■ Specialty Toro (fatty) Meat seared for 3 seconds. First as it is, then with egg yolk, and finally wrapped in a bit of rice. ■ USHIHACHI Green Salad with lemon juice for a refreshing taste. The crunchy cabbage adds a nice touch. ■ Black Wagyu Beef Platter (Selected cuts of 6 types: Tatebara, Katakana, Upper Harami, Shoulder Triangle, Ichibo, Wagyu Meatball, and 2 types of fresh offal: Upper Mino, Shimachou). The cuts vary daily and are served with a good balance of sauce and salt. It's nice to have a variety of cuts, and I was happy to see my favorite cuts like Shoulder Triangle and Ichibo. ■ Premium Lean Meat (Filet) juicy and tender! ■ A bite-sized soup with ginger and Wagyu beef to settle the stomach. ■ For the finishing touch, I had the chewy cold noodles, while my companion had the Wagyu minced meat bowl. There was also an option for fresh udon. Being able to choose individually is the best. The flavor was a bit strong, though. ■ For dessert, we both had the Silky Homemade Pudding. There was also an option for Almond Tofu. First as it is, then with caramel sauce added! The rich pudding was delicious. Despite not having much appetite due to the heat, this meal filled me up nicely. Thank you for the feast.

The course had good value for money, but the speed of food service was very fast, making us feel rushed. However, we were asked about last order about 3 times, which was confusing. The restaurant is located right by the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, which is excellent.

Located in a spot where you can overlook the scramble intersection from above, this restaurant caught my eye from below. I ordered various popular dishes, and they were all more delicious than I had imagined. There were about three types of yukhoe, and I want to try all of them next time. The thinly sliced beef, seared quickly and eaten with egg and rice, was incredibly tender even when rare, melting in my mouth. Highly recommended!

[Food eaten] Raw ground and grilled ground (¥2,519) Rice and soup are free refills. The rare hamburger is grilled on the iron plate for 5 minutes. While waiting for it to cook, put the Yukke on the rice!! The rice was slightly soft, so personally I thought it would be better a little firmer to go with the egg yolk and sauce! (It becomes even more runny with egg yolk, sauce, and meat juice...) The hamburger had a fluffy texture and was delicious!!

- Negi Shio Tan (Green Onion Salted Tongue) - Wagyu Upper Kalbi - Wagyu Ishiyaki Pipinpa - Niku Ikura (2 pieces) - Choose Yukke (Ushi Hachi Yukke/Tororo Yukke/Honey Yukke) - Wagyu Sukiyaki - Ice Sukiyaki The meat for the Sukiyaki was large and paired perfectly with the egg. The location, just a 1-minute walk from the station, is excellent. However, the Yukke didn't seem to offer good value for the price. Despite having a good number of staff, the operation didn't seem to run smoothly, which was disappointing.

Ushihachi-san had always wanted to go but never had the chance until the 10th-anniversary appreciation event, where the high cost performance was shocking. The highlight was the 8 yen toast drink. For the special price, you could enjoy 8 selected items. The menu included items like Niku Ikura, a choice of three Yukke, Negi Shio Tan, the popular Toro Meat seared for 3 seconds, Wagyu Upper Kalbi, and Wagyu Stone Bibimbap, all for 888 yen. Niku Ikura, a meat sushi sandwiched between large leaves and seaweed, was delicious with the sweetness of the meat standing out. The Yukke options were Ushihachi Yukke, Tororo Yukke, and Honey Yukke, served in a waffle cone. The Honey Yukke with its egg yolk inside the cone was a delightful mix of sweetness. The thinly sliced Negi Shio Tan, rolled up with plenty of green onions, was flavorful and tender. The standout dish was the Toro Meat seared for 3 seconds, where the staff's fiery cooking style added to the excitement. The Wagyu Upper Kalbi and Brisket were both meaty and delicious, with the Brisket being particularly tender and flavorful. The meal was finished off with the staff mixing the Stone Bibimbap right in front of you, with the option to add spicy gochujang for those who like it hot. The crispy rice at the bottom was a highlight. Along with side dishes like Zenmai Namul and various vegetables, the flavorful seasoning made the meal truly satisfying. Even for someone with a big appetite like me, this meal was more than enough. Lastly, the dessert of the day was a choice of Vanilla Ice Cream or Yuzu Sherbet for 88 yen. All the dishes were so delicious, so if you love meat, be sure to give this place a try!

