<'22/12 Initial Visit> There was some business at the Fukushima Civic Center. Before that, I had a bite to eat. Without any prior research, I stumbled upon this place near the coin parking lot. It's a restaurant with a phrase I often hear in radio commercials. I was surprised to see that they had a diverse menu beyond just dumplings. Perhaps because it was a bit past 12 o'clock, the first-floor seats were fully occupied. The second floor was quite spacious, with two round tables that could be turned. It's suitable for visiting with a large group. I placed my order using a tablet. Things have really evolved in various ways. ・Kansai-style Umami Sauce Tianjin Rice (¥570) ・Kanto-style Sweet and Sour Sauce Tianjin Rice with Fried Dumplings (¥880) Both come with soup and pickles. The Kanto-style dish was part of a November fair. The Kanto-style sauce had a strong vinegar flavor. However, the egg was slightly overcooked, lacking a fluffy texture, which was disappointing. Self-service for cold water and small plates. The Kansai-style dish had moderate saltiness and a light sauce. The dumplings had a perfect balance between the deliciousness of vegetables and the umami of the meat that came through later. The portion size was also good.
