This is my third visit, all in the evening. It's a 3-minute walk southwest from Nakameguro Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. It's still quite popular, and this time I'm seated at the counter on the second floor. They operate on a strict 90-minute rotation, starting from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, and it seems like reservations fill up fast. So, it's best to keep pace, especially if you're ordering wine by the bottle. Prices have gone up since my last visit about three years ago, with both the Marinara and Margherita now costing 1,650 yen each, up by 150 yen. I started with Prosciutto for 1,600 yen and wine, then had the Marinara followed by the Margherita. They still maintain their unique, slightly messy style. Marinara is usually too simple for me to order elsewhere, but since it's one of only two options here, I end up ordering it, and surprisingly, it tasted better than the Margherita this time. It's still quite salty, especially with the anchovies. The atmosphere isn't exactly calming, but sometimes you just crave this kind of pizza.

Visited "Seirinkan" in Kami-Meguro, Meguro-ku. It's tucked away in an alley. The ambiance is super chic. Climbed the stylish yet slightly risky spiral staircase to the second floor counter. Had marinara and ginger ale. Absolutely love the dry Wilkinson ginger ale. The freshly baked pizza was delicious! I'm a big fan of oily food.

Visited around 13:00 on a weekday. We were the third group in line, waited about 15 minutes inside the restaurant (not cool because of the oven). There are only two types of pizza on the menu. Since there were two of us, we decided to share.
- Margherita: ¥1,650
- Marinara: ¥1,650
- Aranciarosso (Blood Orange Juice): ¥650 (On weekends, a mandatory one-drink order is required, but on weekdays, it seems you can skip it)
The pizzas were quite small, but the crust was thick. The Margherita had a generous amount of cheese with a well-balanced tomato sauce beneath. The savory crust was delicious. The Marinara had a strong oregano flavor, and the fresh tomato sauce made it juicy.
The drink, Aranciarosso, was in a small glass, and at ¥650, it felt a bit pricey for the size. I didn't take a photo, unfortunately. I'm glad I didn't choose the oolong tea (feels like I might have been ripped off).
We ordered, and in less than 40 minutes, it was almost closing time at 14:00. There were still about five pieces of pizza left, but since we were the last customers, they told us, "We're closing, so we'll pack it for you." I felt a bit rushed, maybe it's just me. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

It's been almost 10 years since I last visited Seirinkan for the second time. Their signature pizza has a chewy crust and although it's quite oily, it's surprisingly delicious without feeling heavy. The interior with its spiral staircase has a charming atmosphere and feels stylish. However, climbing it can be a bit scary, haha. There are a lot of appetizers like prosciutto and cheese, so I'd be happy if they added more variety to the menu.

I went to Pizza Hyakumeiten in Nakameguro on a weekday for lunch, and there was no line at all! ✨ I tried the Marinaro for ¥1,650 and Broccoli for ¥1,800. It had a garlic festival after a long time. I heard that Marinaro is recommended over the classic Margherita, so I ordered it. It's a super simple pizza with fresh tomato sauce and a strong garlic flavor. I don't usually eat pizzas without cheese, but it was good for a change. It's a simple and best taste that garlic lovers can't resist! Since many people in Instagram were ordering it, I also tried the Broccoli. It's also simple with plenty of garlic ❤️ Enjoying the deliciousness of the ingredients. The interior was a stylish space filled with Beatles music. If you love Marinaro, give it a try at Seirinkan in Nakameguro! ☺️ ■ Seirinkan ■ 5 minutes walk from Nakameguro Station.

I was able to enter smoothly before 1:00 p.m. on a weekday. Among the second-floor seats, two groups were foreigners. We ordered one Margherita and one Marinara pizza, sharing them between the two of us. The chewy dough with occasional black char marks is evidence of high-temperature baking. It's been over 20 years since I first came here, but I still appreciate that they offer only two types of pizza. It's also fantastic that the second pizza arrives just as you finish the first one.

The stylish Italian retro restaurant in Nakameguro has a dim yet inviting atmosphere. They offer two types of delicious pizzas, and we ordered both. In addition, we tried the prosciutto mozzarella and one pasta dish—all of them were tasty. The wine selection is extensive, and overall, we were highly satisfied. The combination of novelty and ambiance makes it a good value. The flavors are a bit rich, but it adds to the experience.

