ME Meet the Expert Cuisine July 2021 issue "Vegan Gastronomy" Special Feature. It's a restaurant that I've been really curious about! We made a reservation in advance through the online reservation service One Harmony three weeks ago and visited on a Saturday at 12:30 with two people. The lunch course consisted of 6 dishes and cost 8,800 yen/person (tax included). The menu included Fermented Soy Milk Cream with Orange and Tomato, White Asparagus Panna Cotta, Butterbur Ravioli, Pie-baked Rich Vegetable Flavors, Vegan Cheese, Tiramisu, and a choice of one drink and water charge, totaling 10,560 yen. The course was made entirely without animal-derived ingredients and consisted of vegetables, grains, fruits, etc., catering to vegans and those attempting vegan cuisine for the first time. Personally, I found it quite challenging as it didn't hide its vegan nature but presented an elegant vegan experience. The restaurant had a lovely and stylish interior, providing a luxurious atmosphere, and being able to choose from 3 types of olive oil was a lot of fun (*´꒳`*)☆*゚ The dishes were refined and sophisticated, but the waiting staff, who seemed to be part-time staff, often lacked knowledge about the dishes and required correction from time to time. Overall, it was a great experience to get a glimpse of Japan's top vegan culinary world. The restaurant has a rating of 3.76 on Tabelog and was selected as one of the top 100 Italian restaurants in Tokyo for 2023.
