《The Tabelog Award 2023》銅牌得獎餐廳讓我被其壯麗的景觀和美食所震撼。這是一家每個季節都想去的絕佳名店。份量不過多,剛剛好,而且能夠在欣賞庭園美景的同時品嚐美味佳餚,實在是奢侈的享受。對我個人而言,超乎期待,非常滿意,但意見可能因價格而有所分歧。這是與重要的人共度美好時光的絕佳選擇,而且比起本店,預訂也更容易,我強烈推薦。這是一家知道了就會感到美好的店。帶著這樣的氛圍,沒有女士不會開心,即使是男士們也很適合,總之,氛圍非常棒。再次見到女主人,讓我感到非常高興,度過了愉快的時光。緒方的女主人是一位開朗可愛的人,因為不能在本店見面,所以見到她真是太開心了!每道菜都是美味精緻的味道。下次我已經預訂了夏天,我期待著。【Omakase Course】○ Ice room, with hydrangeas, representing Ice room with chrysanthemum and Matsudo abalone, a beautiful and cool dish. ○ Okra and loofah dashi, delicious as in the main store. ○ Sliced squid, conger eel, and red sea bream. ○ Grilled eel, with myoga and cucumber, a dish that feels like early summer. ○ Kamona eggplant dengaku, with wood buds. ○ Tofu made with soy milk for yuba has a different texture from regular tofu, so it's refreshing. ○ lightly dried and grilled Ayu from Takatsugawa, served with Takamine chili pepper. ○ Bean rice. ○ Red sea bream and ginger rice. ○ Cold udon noodles. ○ Lotus root cake was delicious, thank you for the feast. ********** Thank you very much for reading to the end.
