This was actually my first visit to "Stamina En", which I had the impression of being a hormone restaurant (which I don't like). However, the roast and misji were very delicious, and I regretted not going when it was empty due to Corona. It is a recipient of "The Tabelog Award 2023 Silver". It is located in Adachi-ku, Kashihama, just a short walk from the Kashihama 3-chome bus stop, and if you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Akabane or Oji-Kamiya. According to Tabelog, it opens at 4:00 PM, so I went around 2:00 PM on a Sunday and there was already a line. It seems that the people at the front had been waiting since around 12:00 PM. It was touch and go whether we would make it into the first round. I was planning to wait patiently while reading a book, but it turns out that they actually open at 3:00 PM. And amazingly, we made it into the first round! So we only had to wait for about an hour, which was quite lucky. They take your order while you're waiting in line. The kimchi raw vegetables with dressing are unique and delicious! The top tongue salt, top harami misji, and top roast misji were all very delicious. They had high-quality fat that was sweet but not heavy. Please note that they only accept cash for payment. Amount spent: 8,000 yen Ratings: 4 points 5 points: I definitely want to visit again!! 4 points: I would like to revisit if I have the chance! 3 points: I am willing to revisit. 2 points: Once is enough. 1 point: No need to go.

Today, thanks to the kind invitation of the regular customer, I was able to secure the first spot by lining up from 13:00 at a place that opens at 16:00. Thank you as always. The meal today was amazing in both quantity and content. I learned my lesson from last time and tried to avoid the omurice (you can take leftovers home), but my stomach was still about to burst. Being able to enjoy every part of the dish without any unpleasant feeling must be the result of a tremendous amount of effort put into it. Unfortunately, there were no vegetable dishes today, but I was still completely satisfied.

I went to Stamina En again! This time, I ordered the special course as usual. The appetizers were amazing as always, and the beef tendon daikon that I tried for the first time was surprisingly delicious. The hormone and quality meat were also fantastic. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I visited this restaurant recommended by my gourmet friend. I relied on internet information and took a taxi from Oji Station! I arrived after 12 o'clock, but there were already 5 groups ahead of me. Waited for about 3 hours until it opened. The upper tongue, premium harami, and simmered tripe with salt were delicious! I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

Prime Minister or not, it's difficult to get a reservation at the popular restaurant Stamina En in Adachi-ku. Despite the poor access, there is always a line, and that's because they offer high-quality meat. Arrived around 12:45 on a Saturday with 3 groups ahead of us. Ordered the top tongue, top harami, limited quantity of misuji, mix hormones, heart sashimi, simmered dish, tomosankaku, liver, salted cow tongue, and almond tofu. Everything was delicious, with the tongue being the perfect thickness and the harami being thick and tender. The misuji with wasabi soy sauce was amazing, and the mix hormones had a variety of flavors. The side dishes were also strong, with the simmered dish having a rich flavor in the daikon, and the cow tongue soup was delicious. Even the almond tofu for dessert was perfect. It was a fantastic experience. As a regular, there are special sets and hidden menu items like fried rice that I'm curious about.

At 2:30 pm, we visited the restaurant, which was not crowded due to the impact of a typhoon. We were seated promptly at the front, and when it opened at 4 pm, there were plenty of empty seats. The restaurant had table seating and a tatami room in the back, but only we, at the front, and some foreign customers were seated in the tatami room. The regular customers were seated at the tables, and we were placed right in front of the restroom. While the catchphrase of equality was used, it seemed like regular customers were treated differently. It's understandable that restaurants value their regular customers, but it didn't make us want to come back. The quality of the meat was good, although it didn't exceed expectations. In particular, the top sirloin and beef tripe were delicious. The service was fast, but there was not much attention given to us in the back. We may have set our expectations too high. Our orders included top misuji, top harami, top lean meat, beef tripe simmered in salt, top tongue, mixed hormone, liver seasoned with salt, heart tataki, kimchi, kakuteki, beef tendon with daikon (today's recommendation), and comtan soup.

