I'm here, love is still here. Forever, between the sky and you, the cold rain falls today as well. If you smile, I'll become evil. Between the sky and you, the cold rain falls today as well. If you smile, I'll become evil. Between the sky and you. Now, I'm here. If you smile, I'll become evil. - Nakajima Miyuki Hello! If you sympathize with me, give me money, it's Takumon here. Today's feature is "Sora to Mugito". Located a 5-minute ride on the back of the silver dragon from Ebisu Station. Quiet location. Opened in January 2014. A bakery & cafe run by a natural cultivation farmer at the foot of the Southern Yatsugatake Mountains! The bread sold at the renowned "Cinifian Cinifia Seisen-dai Main Store" in Setagaya, Tokyo, was completed under the direction of Chef Katsuei Shiga. I visited during lunchtime on a weekday. By chance, the shop was open when I passed by, and there were few customers inside, so I said hello. Whenever I hear "Sora to ____", Nakajima Miyuki's song immediately comes to mind. The drama was so strong that even though I was young, I still remember it. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the shop. Excuse me. The shop seems to be open around 3 days a week, with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays being open in December, from 11:00 to 18:30 until December 17th this year. Oh, I see. The shop smells good even from the outside, but it's even more amazing inside. Even with a mask on, the smell of wheat penetrates. The wheat is said to be self-cultivated using natural cultivation methods at "Sora Mizu Bio Farm" in Yatsugatake. Wow, they make it from wheat. That's amazing. Other ingredients are also organic, and you can feel the owner's commitment to baking safe and delicious bread. "Sora Mizu Bio Farm" sounds like a powerful technique, and its content is interesting. If you're interested, please look it up. Although it's called a cafe, do they have drinks...? Due to the recent impact of COVID-19, eat-in services have been suspended. I wonder if I can endure a little longer before I can leisurely enjoy my bread. It's okay to sit on the outside wood deck too. Photos inside the store seem to be allowed. Thank you. At this time, there were still plenty of bread left. The self-checkout at the time of payment is great!! Is this becoming more common at bakeries nowadays? Yeah, this is way better. You can also use PayPay. Today, I purchased the following bread: Croissant - 280 yen. Of course, you can't miss this. The price is also attractive. It was really delicious. It's recommended to lightly warm it up. Bacon Roll - 280 yen. The bacon is inside the chewy dough. It's like a burrito. I like this. Anpan - 320 yen. About half of the square-shaped bread was filled with red bean paste. It makes me feel nostalgic. They wrap each bread carefully in plastic when you purchase them. There seem to be many regular customers, and the staff are kind. I had already eaten lunch, and I thought of having the bread as a midnight snack or for breakfast, but the president was hungry, so I gave them the croissant out of sympathy. They said, "It's really delicious, I'll give you money, so please buy it next time." They gave me all the coins in their wallet. I refused, but they insisted because it was heavy... Good things come back to you. Even when no one is watching, God is watching. Organic Breads & Vegetables, Jar Guidance. I'll be back. Thank you for the meal. Takumon signing off. Chasuchasu♪

I usually visit around 5:00 PM. I thought they might have only 2 or 3 types left in the evening, so I called ahead just in case. It's been a while since my last visit, and I was surprised by the wide variety of bread available. Maybe the reduced operating days have made it less popular. There is no longer an eat-in space. Their final operating day for the year is unexpectedly December 17th, so it's essential to check if they are open before visiting, through Instagram or other means. This place is all about the power of wheat. That's the key. It's a serious and delicious bakery that focuses on the simplicity of enjoying the tasty wheat. The Baguette (half size) for 165 yen has a gentle appearance but a rich aroma that surprises you. It's not my favorite type of bread, but it's delicious without any fillings. Unfair. The Spelt Pain de Mie (half size) for 400 yen was best lightly toasted with butter. Enjoying the deliciousness of the dough is better without any toppings, just butter. A Pain de Mie made with 100% spelt wheat could seem more robust, but thanks to the power of honey or malt, or something else, this place, like the Signifiant Signifie, makes you think, "That's why I don't get into bread making. Gasp."

