Currently, VIP restaurants cannot be directly booked through the website. High-rated restaurants are usually very difficult to book and require a reservation time of 2-4 weeks or more, depending on the restaurant's response.

After ordering the consulting service fee, you will receive our customer service WeChat account, with service hours from 9:00 to 18:00 on legal working days.

When adding customer service on WeChat, please remark: VIP consultation - order number (xxxxxx).

Communicate with customer service to confirm booking details such as restaurant, time, and number of people.

Most high-rated restaurants are difficult to book, so please be prepared for that. Customer service response might not be immediate, please be patient.

Depending on the difficulty level of booking the restaurant, customer service may charge a deposit equivalent to the meal plan and a corresponding booking service fee.

After the booking is completed by customer service, they will provide you with the booking details.

Consulting fee: A one-time charge of USD 50

After confirming the booking with customer service, additional charges will be required:

Restaurant meal plan deposit: Number of people × meal plan price

Total booking service fee: Depends on the difficulty level of the restaurant booking

Within 3 business days after placing the order, if you are not satisfied with the service, or there are no available restaurants to book, you can request a full refund of the consulting service fee from customer service. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
