I finally fulfilled my long-time wish to go to Shabu Shabu Retaasu!! They only offer all-you-can-eat at night. When it comes to Shabu Shabu, I prefer pork, so I ordered the pork-only course (with chicken as well). I chose the hot pot and the most popular bonito broth soup. Colorful and abundant varieties of fresh vegetables and meat were served. The initial serving of meat was small, so I ordered plenty more. There were many types of dipping sauces and salts, so as someone who enjoys eating with salt, I was very satisfied! I think the truffle salt + olive oil was the best! I went for dinner. There are several all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu menus to choose from. You can choose your own broth and sauce, with a wide variety to enjoy different flavors at once. I contacted them after the reservation time had passed, and they responded promptly, which I really appreciated.

It was incredibly delicious! The vegetables had the producer's information written on them, so they were fresh and crunchy. The shabu-shabu sauce was a DIY style where you could mix it yourself. There were recommended combinations written, and I tried making three different ones. The result was a stylish sauce. I put a lot of garlic in it. On that day, they were also serving a collaboration hot pot shabu-shabu with Nanaho at the super crowded Shibuya location, so I tried that too. It was spicy and delicious.

After work, my son invited me to go eat shabu-shabu because he wanted to eat vegetables. It was my first visit to the restaurant. The vegetables were very fresh, and we had collagen soup. We could eat unlimited amounts of meat, vegetables, cheese, and edamame. It was my first time trying tongue shabu-shabu. I think I was the only one who drank all the collagen soup... Everything, including dessert, was delicious. It was my first time experiencing all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu!

I visited this restaurant during lunchtime and ordered the shabu-shabu course. The restaurant offers all-you-can-eat at night, while during lunchtime you can enjoy the shabu-shabu course. I ordered the most expensive course priced at 2000 yen. The vegetables were fresh and delicious, but unfortunately, there was a disappointing incident with the meat. The meat I ordered was served frozen, causing the temperature of the boiling pot to drop rapidly. Frozen meat affects the texture when cooked as shabu-shabu, diminishing the satisfaction. After this experience, I thought that if I'm paying 2000 yen, I could have gone to another restaurant where I might enjoy fresh meat at the same price. I hope they pay more attention to the quality of the dishes served, such as ensuring the meat is adequately thawed before serving. I also strongly recommend reevaluating the balance between price and quality of ingredients provided. I hope to have a better experience on my next visit.

I went for lunch on a regular day. The majority of customers were women, and the restaurant was not crowded, maybe because of the rain, making it comfortable to spend time there. The meat and vegetables were fresh and the taste was delicious. One thing that bothered me a little was that the DIY shabu-shabu sauce and tea were empty... Even though I asked the staff to refill them, they seemed unfriendly. I also noticed that the staff was dripping sauce from the spoon onto the floor while bringing it. Since the restaurant was not busy, I thought it would be better if there were staff members who could oversee the restaurant a bit more. The taste was really good though.

I thought the concept of "one pot per person" shabu-shabu was great! It's a nice twist on having a meal together. Each person can choose their favorite flavors, which is nice. However, not being able to choose more than two options when dining alone might be a downside for some people. I also appreciate that they pay attention to the vegetables and even specify the origin, which is nice.

The staff are all very kind! The customer service is truly pleasant with a comfortable distance and a homely atmosphere. The food is delicious, and it's great that you can eat plenty of vegetables. We shared a soy milk-based soup and a dashi-based soup. We ate so much meat. The hojicha tiramisu dessert was delicious! I will definitely go back again.

The system was very well organized, and the dipping sauces were satisfying, but the quality of the meat was a bit disappointing. There was also a raw egg available, which we used to make egg rice with green onions and spicy sauce. The combination of the slightly spicy sauce and the egg was delicious, and we couldn't resist getting seconds. Oh, and the rice was free-flowing, so I ended up eating too much. Both the pork and beef tongue were tasty, and we enjoyed the ponzu sauce and sesame sauce. Mixing grated garlic and spicy sauce into the sesame sauce was also really delicious. There was a variety of vegetables, including lettuce and Chinese cabbage, which added to our satisfaction.
