Sakurazawa, which was introduced as a "Stairway to Famous Restaurants" last time, offers delicious seasonal dishes. They have two types of local beers from Yamaguchi, including a Weizen. I tried the "Kaze no Mori" from Nara, but they also have the Yamaguchi sake "Toki" available. This restaurant is a big fan of Yamaguchi. The dishes are lighter than the Brefix course, with a recommended dish priced at 3800 yen for 3 plates. It includes grated ingredients, assorted small dishes, and sashimi. They use high-quality ingredients such as crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe, creating a very gentle and captivating flavor.

I had been thinking about what to do after my favorite shop closed down in Chofu, but then I discovered this new place called Uonasa Sakurazawa! It used to be a yakitori restaurant called Fukunotori, but they changed their concept and reopened. They have a wide selection of sake from the owner's hometown in Yamaguchi. They opened in February 2021 and have been in business for 2 years. When I called on a Friday night, they said it was busy and could only offer the Brix Fix course for 6600 yen. I was surprised when I visited. The Brix Fix course includes 4 dishes and 2 drinks, and the quality of the food is excellent. You can choose from all brands of drinks, including local sake. It's actually a great deal. You can feel the female touch in every aspect of the restaurant. Trying it out? That's quite rude! I think you will be climbing the stairs to a top-notch restaurant.

We made a reservation for two and visited the restaurant. The asparagus soup served as a starter was delicious, and we were looking forward to the rest of the meal. There were many local sake and ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and there were so many recommendations that we couldn't try them all. It was convenient that they could adjust the sake based on our preferences.

The fish was delicious. I ordered the chef's choice 5-piece assortment and they included some of my favorites, all of which were delicious. The standout item was the Jerusalem artichoke potage, which was also delicious. The staff were friendly and the seating was comfortable. Thank you for the meal.

It had been a long time since I had encountered something delicious and I could feel my whole body rejoicing! As it was my first time visiting this restaurant, I decided to order a la carte instead of a course menu. From the moment the first dish, a salad, was placed in front of me, my body started to feel delighted! The taste, presentation, and serving dishes were all done with great taste! The sashimi platter was also meticulously prepared. Everything I tried was truly delicious. Everyone, including myself, couldn't resist taking pictures of the food and enjoyed a good time sharing drinks and laughter. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had been recommended this restaurant for a while and finally decided to try it out. The dish with crab and avocado topped with salmon roe was amazing, as well as the dish of oysters mixed with aojiso cream. I also tried kan-zuri for the first time, a seasoning that went really well with the fish. The lemon sour drink made in the restaurant was delicious, and I ended up having several glasses. The service from the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant were both wonderful.

The sashimi, vegetables, fish, and sake were all delicious. I will visit again.

The service by Ms. Sakurazawa at Okamikan was excellent, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and the food was delicious! The drinks were also great. It would have been even better if the portion sizes were a bit larger.
