Masuichi-san's group strategically adapts its format based on price range and location. Their customer service level is good, with service tailored to the restaurant's style. Especially the lady who came to see us off at the end was very polite and pleasant. This particular branch uses gas grills. I noticed that the grill plate was slightly dirty, but it wasn't a big issue since it's a touchscreen system. However, the touchscreen's usability and image visibility were a bit problematic. In terms of taste, it's decent compared to other restaurants. The absence of harami and thick-cut tongue is probably due to market differentiation. I'm very happy with the variety of fresh ingredients, and the tripe and Masuichi yukke are delicious. However, regarding meat sushi, I definitely think sea urchin is unnecessary. (laughs) I plan to try their lunch next time.
