I revisited BLT STEAK ROPPONGI after 9 months. This restaurant has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. BLT STEAK is a brand that has been expanding worldwide since the opening of its flagship store "BLT STEAK NY" in 2004, offering high-quality service and exceptional hospitality. The entrance of the Roppongi branch leads to a bar and waiting area, creating anticipation for the dining experience. The main dining area is spacious with a 6-meter high ceiling and four private rooms for 4 to 8 people at the back. This was my third visit, as I learned about the "National Burger Month" celebration at BLT STEAK ROPPONGI in May. They are offering five special burgers made with American beef to commemorate this event. I tried the Oyster Shooter and the Pulled Pork BBQ Burger, which was flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant's sophisticated ambiance, along with the delicious food and drinks, made my visit enjoyable. I look forward to returning during the special burger event in May.

"BLT STEAK ROPPONGI Spicy Fair" From August 21 to September 30, 2023, located in the Izumi Garden Tower directly connected to Roppongi-itchome Station, is a steak restaurant. When I heard about the spicy fair, I knew I had to go! I tried the Spicy Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Sauce and Celery for 2,300 yen. It's a dish of crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a hot sauce made with Sriracha, lime juice, and Carolina Reaper, served with a side of blue cheese sauce and celery. I tried the normal, medium, and spicy versions, and even the medium was quite spicy! The heat builds up gradually! Among the ones I tried, this was the spiciest! I also had the Spicy Cheeseburger for 2,500 yen. It's BLT STEAK's popular Prime Cheeseburger made with 100% American beef, topped with thinly sliced red onions and crushed almonds mixed with spicy steak sauce. It's deliciously spicy! The meat is juicy and full of flavor. I devoured it in no time! I also tried the Spicy BLT Steak Sauce for 500 yen. It's a spicy steak sauce made with various chili peppers, spices, and garlic, including Carolina Reaper. It's a perfect sauce that allows you to adjust the spiciness level while enjoying the deliciousness of the T-bone steak. When it comes to "spicy," some places just increase the amount of chili peppers without considering the balance of flavors. However, here, the use of Carolina Reaper adds a unique spiciness without overpowering the dish's flavor. It's a sharp, refreshing, and elegant kind of spiciness. The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere with high ceilings, but it also offers American diner-style dishes like hamburgers and buffalo chicken. It's a versatile place suitable for dates or meals with friends."

Enjoying super spicy dishes at a stylish steakhouse♡ I've always wanted to try this place. They are currently holding a limited-time super spicy fair until 9/30, so a group of us who love spicy food went to have a great timeヾ(*´▽`*)ノ There are three dishes where you can enjoy the spiciness: Buffalo Wing Cheese Burger Steak Sauce (you can choose your favorite meat for the steak). The Buffalo Wings are crispy fried chicken wings with Carolina Reaper sauce that has a good kick of spiciness that builds up. It's addictive and incredibly delicious! Goes well with beer. The celery and blue cheese on the side are also great for a break between bites. The Cheese Burger, as you can see in the photos, has large toppings and fresh, crunchy vegetables, with crushed almonds for added texture! Adjust the spiciness to your liking with the extra spicy sauce. The Steak Sauce, which we had with a T-bone steak this time, has a slight kick of spiciness. It doesn't overpower the flavor of the meat, but rather enhances it with a refreshing spiciness that has a hint of sweetness. It's not overwhelmingly painful or spicy, allowing the flavor of the ingredients to shine through while still giving a nice kick of spiciness. Perfect menu for the lingering summer heat! And of course, beer was a great match, but surprisingly, Campari-based cocktails also paired well with the super spicy dishes! They also offer good quality wines at a relatively affordable price, making it easy for wine lovers to enjoy. Highly recommend it to all wine enthusiasts!

I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday. Despite it being a weekday, it was almost full. It's conveniently located near the station! I think it's a bit expensive for lunch, but it's highly recommended for special occasions like birthdays with a great atmosphere. The T-bone steak wasn't too greasy, and even though I ordered a larger size, I finished it all in no time. I definitely recommend ordering the spinach as well!

I revisited Roppongi Ichome for a slightly luxurious lunch. To combat the intense heat, I started with a beer. I prefer my fillet steak rare with wasabi, which was the main dish of the special lunch set. The Pinot Noir from Patz & Hall that I ordered by the glass had a nice aroma.

