"La Atori Bistro" @ 'Fukuoka Toei Hotel' offers a wide range of dining options, making it suitable for both guests of the hotel and the general public. Located on the first floor of the annex building of 'Fukuoka Toei Hotel,' I would like to study the cuisine and operations at this restaurant. The interior has a bright and casual atmosphere. Let's start by checking out the menu. They have a category called 'Tapas' which seems suitable for guests looking for light snacks. The menu is divided into fish and meat dishes, with the latter having a hearty feel. They also offer 'Ozaki Beef' in their lineup. Ending the menu with pasta and risotto is a nice touch. The target audience seems well-defined, catering to both hotel guests and locals looking for a meal.
First to arrive was the oven-baked tripe with white kidney beans for 790 yen. The tripe in Fiorentina style was served piping hot after being baked in the oven. Abalone and liver vegetables cooked in a broth came next for 1,380 yen. There's also a colorful vegetable bagna cauda for 730 yen. The highly-praised Ozaki Beef garlic rice is available for 650 yen. While Ozaki Beef is known for its enticing aroma when cooked, it simply tasted delicious this time. With such a diverse menu, it might be a bit challenging to highlight specific features. Nevertheless, for a casual hotel restaurant, it was quite good. It would be even better if Ozaki Beef could function as a signature dish.
