[Revisited in late September 2019 with my family. My vegetarian wife was delighted. The vegetarian dishes specially prepared by the chef were delicious. The night view was still beautiful, and I recommend it for those who want to enjoy Thai cuisine in a calm atmosphere. You can enjoy a refined atmosphere different from the original store in Thailand. I highly recommend it. I would love to come back again.]

After about 3 years, I visited Tokyo again to have dinner with my old friend Shinsan. When I asked if there was a place he wanted to go, he immediately said, "Of course, let's go to Mango Tree!" So we ended up visiting "Mango Tree Tokyo" located on the 35th floor of Marunouchi Building. The view from there was amazing with the Skytree on the left and Tokyo Tower on the right. We started with a toast with a glass of beer and ordered 5 dishes: Spicy seafood salad, Stir-fried water spinach with Thai miso, Grilled pork belly with dry chili sauce, Grilled Matsuzaka pork with Thai miso sauce, and Stir-fried soft-shell crab curry with egg and curry sauce. We also enjoyed some highballs and white wine along with the delicious food. The dishes had a strong impact, some were spicy but packed with flavor. The water spinach was crunchy, and both pork dishes were tender and flavorful. And the highlight was the Stir-fried soft-shell crab curry, which was a curry stir-fry with egg that was rich and mellow without much spiciness. It went perfectly with Thai rice. Despite feeling almost full, we always wanted to eat more. The view, the food, everything was just perfect. It was a happy moment. I also got to meet Shinsan after a long time, which made the experience even better. We both had taken precautions before the meal, but we still had a great time together. I hope to visit Tokyo again in the spring, and I've already asked Shinsan to find another great restaurant for our next meeting. But I have a feeling we might end up at Mango Tree Tokyo again next time...笑

I always make sure to visit the main branch whenever I go to Bangkok, as it is a restaurant that I love so much. This time, I visited the Tokyo branch for the first time. The food is authentic Thai cuisine with a touch of luxury, and the staff provide excellent service. The view is also amazing. Overall, it is a wonderful restaurant with no complaints.

Making a reservation will give you peace of mind when entering the restaurant. Even though the reservation was for 1:00 PM, more than half of the seats were already taken. I heard that elderly customers receive a 500 yen discount. The weather was nice and the view was beautiful. It's a restaurant that makes you want to come back again. Every dish, from the appetizers to the main course, was delicious.

"Sunday Mood Refreshing Lunch" I made a reservation for Sunday lunch starting at 1:00 PM, but had to cancel due to conflicting plans and ended up lining up at 10:30 AM. I was the first in line at 10:30 AM (the Marunouchi Building elevator, which usually only operates from 10:45 AM, was surprisingly running early that day). By the time the restaurant opened at 11:00 AM, there were about 10 groups of walk-in customers waiting in line. If you missed the first round, the next available seating was about 90 minutes later. The dishes were all unique and had flavors I don't usually eat. I tried to fit a bite of each dish on my plate, but it was impossible. I forgot to take a picture of the dessert, but the coconut milk was amazing. There were two types of curry, both delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying, so my stomach was full and happy, but also bloated by the end of the day. It was a great lunch experience. Thank you for the meal.

We made a reservation for a farewell party for our boss on a weekday night. They prepared a table by the window overlooking Tokyo Station. The dishes were beautifully presented and of high quality. They were quite spicy. The coriander was served on a separate plate, and they kept bringing more for us. I'm not a big fan of coriander, but this one didn't have a bad smell and added a nice accent like trefoil. Our boss, who loves Thai food, was also pleased, which was a relief.

Since the lunch has become a two-part system, this was my first visit. The reservation was for 11:00 to 12:30, but it felt rushed as there was a long line to get the food. The interior was uncomfortably hot, possibly due to the high ceiling and old air conditioning. The food was well-prepared, beautiful, and delicious, with high quality overall. Although the white wine (Golden California Chardonnay) at 1900 yen per glass was a bit expensive, I was very satisfied. My sister ordered a Phuket Sea Soda (non-alcoholic) and enjoyed it along with the leftover fruits. The service was thorough, with staff clearing plates promptly. I wish they had coffee and tea available, as water alone is not very satisfying. It was disappointing that there were no fruits for dessert like pineapple or watermelon. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for the meal!

When you make a reservation online, the payment is automatically settled with a credit card, which is efficient. There was already a line forming before 11 a.m., indicating its popularity. There are separate lines for those with and without reservations, and those with reservations are seated first. Waiters will suggest starting with the dishes because it gets crowded. The buffet includes a variety of dishes like salads, fried chicken, Pad Thai, fried rice, two types of Thai curry (green and red), a Pho corner (you can choose from two types of soup), and a dessert corner, all in a limited space. The line moves quickly, but it can be challenging to reach the food. Drinks are not included and it's recommended to budget extra for them. They pour water at the right times. Located on the 35th floor of the Marunouchi Building, the view is magnificent, with a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay and the Boso Peninsula. The food is delicious, but it may not be as spicy as expected for Thai cuisine. My companion found it not spicy enough...

Located on the 35th floor of the Marunouchi Building directly connected to Tokyo Station, this Thai restaurant is always bustling with customers during both lunch and dinner. The lunch buffet is excellent in terms of both taste and value for money, making it difficult to secure a reservation. The evening is often fully booked as well, simply because the food is delicious and the service is top-notch. During my second visit for dinner, I enjoyed a course meal that exuded a sophisticated atmosphere, with a beautiful night view adding to the ambiance. The dishes in the evening are of high quality, incorporating premium ingredients. Every dish was incredibly delicious! The main dish featuring abalone was a highlight, with the succulent and thick abalone elevating my excitement. Personally, I found that the sweetness of the coconut milk soup and coconut smoothie perfectly complemented the spiciness of the ethnic cuisine, creating a wonderful balance of flavors. Although the curry for the finale was delicious, it was quite spicy, so I also ordered pho as an additional dish to wrap up the meal. They even celebrated my birthday, which I had completely forgotten due to feeling under the weather, and I was able to have a lovely time. The thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff, who were considerate of my health, added to the enjoyment of the meal. Despite being a highly competitive reservation spot, this restaurant has become one of my favorite places to dine for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!