I finally had the chance to visit here, which I had been curious about for a while. It's an area with many steak houses, but this one stood out with its incredibly affordable Hangar Lunch Course. First, the Popovers arrived, and I was amazed by their size. They were so delicious that you could enjoy them even without butter. The salad that came next was also surprisingly large. It's nice to be able to get a satisfying amount of vegetables at a steak house. However, there was a bit of a mishap when they tried to take away my friend's partially eaten salad. Maybe many people leave food behind because the portions are so generous? Next came the meat. It was great that there were several sauce options to choose from. I went with the red wine sauce this time. The 150g steak was substantial and left me feeling quite full. Due to the lunch pricing, it felt like a different kind of restaurant experience. It seems like you need to order a proper course to be able to write a review of this place as a steak house.

I visited on a Saturday. The vacancy rate was about 25%. The service was decent, but the food was not up to par for this type of steakhouse. The seafood platter was meager, and the meat was clearly not freshly cooked. The meat quietly placed on the hot plate was closer to medium than the medium rare I asked for. There was too much pepper, and the quality was disappointing, similar to steak cooked at home.

The bread was surprisingly large. The Caesar salad was delicious and fluffy. The steak was hearty, but not particularly special. It could use a bit more flavor. The dessert was like an ice cream.

Lunch course. Popover, salad, 150g prime hanger steak, petit four, and coffee for 3,200 yen per person is very reasonable. The prime hanger steak is delicious, with a meaty texture and flavorful American beef.

I visited for an anniversary course. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the staff are considerate of personal space, making it perfect for when you want to focus on conversations. The specialty bread (I can't remember the name) is impressive and stands out. The main dish was fillet steak. Lately, maybe due to my age, I find lean steak more delicious than yakiniku.

I visited during lunch break. Although it's not a place I can afford to visit often due to the price, we decided to go as a team to boost our spirits. The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious, and we had a great time. When we mentioned it was a birthday, they even prepared a simple dessert for us, which made us very happy.

Located right by Roppongi-itchome Station. The first thing that comes out is the impressive popover. Then, salads and seafood platters keep coming, making you feel full already. The tuna and avocado tartare is amazing. And of course, the meat is outstanding.

I had a reservation for the BLT Steak course today, but after seeing the BLT Burgerman's post, I really wanted to eat it, so I added the Basil Mozzarella Burger to the Prime course. At first, the staff was concerned that the course was quite a lot, so I was worried if I could eat it all, but I had no problem finishing it! The steak meat was very tender and had a rich meaty flavor. The burger was delicious with plenty of cheese and a meaty patty on buttery, crispy buns. I was very satisfied and full!

I visited with a customer! It is located just a 3-minute walk from Roppongi-itchome Station, but it is quite difficult to find. I think it's best to aim for the entrance of Hotel Villa Fontaine! It's a steak restaurant, but they are holding a special event called Hamburger Month in May, so I went to check it out! They have four types of burgers: 1. Luther Burger: A patty sandwiched between donuts, a trendy burger that combines sweet and salty flavors in an endless loop. 2. Pulled Pork Burger: A burger with shredded pork and a patty, recommended for those who want a hearty meal. 3. Mozzarella Burger: A burger with mozzarella cheese, basil, and tomato sauce that reminds me of Margherita pizza. This was my personal favorite. 4. Blue Cheese Burger: A blue cheese burger with raisins and walnuts sandwiched in, making it surprisingly delicious even for those who are not big fans of blue cheese. This special event is only available until the end of May, so don't miss out on the opportunity!

Located just a 1-minute walk from Roppongi-itchome Station's 2nd exit, I revisited this restaurant after hearing about their "Burger Month" event in May. I had visited before for dinner, but this time I was here for the burgers. We ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, Luther Burger, Basil Mozzarella Burger, a 300g Hanger Steak, and 4 types of Oyster Shooters to share. The burgers were all so delicious that we couldn't choose just one. The Luther Burger, with a donut bun, was a standout favorite among the ladies. The Pulled Pork Burger was my personal favorite, with its smoky BBQ sauce enhancing the meaty flavor. The Blue Cheese Burger and Basil Mozzarella Burger showcased the distinct characteristics of each cheese, perfect for cheese lovers. The crispy thin-cut fries served with the burgers were also a hit. It was a luxurious lunch on the last day of Golden Week, and I had a great time.

