Fatigue accumulates in the legs, making it feel like there's lead in them every morning... On weekends, let's treat our stomachs and legs kindly. ✨✨ It's been a while since my last visit to "Karashibi Miso Ramen Onikinbou" - arrived at 11:30 AM, got my bowl at 20 minutes past, I thought the queue wouldn't be too bad because of the lingering summer heat, but alas, no such luck! By around 12 PM, the line gets even longer. 😱 The usual "Bean Sprout Karashibi Miso Ramen," spicy, normal spiciness, plus extra hotness for me. ¥1,130. The main shop always has plenty of staff, and the soup is always piping hot and plentiful, and the noodles are firm. I love tantanmen, which you can find all over Japan, but Karashibi Miso Tonkotsu Ramen is one of a kind, with a devilish taste only found here. 😈 The woman next to me... she eats like a turtle! 😱 Glancing over, it seems it's either her first time here or she's struggling with the heat and spiciness; she's hardly making progress with her meal... seems like she's contemplating giving up. 🐢 Meanwhile, I'm taking my time, savoring every bite, and though I couldn't finish it all today, I leave about 3 centimeters of soup at the bottom ← futile resistance, haha. Reluctantly finish up. It's been over 31 years since I last revisited, but today's soup seems a bit lighter on the bonito and miso flavors, with a tad more oil... Nevertheless, it's rich and spicy! The tender braised pork with star anise is delicious. The crunchy, fragrant stir-fried bean sprouts provide a nice contrast to the noodles. The noodles, varying in thickness, are delightfully springy, but be careful, they might splash! It's a hot day, and the air conditioning in the restaurant isn't the best... but slurping up the piping hot ramen while maxing out the neck fan is quite an experience. Usually, sweat would be dripping from my forehead into my eyes, but today, I'm safe. -(ˆ︶ˆ)- I bid a cheerful "Thank you for the meal!" to the many staff members as I leave the restaurant. Ah, another satisfying day! After this, little did I know that my forehead wrinkles would deepen into the Mariana Trench of pain as I happily head to "Dr. Foot" for an intense foot massage near Kanda Station's west exit... Help! Later on, I feel so light~~~°˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖° and divine~~~✨️ ===========
