I visited Ginza Kanraku main store in Ginza Corridor Street in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is located just a few minutes' walk from exit A11 of Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, making it easily accessible by public transportation. There are also street parking spaces in front of the store and the Nishi-Ginza Parking Lot nearby for those arriving by car. The interior of the store is very clean and has a bright atmosphere. This time, I purchased a pack of 10 Ginroku Mochi (1,233 yen). Named after Ginza Roku-chome, it is a small dorayaki with mochi-textured dough mixed with mochi flour and filled with flavorful red bean paste from Hokkaido. The dough has a chewy texture, and the red bean paste has a refined sweetness, making it very delicious. The bite-sized dorayaki is convenient to eat. Ginza Kanraku is a specialty store for Japanese sweets. The name "Kanraku" means "sweet and enjoyable" in Japanese, expressing the desire to bring happiness to everyone with sweet treats. The store is committed to using carefully selected ingredients in their confectionery. They use red beans from contracted farms at the foot of Mount Yotei in Rusutsu, Hokkaido. They strive to use domestically sourced ingredients, such as rice from Miyagi Prefecture and red beans from Hokkaido. They also try to avoid using synthetic coloring and preservatives as much as possible, using natural coloring for wagashi. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

It's the equinoctial week, so I received an order to "Hey, go buy some delicious Ohagi!" Delicious Ohagi? That's a tough mission, I thought, as I headed to Ginza Maruraku. Nearby is the bafflingly bubble-era Taimei Elementary School, where the students wear Armani uniforms. The "Ohagi assortment" includes four types: "whole bean/pureed/soybean flour/sesame". They are bite-sized and easy to eat. The taste is as popular as expected, with flawless deliciousness. The box is also beautiful, making it suitable as a souvenir. As of today, it has a rating of 3.64. Well, it's understandable why it's popular.

Around 4:30 PM on Saturday, there weren't many items left, but I purchased seasonal items - sesame mochi barley rice cake, sweet potato yokan, and chestnut daifuku. The rice cake could be eaten the next day, while the yokan and daifuku needed to be consumed on the same day. They were moderately sweet, had a satisfying texture, and were delicious.

I had a meeting near Yurakucho Station. It ended before evening, so I decided to visit a nearby traditional Japanese sweets shop. It is located on Corridor Street, not far from Yurakucho Station, and has a spacious interior with a large showcase. They offer a wide variety of daifuku, including "bean daifuku," "sweet potato yokan," and "mayu-gin." I purchased one of each. The bean daifuku is small and easy to eat, with just the right amount of sweetness in the red bean filling. The sweet potato yokan is decorated with a maple leaf, giving it a seasonal touch. The mayu-gin has a fluffy texture and was delicious.

I was selected as one of the top 100 stores, but there were no other customers during lunchtime. I had a delicious freshly made daifuku. However, I don't think it's especially delicious compared to daifuku made the same day at stores not selected as top 100. The more I go to the top 100 stores, the more I feel like it's better to buy and eat at the wagashi section of Isetan Shinjuku or Mitsukoshi Ginza.

Famous traditional Japanese confectionery shop in Ginza. I bought their signature Ginrokumochi at Tokyo Station and it was delicious, so I decided to visit their main store this time. They open at 10 am. I went in and couldn't resist getting the regular dorayaki for 185 yen and the Kama Kasutera for 668 yen. It was nice to have different payment options available. The dorayaki was delicious in a classic way. The white backside of the dorayaki and the cocoon-like appearance were intriguing. There were also many other types of manju and daifuku, making it a tough decision. The Kama Kasutera can last for almost a month. It's not the typical moist kind made with coarse sugar, but rather a light, pound cake-like texture made with 100% rice flour. It felt new and different.

