Booking Process
After placing the order, our team in Japan will complete the reservation on your behalf. We will also send a reservation success email to your inbox, please check it. At the time of dining, you only need to go to the restaurant on time with the name of the person who made the reservation.
We suggest that you provide an alternative contact method to ensure that we can contact you in a timely manner if there are any changes or cancellations to your order. We always respect and protect your privacy, thank you for your trust and support.
Booking Risk
Due to manual, restaurant, and other unpredictable external factors, there is a very small probability that the reservation may not be successful. If the restaurant cancels your order in advance, we will rebook for you as soon as possible and notify you, so please check your email notifications.
If you find that you cannot dine as expected after arriving at the restaurant, please submit a complaint to us in a timely manner. Once we receive your feedback, we will verify the situation as quickly as possible and process the refund for you.
Breach of Contract Risk
According to Japanese dining culture, failing to dine as scheduled may result in the restaurant asking for compensation for losses. To protect your rights and those of the restaurant, if you are certain that you cannot keep the appointment, you can find the "Cancel Reservation" button at the bottom of the successfully booked order in "My Orders".
Each restaurant's cancellation policy differs, and we will display this in the restaurant details, package descriptions, and reservation success email notifications. By placing an order, you agree to the restaurant's regulations. Please strictly comply to avoid breach of contract losses.
Cancel at least 3 days in advance and before the time allowed by the restaurant: We will refund the full reservation service fee (international payments will deduct a handling fee, it is recommended to convert to booking vouchers).
Cancellations less than 3 days in advance or in violation of the restaurant's stipulated time: The reservation service fee will be fully deducted and not refunded. According to the restaurant's regulations, you may also face a certain percentage of meal compensation. If your itinerary is not yet confirmed, please book cautiously.
Japanese restaurants highly value the spirit of contract and will prepare ingredients in advance. Therefore, if you are certain that you cannot keep the appointment, please cancel the reservation as early as possible so that the restaurant can make the corresponding preparations.