From Ebisu to Daikanyama, it took about 10 minutes of walking to finally reach the highly anticipated bakery on my fourth attempt. When I went there on a Thursday at 6 pm, the lights were on but the "CLOSE" sign was displayed. I hesitantly opened the door and asked if they were already closed, to which the staff kindly replied that they had sold out for the day. It was clear that this bakery was quite popular. I inquired if they would be open on Friday, and they confirmed they would be. The opening hours were from 11 am to 6:30 pm on Fridays, so I decided to visit the next day at 1 pm. I was delighted to find the bakery less crowded. The sign in front of the shop indicated that they were open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 am to 6:30 pm. The selection of bread was plentiful, and I chose the Daizu (soybean) butter bread priced at ¥350. I paid using PayPay and carefully carried the bread in my bag to avoid the butter from smudging. The Daizu butter bread was a unique and innovative choice, and it turned out to be soft and chewy. It felt slightly heavy when held, so I decided to share it with my family. The Daizu beans were cooked perfectly, offering a delightful texture. The bread was not as chewy as expected and was surprisingly not too heavy. The bottom part was moist and had a substantial weight due to the beans. The beans were moderately sweet, making it a bread that would appeal to many. If you plan to visit this bakery, it is recommended to go on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays and arrive early to ensure a good selection of bread.

I arrived at this shop around 3 pm on a Thursday, after getting off at Ebisu Station and walking towards Daikanyama for about 10 minutes. The shop had only one customer inside, but I was able to choose smoothly and purchased one Daiginjo butter for 350 yen. The red beans were large and satisfying to eat, and the bread was fluffy and very delicious. It truly lived up to its reputation as a popular shop! I visited twice this month, but it was unexpectedly closed for a special holiday. So, it might be a good idea to check if it's open on Instagram or something before going. It's a really delicious shop, and I visit Ebisu occasionally, so I will definitely buy it again when I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal!

Recently, the business days have been limited, making it difficult to visit, but I finally managed to check on social media and visit. I had made a reservation for bread over the phone in the morning, but the berry bread I was looking for was not available, so I made a few reservations and visited early (as they tend to sell out quickly). - Grain Baguette (230 yen): A type where you can taste the flavor of grains more strongly than the taste of wheat. - Matcha Adzuki Bean Bread (600 yen): A favorite here. I love this bread. There are similar bread combinations at other shops, but the balance of matcha bitterness and adzuki sweetness is exquisite. The texture of the densely packed dough with adzuki beans adds an interesting touch. - Croissant (280 yen): A unique crispy texture that is dense and flaky. The butter flavor is average. - Baguette with Adzuki Beans (330 yen): Plenty of black adzuki beans on the chewy white dough. - Bacon Roll (280 yen): Only my husband ate this. After this, the receipt listed "other bread" and the bread name and price were unclear. Despite confirming the presence of bread names on the receipt at the time of payment, it seems only the regular items were listed. (The bread name is important to me as I want to reserve it for next time if it's delicious). - Berry Bread: I bought this thinking it might be similar to my favorite berry bread, but the taste of the dough was completely different. There was plenty of berries in it. - Anpan: Unusual cube + mountain-shaped with a hollow, inflated part, resembling sandwich bread. The red bean paste is moist and smooth. The red bean paste flavor is stronger than it looks, with less presence of the dough, giving the feeling of eating just the red bean paste. - Apple Bread: Soft and slightly sweet, a type not commonly found here. - Cheese Bread: Baked on aluminum, this cheese bread has a new texture that is both chewy and light. It looks like it only has cheese flavor on the surface, but every bite has a strong cheese flavor. It was disappointing that there was no berry bread on this visit after a long time. As they seem to be operating only about three days a week for a while, it will be necessary to check regularly.

I finally got to visit the bakery in Daikanyama that I had been curious about for a while. I picked up the "Mini Pan de Mi" (milk bread) without hesitation and also got the black bean bread. Both were incredibly soft and delicious. The milk bread had a perfect sweetness to it that made it hard to stop at just one slice. The black bean bread was packed with beans and had a rich, hearty flavor. There were so many other breads I wanted to try, so I can't wait to go back again. ❤️✨⭐️☺️

I visited the bakery "Sora to Mugi to" located between Ebisu and Daikanyama for the first time. There was a newlywed couple in front of me, and it seemed like another couple who also visited for the first time based on the reputation. The hand-written price cards and individually wrapped bread all looked delicious! The shop has limited opening days (only Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 18:30 in October), so it was finally able to visit after struggling to find the right timing. The cozy and cute interior of the shop was very welcoming. I chose the "Quattro Formaggi" with plenty of different cheeses baked in it for ¥300, and the "Anpan" for ¥320. The "Anpan" was in a cute mini loaf shape, and I couldn't resist buying it just based on its appearance. The "Quattro Formaggi" was delicious with four different cheeses and seemed like it would go well with wine. The "Anpan" had a refined sweetness and a generous amount of red bean paste inside, filling me up nicely. Thank you for the delicious meal!