◼️Located in the Ginza area, known for its many long-established shops, "Ginza Kanra" is a young Japanese sweets shop founded in 2007 that has gained popularity for its cuteness and wide variety of products. Their most popular item is the "Mame Daifuku." ◆Mame Daifuku [Most Popular]: The red beans used are sourced from a contracted farm at the foot of Mount Yotei in Rusutsu, Hokkaido. The mochi rice is from Miyagi Prefecture. The soft and thick mochi conveys the taste of the dough well. The smooth red bean paste inside and the firm texture of the red beans on the outside create a well-balanced flavor. Definitely worth a repeat purchase! ◼️Shop Information: Credit cards are accepted. Established in 1981, Musashi Seika Co., Ltd. is the parent company, led by President Tetsuo Chabata. "Ginza Kanra" was founded in 2007 and currently operates around 11 stores mainly in Tokyo. The name "Kanra" in the store name comes from the desire to bring happiness and joy to everyone with sweet treats. ◼️A wide variety of Japanese sweets are available, with sizes that are just right. I was able to purchase a few remaining Mame Daifuku in the early evening on a weekday.

Amazake Honpo, located on Corridor Street, is a chain store with various branches in different places. The main store is unexpectedly located in this deep area. I arrived around 5:30 pm on a weekday, and it was not crowded. The store had a good selection of products even in the late afternoon. Their specialty is the sweet bean rice cake, so I happily tried it. The price was reasonable for Ginza. The rice cake was soft and chewy, and it stretched a lot. The aroma was nice and it was very delicious. The red bean paste had a strong sweet flavor of red beans and a moderate saltiness, creating a great balance. The rice cake, paste, and beans were all of high quality. I particularly like sweet bean rice cakes, and it's great to be able to buy them at this level of quality at an affordable price. I will definitely buy them again when I come across them somewhere. Payment with card was accepted. Thank you for the meal!

Visited at 3:00 p.m. on a regular day. Had the place to myself with no other customers. Lemon water manju for 237 yen. The soft and fluffy dough is delicious. The inside has a lemon-flavored sweet bean paste that is refreshing and perfect for summer. It can be carried at room temperature. It comes in a plastic case, so you don't have to worry about it getting squished in your bag. It can last until the next day. Payment is made with an ID.

This shop, despite being founded in 2007, already has 11 stores which is quite impressive. You can see machines in the back of the shop, but apparently they used to make the sweets in the store when they first opened. I would love to try the traditional Japanese sweets made on the Ginza Corridor Street, but now they are made in a factory. With 11 stores, it makes sense. I ordered the "Gin Roku Mochi" and the "Mame Daifuku". The "Gin Roku Mochi" (starting from 565 yen for 5 pieces, boxed version for 668 yen) is named after the store's location in Ginza 6-chome. The dorayaki they sell is completely different. As the name suggests, the skin is very chewy and delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness between the red bean paste and the skin. It's small, but the taste is so good that you won't want to eat it in just one bite. The expiration date is one week if you don't open the bag. The "Mame Daifuku" (sold individually for 206 yen) is also a signature item. Even someone like me who doesn't know much about sweets can tell that they use high-quality ingredients. The red beans are from Hokkaido, and the rice is from Miyagi's "Miyakogane". The soft mochi skin combined with the red beans creates a truly delicious harmony. I have come to like this traditional Japanese sweets shop. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

On Thursday morning around 10:20, there were no customers at this shop in Ginza Corridor Street, so I leisurely chose and bought a bean daifuku for 206 yen. I used to think bean daifuku was a snack for older people, but when I tried it, it was delicious! Plus, the location and price are amazing, so I'm feeling great. Thank you for the meal ^ ^ I'll definitely go again!

This is a traditional Japanese sweets shop located right in the middle of the Ginza Corridor Street. Their chestnut manju is darker and has a whole chestnut inside, unlike the ones you can buy in stores. The Mizuyokan was decently delicious, but the Ginrokumochi, a dorayaki from Ginza 6-chome, incorporates ingredients from Hokkaido and has a unique flavor that might become addicting.

This time, I would like to introduce "Ginza Kanraku Ginza Honten". I tried a treat brought by a business partner. It was a completely refrigerated item. The appearance is a smaller version of a dorayaki that everyone imagines. The dough is relatively thin and has a sweet taste. The moist texture, combined with being chilled in the refrigerator, makes it perfect for summer. The filling inside is not smooth red bean paste, but chunky red bean paste. The beans are slightly larger, but the taste of the filling is very delicate and elegantly sweet. This dorayaki is the most delicate I have ever had, and I thought it would make a great gift while enjoying it. For those who don't usually encounter this kind of treat, I think it would be well received as a gift. Personally, I found it valuable that this dorayaki is not too sweet and can be enjoyed even without tea. I also thought it would be great to have a shop like this nearby.