It seems to be a trendy shop that you have to make a reservation to get in. I used it with 5 acquaintances. When my acquaintance asked if they could smoke, they said you can smoke in the VIP room with an electronic cigarette, and we moved seats. I think they said it was 5000 yen per room. Amazing! Cool! Miracle! These are the feelings I had when looking down at the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. This view is not something you see every day. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a building in front of Shibuya Station, and it not only offers a great view but also serves delicious and reasonably priced yakiniku (grilled meat). Ushihachi is a yakiniku restaurant operated by Passion and Create Co., Ltd., with multiple locations in Shibuya, Futakotamagawa, Aobadai, Shinagawa, and more. Today, we tried the popular Ushihachi course, priced at 6,490 yen including tax. It includes popular items such as meat sushi, a platter of seven cuts of black wagyu beef, beef yukhoe (Korean-style beef tartare), and seared fatty meat for 3 seconds, among others. This course also includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2,000 yen, featuring a sparkling wine toast. The meal started with a platter of kimchi and namul (seasoned vegetables), followed by chilled beef yukhoe. The ikura (salmon roe) meat sushi with shiso leaf was a delightful harmony of flavors. The ultimate tongue salt dish was a must-try, and the seared fatty meat was a highlight cooked by the staff. The green salad was refreshing, and the platter of seven cuts of black wagyu beef was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. To cleanse the palate, we enjoyed a one-bite soup with ginger and wagyu beef broth, followed by icy cold noodles and homemade silky-smooth pudding for dessert. Despite being located in a prime spot near the station, the dining experience at Ushihachi was incredibly satisfying, with a great view, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant. I went for delicious yakiniku with a friend after shopping! The restaurant is located on top of a building that houses L'Occitane, super close to the station, making it a perfect location regardless of the weather. The interior has walls that look like rocks and some greenery, giving it a Disney-like atmosphere. We managed to get a lovely window seat overlooking the scramble crossing. The place was quite busy even in the early evening, as they are open all day on weekends. Ushihachi buys a whole A4 female black wagyu cow, which ensures high-quality and reasonable priced meat. Knowing how delicious it is, we opted for the popular Ushihachi course with all-you-can-drink option. With a wide variety of drinks available for the course, the all-you-can-drink option is recommended! We started with kimchi, namul beansprouts, spinach, and kimchi. The texture of the beansprouts was great, and the seasoning was just right! We couldn't stop eating them. The Ushihachi Yukke, with a sweet and savory sauce mixed with egg yolk, was delicious! The meat was lean and light, which was great! The meat sushi with salmon roe was a first for me, and the combination of the melt-in-your-mouth meat with the popping texture of the salmon roe was delightful. The shiso leaf in between added a refreshing touch. I might even prefer this over uni! The meat feast began with a unique preparation of "lemon and beef fat" on the grill to cleanse it, followed by the beef fat to enhance the flavor. This is a secret technique to bring out the deliciousness of the meat! The ultimate tongue salt was cut quite thin. I like thick cuts, but for tongue, I prefer thin slices. It was cooked well without becoming tough, and the tongue flavor was rich and delicious. The famous three-second seared fatty meat was a large piece of marbled fatty meat. The staff seared it to perfection. The key is indeed three seconds! The juiciness and melting texture in the mouth were incredible! We enjoyed it as it is, mixed with sauce and egg yolk, or wrapped in rice. The Ushihachi green salad with onion dressing and a squeeze of lemon was refreshing! The cold plate they served it on was a nice touch. The black wagyu platter included seven types of black wagyu, four types of beef, top harami, fresh hormone, and more. It was a luxurious assortment with a good balance of various cuts! The top harami had a good thickness and texture, and the flavor was intense! All four types of wagyu were tender, sweet, and well-balanced in flavor. The unique grilled meatball was also a favorite! We were served a one-bite soup with ginger and wagyu broth, and a frozen cold noodle soup, perfect for the hot summer. We also had a cucumber salad with shiso, which was refreshing. The silky homemade pudding was incredibly delicious! It was not your typical yakiniku quality! I would love to eat here again! The variety of meat in the course was excellent. It was fun to watch the Shibuya scramble crossing from the restaurant. The staff was very polite and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.