The restaurant has a 1-hour time limit, so it's not really a place for a leisurely lunch. However, the lighting and atmosphere inside are very nice, making it suitable for a date (though it might feel a bit cramped on the first visit). The restaurant is spacious upstairs, with a limited number of seats on each floor, but it can accommodate a decent number of people. We went with 4 people for lunch on a weekday and were able to get in without waiting. We ordered various pizzas and the vongole bianco, and everything was delicious with good portion sizes. The pizza crust was substantial and satisfying, with a nice saltiness on the edges. The pasta was exceptional, with a perfect balance of saltiness and clams. Just be aware that once you place an order, they stop taking food orders, so it's something to keep in mind.

Visited around 1 p.m. on a weekday and was impressed by the stylish interior and great atmosphere. Climbed the spiral staircase to the second floor. Ordered Margherita (¥1650). It arrived in about 3 minutes, surprising me with its speed. Many nearby customers seemed to be office workers, explaining its popularity. Cutting the pizza with fork and knife by oneself was a bit troublesome, but the taste of the classic Margherita was flawless. I'd like to try Marinara next time. Thank you for the meal!

Reserved and visited with a friend. The restaurant had a vertical structure, and we moved using a spiral staircase visible from below. The spacious gaps between steps made me a bit scared of slipping, especially if you tend to stagger when drunk or are uncomfortable with heights. It's advisable for women to avoid wearing short skirts. Each floor accommodates only about 4-5 groups due to its limited space.
We were guided to the 4th floor, which was dimly lit without ceiling lights, creating a somewhat moist atmosphere. Descending the stairs on our way out, we noticed other floors were brighter, so it might be unique to the 4th floor.
The restaurant played only Beatles songs, with Beatles posters and articles decorating the walls. Beatles fans might enjoy the ambiance. We ordered Margherita and Marinara, sharing them. The standout was the delicious crust - chewy with a salty kick, crispy in some parts, and the tomato sauce was mildly sweet without acidity. The cheese had a salty flavor that made you crave for alcohol. We ordered Heartland beer, which was good, but white wine might pair better. As it cooled, the pizza's taste evolved and remained delicious, but personally, I recommend enjoying Margherita while it's warm.

Seirinkan in Naka-Meguro is incredibly famous, standing tall alongside Da Isa as one of the iconic pizzerias in the area. The interior boasts a retro Western-style mansion design that reaches toward the heavens. The staircase is quite distinctive, so elderly visitors should be cautious. There are a few counter seats on the first floor. Originally opened as Naka-Meguro Savoy in 2007, it later changed its name. It's considered a holy land for Neapolitan pizza, attracting visitors from overseas as well. The posters inside exude a Beatles vibe. This time, let's head up to the third floor. They only serve Margherita and Marinara pizzas, with no lunch menu available. When you place your first order, it's also the last call for food, and drink orders stop soon after. The stay time is set at 60 minutes, which is quite strict but allows for more turnover. Neapolitan pizza is eaten with a knife and fork here, staying true to tradition. The crust is thick with a crispy edge, and the pizza is served whole without slices. The dough is more substantial than chewy, with a dense texture. The tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese are delicious as expected, elevating the pizza to a high standard. Personally, I prefer a slightly lighter crust, but the quality of the pizza here is undeniable. While I enjoyed having one by myself, I feel inclined to try other items next time. It's not as casual as Savoy for dropping by, but it's a place that carries on a distinct pizza culture. Definitely worth a visit.

At "Seirinkan", both the Margherita and Bianca pizzas are popular. Even 15 minutes before opening on Sundays, there's quite a queue. We opted for two pizzas, being a bit greedy. The pizza menu offers only Margherita, Marinara, and the secret Bianca. The Margherita stands out with its slightly burnt crust, though it's quite large. I wish they'd add more toppings for the price, especially around the crust. The Bianca, a hidden gem of just cheese, is not listed but anyone can order it. Maybe it's a lunch special? The cheese has a chewy texture, and the dough seems a bit saltier. It's simple but delicious, perfect for those who can't handle spicy food. The place is adorned with Beatles memorabilia, and of course, their music fills the air. Overall, it's a delightful experience, but two pizzas were a bit too much. #TokyoEats #NakameguroEats #NakameguroLunch #Pizza #Lunch

I visited Seirinkan for the first time. I went there on a holiday afternoon and had to wait for a while. The interior of the restaurant is quite distinctive, with a spiral staircase leading upstairs. The food, especially the pizza, is delicious. It's not light but rather substantial, with intense flavors. Also, they operate on a one-drink policy.

