Vitis Steak Dining in Nakameguro offers a recommended course that includes thick-sliced black Wagyu tongue steak cooked in a kiln, along with smoked salmon, cold couscous with flounder and plums, gazpacho with 15 types of greens, and two types of kiln-grilled black Wagyu steak. They also serve wild Sazae lamb, Kobe beef thigh, Vitis special bite-sized pork cutlet curry, Gugelhupf with cherries, coffee, and petit fours. It's been a while since my last visit, and there are several courses to choose from. I highly recommend the course with the kiln-grilled black Wagyu tongue steak, as it's a unique experience you won't find at your typical yakiniku restaurant. From appetizers to dessert, the food is consistently delicious, and I feel like there are not many places where you can enjoy such quality at this price.
