I couldn't go far for spring break, so I decided to look for fun things to do nearby. I went to a highly rated all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant in Ginza! Tok Ginza Hacchome serves A5 rank black wagyu beef for all-you-can-eat. Ginza Hacchome is actually close to Shimbashi. The restaurant is located on the 9th floor of a dining building at a crossroads near the Corridor Street closer to Shimbashi. The interior has a large window that gives a sense of openness. The counter seats facing the window, which leads to a straight road connecting to the National Diet Building, are like a special seat. If you look out the window, you can see the train tracks, making it a great spot for train enthusiasts with Shinkansen, Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc. Despite being a yakiniku restaurant, there is no exhaust duct, making it clean and stylish. The all-you-can-eat menu is easy to understand. A5 black wagyu beef 90-minute course for 5800 yen, with all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2000 yen. A5 black wagyu beef 120-minute course for 7700 yen, with all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2500 yen (excluding tax). Today, I enjoyed the 90-minute course. The initial meat plate includes Misuji, Kainomi, Kone, Kuri, Special Kalbi, Barakaburi, and Hiuchi, a selection of 7 cuts. The fat content varies by cut, allowing for a comparison, which is also useful for ordering additional items. The Kuri, in particular, left a lasting impression. It is a large thinly sliced meat that is lightly seared, packed with the sweetness and umami of the meat, and was delicious. Another initial offering, the steak "Momo," is aged through low-temperature cooking, and although it looked like a tough lean meat at first, it was tender and allowed me to fully enjoy the meaty flavor. However, this is not available for additional orders. From here, it's the all-you-can-eat menu: - Caesar Salad: More voluminous than expected, with sliced onions in addition to leafy greens, and a refreshing dressing that made it easy to finish. - Egg Soup and Wakame Soup: Single servings, so you can order your favorite. Both soups have a strong flavor that makes you want more. - Chinese Cabbage Kimchi: Essential for yakiniku, not too spicy, just right. - Seared Sushi: Large slices of toppings with small rice balls, ideal size, with tender meat and perfect searing. - Special Kalbi, Kuri, and Core: One plate each, with 4 pieces each, more than expected. The Kalbi is thickly cut for a satisfying bite. The Kuri is thinly sliced and delicious. - Cold Noodles: Half size but still satisfying with plenty of toppings. - Sherbet: For dessert, I had a refreshing lemon sherbet. A very satisfying all-you-can-eat yakiniku experience! In a time where stress seems to be increasing, I was able to relieve stress by eating delicious food to my heart's content. I was worried about the quality of the meat for all-you-can-eat, but here, the meat is really good. Although there is a time limit, I was served quickly, perhaps because it wasn't too crowded. The quality of the meat, the atmosphere, and the staff's service were all top-notch, making it a restaurant I want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
