The atmosphere inside is great, not dirty at all. It seems like a place that can be enjoyed with friends, for work meetings, or even for a date. The menu mainly focuses on seafood, but they also have skewers, fried dishes, and grilled items which all looked delicious! This time, I ordered mainly seafood and tempura. I really wanted sushi, but I knew I would be consuming too many carbs with sake, so I opted for sashimi instead. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, it felt like it had just been swimming moments ago! The quality was surprising for an izakaya. It's like a combination of a proper sushi restaurant and an izakaya. The sashimi paired perfectly with the sake, making it a great combination. If there were more varieties of sake, it would have been even better. The tempura, especially the corn tempura, was amazing! Why is it so delicious? I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

The main dishes are sashimi and sushi, with sashimi starting at around 1000 yen per type. Sushi sets range from affordable options in the 1000 yen range to more expensive ones around 5000 yen. The taste is decent for the price. The space is spacious, making it suitable for quieter drinking parties. Reservations are required. The internet connection may be unreliable, and strangely, the restaurant does not provide the Wi-Fi password.

Night visit. Hospitality was lacking. When I asked for water along with my drink order, I was surprised to be told it was "extra charge"!! I can understand if it's a high-end restaurant but... Cold tea is charged (which is normal), only hot tea is free. This exchange during the first drink order really brought down my mood. They didn't give me the Wi-Fi password even though the signal was weak. The quality of the fish was average.

This season has come again. It's the time of year when you can only eat fresh live clams in spring. I was invited by the president of a business partner to my favorite restaurant, Uohama. The clams were soft, sweet, and incredibly delicious. It was a fantastic meal for clam lovers with a variety of other shellfish dishes. No matter how many times I come, Uohama is the best! (Owned by the same Oriental Products as Minato Sushi)

Today's fifth meal was a visit to "Uohama!" which is a copycat of Hamazushi, at the restaurant "Uohama". I went with a certain president and N-san, a total of three people! The president had to go see a store after this, so we squeezed in before the 19:00 limit (a bit forced). Truly the big shot of Kamata! The president's stores are multiplying like crazy lol. Now, here's what we ordered: assorted sashimi, dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette), toro taku maki, tekka maki, natto maki, and more. The assorted sashimi was really good with thick slices of fresh and delicious tuna, salmon, yellowtail, horse mackerel, salmon roe, and sea bream. All of them were delicious. The dashimaki tamago (snack egg) was thick and had a mild sweetness, very delicious. The rolled items were also tasty. I'd like to visit again and take my time next time. It seems popular, so it might be tough without a reservation! Thank you for the meal.

Visited at night! Ordered a sashimi platter with horse mackerel and sandfish, salted squid, grilled sandfish collar, and namero (fish tartare)! The namero was delicious! It was served in small portions to be eaten rolled up, with a slightly strong miso flavor that was quite good! However, each dish is so expensive! The sashimi was of good quality, but overall, everything is just too pricey!

I used it for the third time. I like torotaku maki, and here the seaweed is wrapped inside, so the rice and the toppings go directly into your mouth, which was delicious. I would like to try sashimi and Japanese sake when I have more room in my stomach.
