It's a truly delicious bread that can boost your mood in the morning. - Butter roll⏩ Don't underestimate this classic butter roll. It's light and fluffy, but the texture is just amazing. The buttery aroma, the nutty flavor of the wheat, and the right amount of saltiness, everything is just to my liking. It has a different taste from the balloon bread, but I love it too. - Chocolat⏩ This is a new product with chocolate and cocoa kneaded in, giving it a slightly bitter adult sweetness. The fluffy texture combined with the sweetness of chocolate makes it a great choice. I can't believe how delicious everything is. Even though I've been to many bakeries, I keep discovering more delicious ones. It's tough but exciting.

On a regular evening, I thought of getting some deli bread for dinner, but the selection was limited. Well, I haven't bought any cooked bread here before. - Cheese something (name unknown) - Since there were only a few deli options, I decided to buy this. Hmm, it was a bit hard and felt like leftovers, but I can't really evaluate it since it's a cheese type at room temperature. - Croquant Cassis - A tangy sweet cassis croquant. As a fan of cassis and croquant, this was a big hit. Unfortunately, the texture became a bit soft over time. - Pearl Chocolat - When it comes to French pastries for all seasons, it's the Pearl Chocolat. The popping texture was so satisfying. Being able to eat this made me happy today.

The melon pan has a perfect balance of a slight saltiness and sweetness. The outer cookie dough is thin and crispy, while the inside is soft and fluffy. Unlike some melon pans where the inside is not as good, this one from Juunibun Bakery is delicious all around. It may be a bit pricey at around 300 yen, but the satisfaction from its deliciousness is worth it.

This is Juunibun Bakery located on the MB floor of Keio Department Store in Shinjuku. It is a branch of the famous bakery 365 Days in Yoyogi Park. In addition to the Shinjuku store, there are also stores in Shibuya and Sangenjaya. Juunibun Bakery is known for using domestically produced wheat and ingredients in their bread. They do not use preservatives or artificial colors, and many of their ingredients come from contracted farmers. The Juunibun Curry Bun (335 yen) is a baked curry bun filled with homemade curry and tandoori chicken. The spices are mild, and the chunks of chicken are delicious. The only downside is that it's a bit small. Although it's a bit pricey, it's worth it for this high-quality curry bun. I would like to try other breads as well. Thank you for the meal.

A bakery located about a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, operating on the basement floor of Tokyu Food Show. The restaurant had a Foodlog rating of 3.56 (June 2023). It is a branch of a popular bakery chain with multiple locations. Tokyu Food Show has several bakeries besides this one, making it convenient for shopping. This time, I purchased the following two items: - Fougas - Bressanne [Fougas] A flat bread topped with cheese, bacon, olives, and other ingredients. In France, it is shaped like a leaf, but this one had a shape similar to naan. The bread itself and the cheese provided a nice balance of saltiness, making it suitable for both a meal and a snack. [Bressanne] A pastry made with brioche dough and filled with a special cream. I initially thought the cream was custard, but it turned out to be a cream cheese-like filling with a slightly acidic taste, making it a unique pastry that I haven't tried much before. Nevertheless, it was delicious. They offer a variety of unique bread types, which is interesting. Thank you for the meal.

My husband brought home some pastries as a gift with his bonus money. He got a croissant (270), a croquant cassis (290), and a strawberry muffin (480). They are delicious! I love Danish pastries, so croissants and croquants are my favorites. And the muffin with strawberries is the best. It's made with plenty of dried strawberries, giving it a luxurious feel. The prices are a bit luxurious too... I don't really understand the differences between 365 Days Bakery and Juunibun Bakery, but I hope to try more items from each to get to know their distinct styles.

On a regular day after 7 pm, I went to Shibuya for the first time in a while. As I descended underground to transfer from JR to the Hanzomon Line, I stumbled upon Shibuya's Tokyu Food Show. I didn't realize you could enter from here. Perhaps I had never passed by when the Tokyu Food Show was open, or maybe I was just walking absentmindedly. Intrigued, I decided to take a look at the newly renovated Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya. One of the first things that caught my eye was Juunibun Bakery. They had a tempting display of delicious bread and cakes. I was a bit flustered when a friendly staff member approached me to take my order as there were 2-3 people waiting. I quickly ordered a Honey Toast (314 yen) and a Chocolat Fran (335 yen) to go. The next morning, I had them for breakfast. The Chocolat Fran consisted of a slightly soft French bread with ganache and chunky chocolate filling. The crunchy texture of the chocolate bits with small rice cracker-like pieces inside was intriguing. The gentle sweetness of the ganache stood out in terms of taste. The Honey Toast, as the name suggests, was a baguette toast generously drizzled with honey. The honey had solidified on the surface, giving it a crispy exterior. The inside of the bread was soft and chewy, making it incredibly delicious (although it seemed high in calories). My impulsive purchases turned out to be a big hit. It was a delightful meal.

