I attended the opening party and visited for dinner about two weeks later in early September. On this day, not only the service staff but also the chef personally came out to explain each dish. His genuine personality reflects on his face. The kindness in his cooking and the firm core that doesn't waver are evident. We opted for the chef's choice course with wine without looking at the list. The pace was matched with drinks, and the sommelier, Tusti-chan, and the nurse with a sommelier qualification, admired Madame K-san, making the dining experience enjoyable. We started with a toast with sparkling wine, followed by sea urchin and consommé jelly with potato chips on top, providing a delightful texture contrast. The appetizer featured fresh fish sourced through a special route and was a refreshing dish with tomato acidity. The next dish was a repeat from the previous party, presenting a harmonious blend of sweet Hokkaido corn and foie gras, both strong but not overwhelming. Chef's specialty, Australian polony terrine with chicken liver mousse, truffle vinaigrette, showcased a well-balanced blend of tangy sauce and rich, moist liver. The main course featured lamb sourced from the chef's acquaintance's ranch in Hokkaido. Despite my slightly intoxicated state, the lamb had a satisfying chewiness, tenderness, and juiciness. The sauce, incorporating lemon and other fresh elements, was a departure from typical lamb sauces, making it suitable for those who prefer lighter red wine or white wine pairings. Having indulged in wine throughout the meal, I passed on dessert and opted for a cheese assortment. The petit fours were not overlooked, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to quality. From Omotesando Station, it's quite a walk, but worth it for this cozy underground French restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious and meticulously prepared. For a client dinner, the wine pairing dinner course runs about ¥25,000 per person. At the end of the course, they also serve tea and sweets, which might be a bit much for women to finish. Overall, it's beautifully presented and delicious.

The restaurant is spacious with tables placed comfortably apart, and the dishes are served leisurely, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed time catching up with an old friend. For the price, we got two main dishes, one fish and one meat, along with a dessert cart. The portions were generous, and the overall light sauce complemented the meal well. The highlight was the quail risotto, where the quail, tender and flavorful, paired perfectly with the risotto. I couldn't help but admire my friend's graceful eating manners as she delicately enjoyed the quail with its bones. The miniature dessert from the course, Chicory Coffee Bavarois, was delicious.

The restaurant is conveniently situated about a 10-minute walk from Omotesando Station's A4 exit, surrounded by trendy boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, which made the stroll quite enjoyable. Arriving a little before 11:30 on a Tuesday, we found a few groups already waiting, but we were seated within minutes of the opening. The interior is beautifully designed with predominantly white walls and wooden flooring, offering a cozy ambiance with seating for about 7 groups of 2 to 4 people. We kicked off with a glass of wine and started our culinary journey. Here's a summary of our impressions of each course: 1. 'Asparagus Bavarois' - A refreshing dish with a gentle asparagus fragrance complemented by a flavorful broth jelly. 2. 'Poularde Onion Terrine with Chicken Liver Mousse' - An exquisite appetizer featuring tender, sweet onions and a delightful liver paste topped with a truffle-infused sauce. 3. 'Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Risotto' - A luxurious dish where the creamy risotto, flavored with mascarpone, perfectly balances the richness of the foie gras. We were a group of 5, so we used the semi-private area at the back of the restaurant. It's a bit tucked away from Aoyama Street, giving it a hidden gem vibe. The service from the staff was excellent. For the final dessert service, when we requested "all varieties," they plated a little bit of each (about 10 kinds) for us. It was truly impressive.

I made a reservation and visited. I am very satisfied. Delicious dishes, smooth service, a glass of Furano wine, and a fulfilling lunch for just under 8,000 yen. ⭕️ Carrot mousse is beautiful! Beautiful! ⭕️ Seafood salad, warm seafood, and a sauce that goes well. The vegetables are also delicious! ⭕️ Sole meunière ⭕️ Quail and risotto Both fish and meat are delicious, and the accompanying vegetables are colorful. ⭕️ Bavarois one-bite dessert. Melting deliciousness. ⭕️ Dessert wagon, you can apparently order all 11 types. However, I chose 6 types. The pudding and Mont Blanc were delicious. Lastly, the chef personally saw us off. We had a little chat about Hokkaido. It's a wonderful place where time flies. Before I knew it, 3 hours had passed. It's a restaurant I want to visit again to enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation with loved ones.

I wanted to have a meal at an incredibly delicious restaurant, so I did a lot of research and finally went. I was deeply impressed by the fantastic dishes. I finally had the chance to visit this restaurant that I had been curious about for a while and struggled to make reservations. It's located away from the lively streets of Omotesando, tucked into a quiet alley – exactly the kind of atmosphere I love. The first dish was a carrot mousse served in a martini glass. At first glance, the color and softness reminded me of sea urchin. It was sweet and easy on the palate for a first course. For the second course, I chose a warm seafood salad. The seafood sautéed in butter had a perfectly balanced, concentrated flavor, complemented by the surrounding greens. The third course was a fish dish, rich and delicious with butter. We had the option to choose the fourth course, and I went for quail. They had prepared quail thigh and breast, both incredibly tasty. The fifth course was a coffee-flavored pudding as a palate cleanser. The sixth course allowed us to choose as many cakes as we wanted from a selection of nearly ten. However, I was already quite full, so I opted for two small portions – a Haskap berry roll cake and milk ice cream. The elegant white tablecloth and the calm, sophisticated interior made it a place I'd love to visit again.
