We chose this restaurant because it was less crowded compared to other places, although time was a factor. Despite being just the two of us, we were seated at a four-person table, and this table was the only one with a different seating direction and more distance from the neighboring tables. It was a bright spot by the window. The first dish served, the "Liver Yakitori," was not freshly prepared. To sum it up, the "Umaki Tamago" served next was piping hot and presented two pieces each on separate plates. It was the highlight of today's meal. We ordered the "Unagi Donburi," but the eel had thin and small pieces similar to "baby eel." It lacked the melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and richness in flavor. I started feeling a sense of disappointment. The liver in the "Liver Sashimi" had a different texture compared to the "Liver Yakitori" – it was fresh and had a delightful springy texture. I realized it's best to stick to the "unagi" restaurants I've been going to for years.