Stamina En's specialty dishes include Hormone Mix (salted heart, senmai, liver, and cob crow), Hormone Stew, Salted Hormone Stew, Miso Bibimbap, Cow Tongue Soup, Large Heart Tataki, Liver with salted sesame oil and mustard soy sauce, Senmai with salted sesame oil, Cob Crow Tataki with wasabi salt, Cob Crow Tataki with garlic sesame oil, Potato Salad, Mino's kombu, Daikon Kimchi, Large Napa Cabbage Kimchi, Achilles Tendon with sweet miso, Pork Feet with vinegar miso, Tan Zoko, Misji with wasabi, Upper Red Meat with sauce, Regular Harami with salt, Black beans, Almond jelly, and Upper Tan and Upper Harami were unfortunately sold out. The hormones were all very fresh and had no smell at all. The chef recommended salt seasoning, and it was incredibly delicious. The chef's confidence in yakiniku was amazing. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

During a business trip, I visited this restaurant for the first time. I wanted to be the first customer, so I took a taxi from Oji Station and arrived around 12 PM. I was the first one there! The staff brought out a bench before 12:30 PM, so I could sit and wait. We shared the following dishes: appetizer x3 = 750 yen, premium harami x2 = 5,200 yen, premium akami = 2,000 yen, premium misuji = 3,100 yen, premium loin = 3,100 yen, premium tongue x2 = 5,400 yen, mix hormone = 2,550 yen, liver salt = 1,550 yen, total 23,650 yen. We also had pumpkin soup (summer) = 650 yen, beef tendon daikon = 1,000 yen, beef motsu simmered = 1,200 yen, kimchi = 650 yen, total 3,500 yen. Overall total 24,500 yen, all prices including tax. We also had Asahi Premium draft beer x4 = 2,600 yen, rice = 400 yen, black bean almond tofu = 600 yen, total 3,600 yen. My two companions were drinking Suzumebachi sake (shochu infused with hornets), and I tried a sip, it was a delicious shochu with a sweet aroma. We split the bill, and the total came to 40,800 yen. The food was so delicious that we were too busy eating to take photos! The hormone dishes were especially tasty, including the premium harami, premium misuji, premium loin, and premium akami. I definitely want to go back again!

We revisited the famous yakiniku restaurant "Stamina En" in Kanhama, Adachi-ku after a year. We arrived at 5:00 PM and there were only 3 groups waiting besides us. The master kindly served us draft beer while we waited outside, which was a great experience. Finally, after waiting for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, we were seated. There were 8 of us, and we ordered a lot of food. The chef even brought out some special off-menu items for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Here is what we ordered: - Beef heart tataki: Tender and flavorful. - Beef tendon and daikon stew: A hidden menu item with amazing flavor. - Pickled water eggplant: Another hidden menu item. - Beef tripe simmered in salt: The tripe was incredibly delicious, especially with the yuzu pepper. - Mix hormone: Clean and flavorful, with no unpleasant smell. - Top tongue: Fresh and chewy. - Kimchi: Tangy and refreshing. - Beef miso stewed tripe. - Lean meat. - Hornet (wasp) shochu: A unique off-menu item, smooth and delicious. - Fillet: Tasty with a perfect balance of sweetness in the sauce. - Regular beef intestines. - Komutan soup: A hearty soup with a strong beef broth flavor. - Taiwanese braised pork rice: A Taiwanese specialty with a great star anise flavor. The total bill was around 13,000 yen per person. We will definitely be back again.

Guide from regular customer S was amazing. The food was incredible. I was particularly impressed by the tail and kimchi. I was so satisfied that I felt like I could just go home now. It truly felt like an adult amusement park. Not just the meat, but all the dishes were unbelievably delicious.