Visited on May 7, 2023. Heard that BLT STEAK ROPPONGI is offering a limited-time hamburger menu in May, so I decided to treat myself after working hard during Golden Week! For those going to BLT STEAK ROPPONGI and having trouble deciding, here is the easiest way to get there: 1. Exit Roppongi-itchome Station. 2. Take the escalator on the right side all the way up. 3. Follow the signs for Hotel Villa Fontaine. 4. Next to Hotel Villa Fontaine, some may find it easier to exit the ticket gate and take the elevator next to Tully's. The hamburgers available are: Pulled Pork BBQ Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, Luther Burger, and Basil Mozzarella Burger. All four were tempting, but since I could only eat one, I decided to share with fellow burger lovers. The Pulled Pork Burger was irresistibly meaty! The tender pulled pork paired perfectly with the BBQ sauce. Recommended for those craving meat! The Blue Cheese Burger had a spicy blue cheese sauce that is sure to become addictive! The crunchy almonds on the side were a nice touch too! If you're not a fan of blue cheese, you might prefer another option. The Luther Burger features a patty sandwiched between donuts, creating a sweet and salty loop of flavors! Inside, crispy bacon and cheddar cheese add to the experience. If you're not a fan of sweet meals, you might prefer another option. The Basil Mozzarella Burger is truly Italian-inspired! The "BLT STEAK ROPPONGI Burger Month" is currently being held at BLT Roppongi until the end of May. Today, I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger, which has a very bold appearance. The blue cheese covering the patty is actually an adaptation of the "blue cheese sauce" used for steaks at BLT. It is creamy like cream cheese, smooth in texture, yet still maintains the distinctive aroma of blue cheese that bursts in your mouth. It also has a hint of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, giving it a subtle spiciness. Following that is the roasted almond's nutty aroma, adding a crunchy texture that enhances your appetite. The final note is a light hint of raisins, which pairs perfectly with the blue cheese. These unique flavors of blue cheese, almonds, and raisins are there to complement the patty made of USDA-certified Prime Beef. The patty, weighing around 130g, is tenderly cooked, allowing you to savor the rich umami flavor of the lean meat. The bun is from the well-known Mineya bakery, toasted to a crispy texture with a hint of charred edges for a delightful crunch. The only downside was that the bacon was slightly overshadowed. Overall, this special cheeseburger by BLT is a unique and delicious creation. I believe that even with a double patty, it would still be absolutely delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The Basil Mozzarella Burger at BLT STEAK ROPPONGI is currently being featured until the end of May. This time, I ordered the Basil Mozzarella Burger. The burger topped with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce is something I have tried at other restaurants before, so I could easily imagine the taste. However, I was surprised. Huh. Is there too much cheese? It's so thick! The layer of mozzarella cheese covering the patty like a blanket is incredibly thick. How many grams of mozzarella is this? By my estimation, it was over 5mm thick at the thickest point directly above the patty. The amount of cheese might even be more than a small Margherita pizza. The unique soft yet firm texture of the mozzarella cheese makes a huge impact! The combination with the prime beef 100% patty is amazing! I have never had a burger that so prominently showcases the texture and presence of mozzarella cheese. However, there is a concern that this burger could become just a "cheese-focused" and cumbersome burger. What prevents this is BLT's common attitude of "good taste" and "elegance." You could also call it "refinement." With this Basil Mozzarella Burger, the distinctive feature is definitely the basil. The abundance of fresh basil adds a light and easy-to-eat element to the overall burger. The buns are made by Mineya in Minami-Shinjuku, a well-known bakery. When you lift the crown (top bun), you can see that it has been toasted with some kind of fat. While butter or margarine is often used for this, BLT uses beef tallow. This is probably another effort to enhance the aroma of the basil. The bacon is cooked to a tender texture, adding a strong umami flavor as an accent to the entire burger. The tomato sauce is made from crushed semi-dried tomatoes, providing just the right amount of saltiness. It exceeded my expectations and was a high-quality and sophisticated burger. The T-bone steak was listed as 550g, but I was able to enjoy it easily, even as a woman, as the bone was included in the weight. The steak was delicious. However, the bread served was not to my liking as it was unique and had a hollow center, which was not what I prefer.