The affiliated stores, open 365 days a year, offer a variety of similar breads. Some types may seem a bit pricey, especially for smaller sizes, but you can also find simpler breads for around 200 yen. - Salt Bread 227 yen The outside is crispy while the inside is soft, topped with pretzel salt for added flavor. It is not as crispy on the outside as expected, a bit moist. The salt on top adds a nice crunch. The inside is fluffy with a good elasticity. The buttery taste is richer than expected. Although it looks tough, it is actually easy to eat.

Juunibun Bakery is a bakery that is a bit all over the place, but it was also found in Shibuya. One of the groups run by the famous 365 Days in Yoyogi Hachiman. I have purchased from them before, but this time it was for a souvenir. The mini French bread version of the famous Croquant Chocolat from 365 Days is delicious, but this time I opted for a slightly unusual balloon bread also available at the Keio Shinjuku store. The price is not cheap, but this group makes delicious bread.

12-minute pudding ¥510, canelé ¥270, croissant ¥270, maple honey ¥300. Everything except the pudding was toasted in a toaster. The croissant turned out crispy and delicious. The pudding was more like a cream-filled roll cake. I really enjoyed the taste with milk tea and might end up ordering it again.

I purchased some bread from Shibuchika at Shibuya Tokyu on a weekday evening. The feeling of the bag when I took it home made me happy. I bought a Balloon Bread, Croquant Cassis, and another one I couldn't identify (probably a cheese and seaweed bread). I also had a Chocolate Au Lait and a Croissant, all of which were delicious, but I especially liked the Croquant Cassis. The Balloon Bread was also good. Thank you for the meal. I would like to try other breads as well.

Shibuya has many tall buildings with delicious bakeries inside, which is great. There are also standalone bakeries. I visited this bakery in Shibuya after a long time to buy bread for breakfast the next day. It was located on the basement floor of Mark City, which was very convenient and close to the station. Since it was before 7 pm, there were slightly fewer options available. I bought the "Aosa Cheese" and "Cinnamon Roll". The "Aosa Cheese" had a distinct salty flavor with a crispy cheese texture that added a nice bounce to the bread. First of all, the packaging is stylish and cute! The bread inside is just a regular bread, but when you tear it apart, it's fluffy with a subtle hint of butter, very delicious! You can keep eating more and more of it. You can taste and enjoy the simple taste and deliciousness of the bread itself. Of course, it's also delicious with some jam or honey on it! This is a hidden gem bakery that I secretly keep going back to! 🌟

I had a cream puff and an an-butter French pastry. The an-butter French pastry was delicious as always. It's a treat that I can enjoy multiple times without getting tired of it. It was a bit sad that it melted a little on the way home. The cream puff was my first time trying it, and the custard cream was rich but not too heavy, making it really tasty.

I enjoyed these breads with a cup of delicious coffee at home. The "An Butter France" had a perfect balance of rich butter, thick red bean paste, and French bread. The "Kibi Milk France" wasn't as rich as the "An Butter France," but it had a delightful milk cream filling that paired well with coffee. On my way back, I decided to make a detour to the Tokyu Food Show next to Shibuya Station to visit a bakery called JUNIBUN BAKERY, which is operated by Ultra Kitchen Co., Ltd. The company was founded in October 2013, with the current representative, Akimasa Sugikubo, having previously worked at the popular restaurant "D'une Rarete" in Aoyama. The bakery's concept is based on the idea of "rediscovery," where things that were once old can feel new again. The company has several bakery locations, including in Yoyogi Park, Yoyogi Hachiman, and Shinjuku. Despite the high prices of the bread, with items like curry bread priced at 335 yen and salt bread at 227 yen, the quality of the products is generally good.

Bakery originating from Setagaya and Sangenjaya. Located in the underground of Shibuya Scramble Crossing at "FoodShow". Although it is a high-end bakery compared to chain stores, they are particular about the ingredients and taste. It's nice to have this kind of bread once in a while. The familiar "Balloon Bread (368 yen)" in Sangenjaya is consistently delicious. I was curious about the Shibuya limited "Scrambled Egg (443 yen)" that I have visited a few times. It uses good ingredients and is certainly delicious, but the price is high, so I'm not sure if I would eat it repeatedly. Other options include "Chocolat", a round-shaped croissant-like "Croissant", and a cheese "Quattro Formaggi". Including the transparent plastic bag, the total is 1,760 yen. When considering sharing with two people, it might not be that expensive.

The chocolate bread that my wife bought was delicious. The round chocolate on top was crispy, and the texture of the bread and chocolate balanced well. There were also red bean bread, but the chocolate bread was the best.

I happened to come across a bakery in the Shubichika area. The shop looked cute and the visual of the store was romantic and glamorous, with jewel-like products lined up. I bought three items: Chocolat France, walnut bread, and (I ate it before taking a photo) Yuzu brioche. They were delicious and I finished them in no time. Looking at the leaflet I brought home, I could see that they use 11 types of domestically produced wheat, fruits from contracted farmers, and do not use preservatives or synthetic coloring.