◇This croissant is a small size. It has a strong flavor of fermented butter. The texture is crispy and moist. I like the buttery sensation at the edges. The smell of wheat fills the store and it feels nice. It's a bakery with a woody atmosphere. I was in a hurry so I only bought the croissant, but maybe I should have tried the chewy ones! I'll challenge that next time.

I used Ebisu takeout. Finally made it. Due to irregular holidays (to be precise, the regular holidays change every month, and they are announced on the website every month, but it's hard to understand), I missed it twice before, but on the third try, it was open. I bought about five items such as olive bread, croissants, and apple bread and took them home. In conclusion, they were incredibly delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the high-quality bread with no unnecessary seasoning. It feels like the bread served at a top-class restaurant. The chewy texture of the bread and the natural sweetness of the wheat are also very delicious. I definitely want to repeat this experience.

The bakery, which has been in the top 100 for three years in a row from 2018 to 2020, is known for its bread made with domestically sourced ingredients. I purchased the Azuki bean and Olive bread this time. The Azuki bean bread is packed with large grains of sweet Azuki beans, and has a perfect level of sweetness. The chewy texture is simply irresistible. I had the Olive bread for breakfast. Both breads are on the chewy side, but they don't feel heavy when eaten, which is quite surprising. Sometimes chewy bread can feel too dense, but these are completely different. Personally, I prefer the Azuki bean bread. I would definitely visit again if I have the chance to go to Ebisu Daikanyama!

The bakery I visited, which has many days off, focuses on natural yeast, organic ingredients, and natural water. I purchased bread with beans such as Baguette Daizu, Matcha Daizu, and Black Bean Bread. The Matcha Daizu was particularly impressive with plenty of Daizu beans. The matcha dough was bitter, and the sweetness of the beans was subtle. Baguette Daizu ¥330, Matcha Daizu ¥300, Black Bean Bread ¥310, Croque Monsieur ¥350.

I had visited this place before and couldn't forget its unique texture, so I decided to visit again. This time, I bought an olive bread and a butter and red bean paste bread. The olive bread has chunks of olives mixed into the dough, highlighting the delicious flavor of olives without any extra seasoning. The texture of the bread is captivating, with a light and crispy mouthfeel that is addictive. It's hard to describe, but it has a light and chewy texture that makes you want to keep chewing. The butter and red bean paste bread is equally devilish, with plenty of butter and red bean paste sandwiched inside. The combination is perfect, melting both the tongue and the heart. It's irresistible. While Tokyo has many delicious bread options, this place's bread stands out and is unforgettable. If someone asks me for the best bread in Tokyo, I would definitely mention this place. That's how much I love it.

I had been curious about this place for a while. Located between Daikanyama Station and Ebisu Station, it is a popular bakery. They use domestically produced wheat, and it seems that their bread has a chewy texture as a special feature. I love chewy and sticky textures, so I was excited to visit. When I visited around snack time on a Saturday, the selection was a bit sparse. Well, it's a popular bakery on a Saturday... it can't be helped. - Matcha Anko Half Bun (¥350) - Anko Butter Bun (¥350) - Cinnamon Sugar Toast (¥220) I brought them home and tasted them with my bread-loving mother. First, the Anko Butter Bun. It has a chewy texture, and the anko (sweet red bean paste) is firm and not too sweet. The natural deliciousness of the beans and the creamy saltiness of the butter are addictive. This is incredibly delicious... I definitely want to buy it again. The Matcha Anko Bun is filled generously with anko. The anko is firm and doesn't fall apart even when cut with a bread knife, which is impressive. You can enjoy the slight bitterness of matcha and the anko together. And of course, the Cinnamon Sugar Toast is irresistible. I think I like the texture of the bread here, so I might love anything I eat from here (lol). I heard you can make reservations, so next time I'll come early in the morning or make a reservation. Thank you for the meal.

It's quite a walk from Ebisu Station. I have tried their shipped products before, but this was my first time visiting the actual store. When I visited in the early afternoon, they were already running low on stock. The "Black Bean Bread" was 310 yen, the "Apple Brioche 1/2" was 450 yen, and the "Anpan" was 320 yen. All of them had a deliciously chewy texture. I would love to visit again if they were closer to the station, but the distance is a bit of a drawback.

