The Viennois Petit, mixed with honey and butter, had a simple and gentle sweetness, and it was delightfully priced at ¥100! It's different from high-end shops; it's a neighborhood bakery♡. Given that the filling contains moisture, it's inevitable that the dough absorbs some, but aside from that, it remained pleasantly crispy. The sweet tanginess of raspberries and the sweetness of white peaches complement each other nicely. On Sunday morning, I finished the remaining bread. I warmed up the chocolate croissant a bit in the toaster, and its crispiness returned. There's a bit less chocolate than I'd prefer, but the crispy dough is delicious enough to overlook that.