Ginza Kanraku in Ginza Corridor Street. The interior of the store is neat and beautiful, with traditional Japanese sweets displayed. The elegant sweetness of the daifuku with beans, with a hint of saltiness that enhances the sweetness. The dorayaki is moist and sweet. Indulge in a sweet and happy feeling of bliss.

I bought a "Daifuku" and a "Mayui" white dorayaki. The small size is just right. While it may not be overwhelmingly delicious compared to other famous shops, it was tasty. If I have the chance, I will try another product.

Kanra is a traditional Japanese sweets shop located in the Ginza Corridor Street. Despite being established in 2007, it has already expanded to 11 stores nationwide and gained a reputation for its high-quality Japanese sweets. Unlike most Japanese sweet shops that close early in the evening, Kanra stays open until 9 pm, making it convenient for those looking for souvenirs after work. The prices are reasonable, with popular items like Mame Daifuku, Mayugoromo, and Dorayaki priced around 200 yen each. The Mame Daifuku is handmade and best consumed on the same day, offering a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness. The Mayugoromo is a unique original sweet with a light and fluffy texture, while the Dorayaki is a classic favorite with a consistent and delicious taste. Kanra sources its ingredients from contracted farms, ensuring a consistent quality throughout the year. Overall, Kanra is a must-visit Japanese sweets shop in Ginza that satisfies the cravings of Japanese sweets lovers.

After conquering the top three dorayaki shops in Tokyo, Suzumeya and Seikoken, I received a tempting suggestion from a friend: "Dorayaki is great, but have you tried daifuku? It's also amazing, hehehe." So, I decided to embark on a little adventure and headed to Amazake Kanraku in Ginza. The shop was empty when I arrived, with plenty of daifuku neatly stacked up. It was a magnificent sight. Although I had only planned to buy daifuku, I couldn't resist the temptation of dorayaki, especially the "Mayoi" white dorayaki, and even found myself lured by sakuramochi. My wallet was never going to be enough. Back at home, I eagerly bit into the daifuku. It was delicious. The softness of the mochi, the saltiness of the beans, the sweetness of the anko – it was a perfect harmony. It felt like I had found the ideal daifuku right from the start of my pilgrimage. Next, I tried the dorayaki. It would definitely make the top ten list of dorayaki. Both the skin and the anko were to my liking. The white dorayaki also made it to the list. Lastly, I savored the sakuramochi, enjoying the essence of spring. The salted sakura leaf complemented the sweetness of the anko, filling the air with the fragrance of spring. Another delicious meal! Thank you!

I think it's cost-effective! It's perfect as a travel companion or as a snack that someone else brought and shared with me. It comes in a pack of 5 (565 yen), it's small, and great for satisfying a little hunger. Despite its small size, it's amazing! It's made with mochi rice, so the skin is chewy and the red bean paste is firm and delicious. This size and reasonable price are great. It's perfect for a small gift, and it's a surprising dorayaki find! Thank you for the meal!

Sweet Paradise in Ginza Corridor Street, where I bought bean daifuku for 206 yen. This turned out to be a huge hit! The mochi is soft and my fingers sink into it. It's not too thin or too thick, and it stretches softly. Inside, there is a good amount of beans. The red bean paste is grainy. It's not too sweet, and the balance is really good... Plus, it's cheap, so I will definitely come back for more!

I visited "Ginza Kanraku Ginza Honten," a store located in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. It is about a 4-minute walk from Hibiya Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. The store is located along Corridor Street and has a spacious, modern Japanese atmosphere. They only offer takeout. The items I purchased this time are as follows: - Sakura mochi: A seasonal item, this one is the Nagamiji type. Upon opening the plastic container, you can immediately smell the scent of cherry blossoms. The skin is thin with some visible air bubbles. The sweet bean paste inside was not too sweet. - Daifuku with beans: A signature item, the soft rice cake is filled with smooth sweet bean paste. The red kidney beans sourced from a contracted farm provide a nice salty accent. It was delicious.