I had the best peach pancake and fluffy omurice at Acueil, and I was very satisfied and in a great mood, so I decided to get some pastries to go at the 100 famous bakery, Sorato Mugi. The small shop was filled with shining bread. Anpan for ¥320, bacon roll for ¥280, cinnamon sugar toast for ¥220. Just by holding the bacon roll, you could feel how soft it was. The anpan was also soft with a generous amount of sweet red bean paste, a perfect combination! Truly a top-notch bakery.

This is a popular bakery shop specializing in natural bread located between Ebisu and Daikanyama. They use carefully selected domestically grown organic wheat for their bread, which has a pleasant aroma of freshly baked wheat inside the store. The shop used to have long lines, but it has calmed down recently, so I often go early on Saturdays to buy bread. The seating area inside the shop has only two seats by the storefront. As a COVID-19 measure, they limit the number of customers inside to four. The array of bread displayed next to the register all looks delicious, with many simple and ingredient-focused options.---------------------------------Breads purchased in June 2022❋ Cinnamon sugar toast (220 yen)❋ Bacon epi (280 yen)❋ Bacon roll (280 yen)❋ Ham & cheese (420 yen)❋ Bacon tomato cheese (330 yen)---------------------------------Breads purchased in May 2022❋ Adzuki bean butter (350 yen)❋ Bacon epi (280 yen)❋ Matcha adzuki bean (1/2: 300 yen)❋ Hummus sandwich (360 yen)--------------I personally enjoyed the soft and chewy texture of the white bread. The Bacon roll, epi, and Adzuki bean butter bread were all pleasantly simple, with a focus on organic ingredients, making them a healthy choice.✨

The journey through Daikanyama continues... On the way to Ebisu, I stopped by here. Matcha Azuki Anko Half and Berry Bread Half. The Matcha Azuki Anko bread was full of azuki beans, perfect for those who love them! The Berry Bread was also packed with berries, delicious all around (especially the matcha one). I've bought the Black Bean Bread and Pain de Mie here before (pre-dating my use of Tabelog, so no reviews). While I love the Pain de Mie from the other place, the one here had a different taste, so I didn't choose it this time. There wasn't a line, but the customers were steady. There is outdoor seating available on the terrace where you can enjoy your bread (although the terrace was full so I couldn't take a picture of the exterior). However, I am curious about the Chestnut Pain de Mie. I wonder if it's also packed full of chestnuts like the others?

I had always thought of it as a shop in Daikanyama, but it seems like it's also accessible from Ebisu, so I went there after finishing my business in Ebisu in the early afternoon. There are two tables on the terrace, both of which were already occupied by people who seemed to be lingering. It seems like a bit of a competition to get a seat at this time of day. Originally, I was planning to get takeout, so I chose my bread inside the store. I wondered if the recommended item was Pain de Mie, but I decided to follow my own desires and bought a Bacon Roll and a Chocolate Pepper instead. - Bacon Roll: When I opened the bag, a nice smell of wheat wafted out! The large bacon was folded inside, giving it a satisfying chew. The bacon's saltiness was deliciously blended with the bread, creating a chewy texture. The bacon's flavor was also tasty. - Chocolate Pepper: Contrary to my expectations, this bread had a hard texture that required a good bite. The bread itself had a strong wheat flavor and was delicious. The ingredients included plenty of chocolate chips, but the chocolate wasn't too sweet, making it easy to eat. The spiciness of the pepper also added a kick, creating an adult-like chocolate bread. It's a unique taste that I've never had before, with an unexpected combination, but it's quite a favorite flavor. I highly recommend it.

Snack time on a holiday. When I happened to go to this tart shop in the neighborhood with a friend, I realized they were my neighbors so I decided to stop by. We were able to enter the shop quickly without any crowds. ⭐️ Bacon Roll A roll version of Bacon Epi! It's nice that you can taste bacon in every bite. The inside is so gooey and chewy that I almost thought there was cheese in it. ⭐️ Bacon Epi I've never seen a white Bacon Epi like this before! ⭐️ Pan Olive You can feel the fluffy and chewy texture just by holding it! It lives up to expectations in terms of taste! ⭐️ Baguette Daizu (large soybeans) Fluffy and chewy. The large Daizu beans have a strong sweetness. The plump Daizu beans are quite luxurious! ⭐️ Black Bean Bread It seems to be a very popular bread since the opening. The gentle sweetness of the black beans is overwhelming! It is soft and has a chewy texture that is very addictive. I will definitely be visiting again, despite the slightly difficult access and limited opening days. It was a long time since I had such satisfying bread!