It's a restaurant that's not easy to visit with children. The view from the 35th floor is nice. Drinks are ordered separately. I ordered sparkling wine for 1200 yen. I also ordered coffee for dessert, so the total price for drinks alone can add up quickly. The dishes use a variety of vegetables, which is nice. Even if you're not a fan of coconut or cilantro, you might still enjoy the food here. The dishes were delicious! I usually don't like coconut curry, but I wanted seconds of the curry here because it was so delicious. I'd like to go back when I have some free time.

You can always enjoy a wonderful view and hospitality here! The beer was a craft beer from Phuket. It's great to be able to enjoy Thai beer along with delicious Thai cuisine. The course will fill you up, so it's recommended to go easy on the rice portion haha.

Located in the Marunouchi Building in front of Tokyo Station. I made a reservation for 7:30 PM on a weekday and visited today. I ordered the MODERN THAI COURSE (Course A) for 8,800 yen. The course includes the following: - Appetizer: Chilled fried conger eel "Pla Tod" - Hot dish: Spicy Chiang Mai sausage "Sai Ua" - Soup: Snapper in coconut milk soup "Tom Kha Pla" - Seafood: Grilled abalone with summer vegetables "Hoi Pao" - Main dish: Kumamoto plum pork curry from northern Thailand "Gaeng Hang Lay" - Dessert: Peach mousse It had a sophisticated taste and felt like high-end Thai cuisine.

The view from the 35th floor was truly amazing. I had a window seat right in front of Tokyo Station, so the outside view was spectacular. I was dining alone, but I was happy to have a seat where I could relax. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and smiling, so I would give them full marks. However, I wish that even if they raised the price, they would include a cup of coffee or tea. You can order additional drinks, of course, but since the food is delicious and the view is wonderful, I wouldn't mind paying over 4000 yen if a drink was included from the start. But I understand it might be difficult. It's okay though, since you can order more drinks.

[Order] ■Lunch Buffet ¥3500 [Points that stand out] ○Flavors tailored to Japanese taste ○Luxurious ambiance and breathtaking view inside the restaurant ○Wide variety of dishes [Review] I had been looking forward to this day. I made a reservation online a few days prior and headed to "Mango Tree." It's conveniently located just a short walk from Tokyo Station. As I rode the elevator up to the 35th floor, I was greeted by a luxurious and uplifting view. The restaurant is spacious and doesn't feel overly Thai in a good way. So far, it reminds me of my favorite "Thai buffet," "Chediluan," in various aspects. Perhaps because of my reservation, I was guided to a seat with a great view. The staff promptly refilled my water without a word and cleared my plates as soon as they were empty. This level of attentive service is something "Chediluan" lacks. As for the buffet, the Thai dishes seem to be adjusted to suit Japanese tastes. The flavors are well-balanced without being too spicy or sour. It left a good impression on everyone. Currently, it's the top recommendation for a Thai buffet in Tokyo. I'm glad I found a Thai buffet restaurant I like almost as much as Chediluan. I highly recommend the made-to-order "noodles" that are ready in just 15 seconds. You can choose from two seasonings, and the quality is exceptional. The "fried rice" is also outstanding, with plenty of seafood and ingredients.

Dinner at the mango tree on the 35th floor of Marunouchi Building. The highlight is the view of the sunset turning into night from the window seats. The meal consisted of a variety of dishes such as salad, fried food, soup, fish, and meat, similar to a French course. The salad was Som Tum, the soup was Tom Kha, and the sauces were unique to Thai cuisine. The soup even had large clams, which I had never seen in Thai cuisine before, but it was delicious. The food and atmosphere were different from typical Thai cuisine in the city, and I enjoyed it.

It was a lunch buffet from 11:00 on weekdays. There was already a long line before opening, showing its popularity. The place quickly filled up. It's a high-end Thai restaurant, so even for a buffet, the quality is very high and satisfying. The location on the 35th floor of Marunouchi Maru Building is also a big plus. I imagine the night view must be wonderful.

I went for lunch here during a weekday for errands. It's best to make a reservation as there is a line even before opening on weekdays. I made a reservation for one person and was able to enter smoothly. The space for serving dishes is small, so it gets crowded right at opening, but since there aren't many food options, it clears up quickly so there's no need to rush. Your stomach may give up before the time! The appetizers lack variety in flavor and are rather safe in taste. I wish they would provide a set of fish sauce, chili, and vinegar on the table. Overall, the dishes are easy to eat and look beautiful, which explains their popularity.

The night view is beautiful and the Thai cuisine is sophisticated. When I mentioned that I like cilantro, they brought me plenty of it. The wine selection is extensive and they consider the pairing with the food, which I enjoyed. I visit every time the course menu changes, but the current traditional course is recommended.

I visited around 11:15 on a weekday without a reservation and it seemed like over 80% of the customers were women. There was a line for serving the dishes, so it would have been better to come at a different time. I planned to take a small amount of each dish at first and then go back for more of the delicious ones, but they were all delicious! The seasoning and spiciness were just to my liking. Will definitely come back again.

We used this restaurant for a girls' night out with our company's business partners. The atmosphere was lovely and the view was great, making it a very enjoyable experience. The portion size of each dish was generous, so the four of us were able to try various types of dishes! Everything was authentic and delicious. The location is also convenient, so we would like to visit again.