Around mid-August, on a Sunday afternoon just before 2pm, we waited in line with about 30-40 people and barely made it in for the first round. We battled the risk of heatstroke while waiting. We ordered beef heart sashimi, premium harami, premium fillet, premium loin, mixed offal, and finished with cow tongue soup. The total bill came to about 12,500 yen without alcohol. It was my first time trying authentic yakiniku and I was impressed. Except for the beef heart sashimi, everything was tender enough to eat even without teeth, making it a place I'd want to visit even when I'm 80 years old!

Finally visited Stamina En, a place I've been wanting to go for a long time. Despite the typhoon forecast, I arrived at the restaurant around 3:30 PM and there were already about 10 groups waiting in line. It's a popular spot indeed. I was able to get in on the second round, so we were able to eat at the restaurant before 6 PM. It was the perfect timing! We started with a premium malt beer for a toast. Since this place is known for its hormone dishes, we ordered a variety of items: - Hormone mix with salt - Salted mino (tripe) - Salted liver - Premium tongue with salt - Premium harami (skirt steak) The hormone mix was amazing! It was incredibly delicious! The cow's stomach was the best I've ever had. The seasoning was also outstanding! A must-order dish. The liver was recommended by the chef even while we were waiting in line, so we gave it a try. It was also amazing! A unique dish that should not be missed if it's not included in the hormone mix. The premium tongue and harami were limited to one dish per group. A thoughtful touch to ensure everyone gets to enjoy it. The salted hormone with added ingredients was also fantastic. It had a rich flavor thanks to the sesame oil base and egg yolk. The premium kalbi was like a steak! It had a high melting point, so the texture was excellent. I can't believe how delicious it was! I now understand why people are willing to wait in line to eat here. The hormone mix and salted tripe stew were unforgettable. I want to eat them again. It was so delicious! I wonder if the oolong tea is homemade? It had a unique taste, maybe it's a diet tea? Next time, I want to try their finishing dishes too! I can't wait to go back!

I happened to pass by near this restaurant after visiting my hometown for the Obon holiday around 5:30 pm. I was planning to have ramen on my way back, but I thought it would be crowded so I decided to check out the restaurant first. Surprisingly, there was only one group waiting, so I decided to give it a try. I was a bit nervous about the prices based on the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the quality of the meat was excellent. The seasoning was even better than it looked. Truly a famous restaurant! We ordered the following menu items: premium harami, medium loin, top kalbi, regular tongue, mixed hormones, liver, salt, half intestine, koppa kimchi, large rice x2, draft beer x2, almond tofu. In the end, our family of four ate to our hearts' content and the bill came out to be 18,900 yen. It was a bit pricey, but we managed. However, I think next time I'll choose a restaurant that is more within our budget.

On a holiday, we started lining up at 1:30 pm and were able to enter the restaurant on the first round (10th in line). It is recommended to line up early as popular items tend to sell out after the first round. It is good to have a parasol and a folding chair. Every menu item was delicious and very satisfying. I would definitely like to try the Tegutan soup next time as it was not available this time. The menu included items like grilled beef tongue, Achilles tendon mix, hormone, top sirloin, top harami, top tongue, beef motsu stew, salt and miso seasoning, and cow tongue soup, totaling 13,500 yen per person.

I had always admired the top-class yakiniku restaurant, but never had the courage to wait in line to visit. This summer, I finally decided to line up with 4 yakiniku friends to create some memories. The restaurant opens at 3:00 PM on Saturdays, but we arrived at 12:30 PM and were fourth in line. Luckily, we were able to sit on a bench in the shade, which was very convenient. Around 2:30 PM, they took our orders in advance. We were able to enter right at 3:00 PM. We ordered kimchi, premium tongue salt, heart sashimi, premium harami, premium fillet, premium kalbi, mixed horumon, tripe, almond tofu, and more. Everything had an exquisite taste. The drink selection was also great, especially the sake with many different brands available, some not even listed on the menu. I had Junmai Daiginjo. After having quite a few beers and drinks, the total came to around 15,000 yen per person. The restaurant is very fair in terms of entry if you are willing to wait in line, which I appreciate. I will definitely visit again on a weekend!
