Visited "Chuka Soba Sato" located about a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Airport Line Anamori Inari Station. The interior of the restaurant has a cozy L-shaped counter with about 10 seats. I arrived around 2pm and half of the seats were already taken. After pushing the disinfectant at the entrance and serving myself some water, I ordered the "Chuka Soba (medium)" (650 yen) with an additional egg topping (100 yen). Payment is made in cash in advance. The amber-colored clear soup had a perfect balance of flavors from chicken, bonito, and dried sardines, creating a delicate yet rich taste that was very delicious. The soup was not just "light," but had a subtle and well-defined flavor profile. The toppings included chashu, chopped green onions, and bamboo shoots. The chashu was thick and flavorful, while the bamboo shoots had a strong seasoning that complemented the delicious soup. The noodles were medium-thin with a slight waviness and a good firmness, with a hint of sweetness. They paired well with the soup. Overall, it was an exquisite bowl of ramen. On a regular weekday afternoon, I happened to be nearby and finally managed to visit this place. It's a simple soy sauce soup, but the color is not brown, it's closer to yellow, and unlike many places that are greasy and hard to eat, Satou-san's place is very gentle on the stomach. They only had pepper for seasoning.

The first and last spoonful taste the same, which is amazing. The half curry that everyone orders is also delicious. The master chef is cool and stylish. The service is great. The clean interior of the restaurant is nice. Pre-payment is very convenient. By focusing on just one type of ramen, the taste is consistently excellent. I want to eat here again tomorrow.

A clear and satisfying golden soup. No unwanted flavors, just a bit more salt would be nice, but adding some table pepper will make it perfect to your taste. The curly thin noodles are cooked perfectly, with a great texture and smoothness. The toppings are chashu, green onions, and bamboo shoots. Simple is best, and it feels clean. A clean counter. Ate a quick bowl of ramen and left smoothly.

We went directly to the nearby Chinese soba restaurant Sato from Haneda Airport. We arrived at the opening time of 12 o'clock and entered the restaurant with my 80-year-old mother. It had been a while since we had visited a ramen shop. The Chinese soba here is light and has a Japanese-style broth base with thin noodles, making it easy for the elderly to eat. The two of us ordered the Chinese soba with all the toppings for ¥1,150. I finished mine quickly, but I couldn't help but feel envious of the neighboring customer's half curry and almost added it to my order. My mother couldn't finish all her noodles, but she was very satisfied with the tender chashu, perfectly cooked half-boiled egg, delicious menma, and the exquisite balance of flavors.

I've been waiting for this ramen shop to open♪ I had the simple yet flavorful Ramen for 700 yen. The menma (bamboo shoots) is delicious! I arrived almost right when they opened, but some regular customers came in and ordered the curry that I was curious about. I wonder what it's like. Can't wait to try it!

It was selected as one of the top 100 shops in 2019, and they are doing a great job. I initially thought it was salt based on the photo, but it turned out to be a delicious white soy sauce-based Chuka Soba. The chashu was also tasty!

I visited the restaurant for my regular monthly visit in August. Due to work reasons, I arrived at the store at 10:58 am, but the owner kindly opened the shop early and started serving customers. I always order the "Zen no Zenri" (1,150 yen) and this time I got lucky with a piece of char siu at the edge of the bowl, which was a pleasant surprise! I got so excited that I quickly slurped up all the soup, causing the noodles to float to the surface. Next time, I think I'll ask for a larger bowl size with the same amount of noodles and suggest to the owner to increase the soup portion.

It's been a while since I had some Chinese soba at Santouka. I often stop by because I frequently use the Haneda entrance of the Shuto Expressway. There was no line even during lunchtime, which was a relief, but it's a hidden gem in Anamori Inari. I always think that the quality is so good that it wouldn't be strange to see a line even in the city center. Ramen (medium) 700 yen, egg 100 yen, chashu 200 yen. My usual order is the ramen (medium) and half curry, but today is a day of self-restraint... Tomorrow is cheat day, so I'll hold back. The soup is gentle and can be eaten even when you've lost your appetite. Today, I felt that the saltiness was weak, maybe because of the heat. There were 3 slices of chashu. Even the cut-off end pieces are flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The slightly thick chashu that changes when soaked in the soup is also delicious. This was my first time ordering the egg. It was a fairly well-seasoned boiled egg. Nothing new, but it's the best fit for this Chinese soba. It was perfectly in between soft-boiled and firm. It's a true happiness to be able to enjoy this level of Chinese soba without waiting in line. Thank you for the meal.

The noodles have a unique texture with a lower water content, making them feel substantial. The pork slices are lean and tasty, and the bamboo shoots and egg are also good. It's surprising to find such a great restaurant near Haneda Airport. It made me realize that there are still many delicious ramen out there that I haven't tried yet.

It only took about 5 minutes for my order to arrive. The soup was clear and the flavor had soaked into the bamboo shoots. The noodles were thin and looked very delicious. The soup had a sharp taste and was very delicious. The noodles and soup mixed well and were very tasty. The bamboo shoots were also to my liking. Visited a friend living near Otorii Station after a long time. After finishing our work discussion, we decided to have lunch before I left and visited this restaurant for the first time. Last time I came to my friend's place, it was their regular holiday. This time, of course, they were open. The interior of the restaurant had an L-shaped counter. Just a few minutes by car from Haneda Airport! A popular ramen restaurant located near Anamori Inari Shrine in Ota-ku, Tokyo. If you take the train, it's about a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Airport Line Anamori Inari Station. This restaurant has been featured in several famous ramen magazines and has won the prestigious TRY Ramen Grand Prix award. They have branches in Ofuna and Motomachi Chinatown in Kanagawa Prefecture. I visited on a Sunday just before noon and was able to enter without waiting, but it quickly filled up with customers. The interior has a bright atmosphere with a white color scheme and only counter seats. Also, on this day, there was a festival at Haneda Shrine near the restaurant, so the area was bustling! [Impressions] It was delicious! And the cost performance is great! In these times, a bowl of ramen is only 700 yen. The half curry rice (350 yen) was also satisfyingly filling. The ramen has a gentle flavor with a strong bonito broth. There is a slightly generous amount of oil on the surface, making it smooth on the palate. I visited for lunch on Sunday. When I arrived at 12:55, there were 3 customers already there. I poured myself some tea from the pot by the entrance and then sat at the counter. The staff took my order as soon as I sat down, and I ordered the Chinese ramen with a seasoned egg topping and a half curry. You pay after you order here. After paying, I waited for about 5 minutes before a mini curry arrived first. Then the ramen was served. The ramen had quite flavorful bamboo shoots, chashu, seasoned egg, and a little bit of green onion. The Chinese ramen had yellowish slightly curly thin noodles. It was delicious and I think almost everyone would like the taste. The curry was surprisingly spicy and paired well with the simple ramen broth. Local customers kept coming in one after another.