[Visit Date] August 27, 2023 (Sunday) around 14:00, waited for about 10 minutes for a table [Menu] Margherita + Puttanesca, 2 drinks for less than 5000 yen [Impressions] Both pizzas had rich and well-infused flavors, delicious enough to make me want to try other items on the menu.

I lined up for about 20 people before the shop opened, and although I hesitated, I decided to wait. It took about an hour from the start of lining up, but the classic Margherita pizza they served was absolutely delicious. It's definitely worth the wait. This place offers pasta and light snacks as well, so it's perfect for groups of adults to enjoy together.

Delicious pizza. We ordered one Margherita and one Marinara since there were two of us. We shared them. The Marinara was really delicious. The dough was chewy, and the fresh tomato sauce had a perfect balance of tanginess and sweetness, with a hint of garlic. The saltiness was subtle, which really enhanced the flavors of the ingredients.

The restaurant name is Seirinkan located in Naka-Meguro. When you enter the restaurant, the background music is Beatles, and there are lots of Beatles on the walls. It's a pizza shop where they bake pizzas in a stone oven. After ordering, they stretch the dough and put toppings on it. The hot stone oven quickly finishes the pizza once it's put in. Just watching it is exciting and makes you feel thrilled. I guess that's what makes it a top-ranked restaurant. Amazing how influential Tabelog is; without it, I might not have found this place. Grateful for Tabelog.

On Sunday night, I visited this hidden gem without a reservation and luckily snagged two seats at the counter. The pizza dough had a delightfully chewy texture and tasted fantastic. Watching the pizza being cooked right in front of me was a wonderful experience.

I went for lunch on a holiday. Although reservations were not accepted, I started queuing around 11:10, and there were already about 5 groups ahead of me. As soon as it opened at 11:30, I was seated and guided to the third floor. The building had a chic ambiance that couldn't be described. From the outside, it looked like there were no windows, but inside, sunlight was streaming in. I wonder what's up with the windows. Inside, the first floor had a pizza oven and kitchen, while the second and third floors had table seats. The staircase was spiral, and since it could be seen from below, women in skirts might feel a bit conscious climbing it (although I don't think anyone is watching...). There were only two types of pizzas, and around 6-7 pasta options. I ordered Burrata, Margherita, and Puttanesca. The Burrata was creamy with a bit less moisture, and I enjoyed it richly without any toppings. The Margherita, a classic, had a dough that was chewy but not too heavy. The balance of cheese, tomato, and basil was perfect, making it a really delicious pizza. However, the most impressive was the Puttanesca! The pasta was slightly thick and chewy. This simple dish with tomatoes and olives had a perfect balance with the salty anchovies, the subtle aroma of garlic, and a slightly spicy kick from chili (although not too spicy). It had just the right flavor, and I was very satisfied. I would like to visit this restaurant again when I come to Nakameguro.

Seirinkan, a renowned pizza joint in Nakameguro, has a surprisingly modern vibe despite its Italian facade. Although the space is narrow, it spans from the basement to the third floor with a spiral staircase, so it's advisable for ladies not to wear skirts (lol). Restrooms are on the third floor for women and in the basement for men. The Margherita and Marona pizzas are both top-notch. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but the tomato pasta was also exceptional. The appetizers were simple yet delicious, with no unnecessary frills.

I went to this restaurant, which is about an 8-minute walk from Naka-Meguro Station. I originally wanted to go to Punch, but there was a long line in the scorching sun, so I decided to eat here instead. I had the Margherita pizza, which was rated 3.3. It was just okay. The crust was indeed tasty, but maybe I had expected too much because a friend had highly recommended it.
