Self-book restaurants in collaboration with our website.
Booking Process
1.
Choose the restaurant you want to visit via "Online Booking".
2.
Book by selecting time, number of guests, etc.
3.
After payment is complete, please wait for the booking to be successful. The order will display details such as the name of the person who made the reservation, and you will receive an email confirming the successful booking (some restaurants require a double confirmation, so please pay attention to your email notifications).
Fee
For each reservation, we will charge a booking service fee based on the number of guests (this fee is charged by the platform, unrelated to the restaurant, not a deposit, and is non-refundable after the meal): 【Normal Restaurant】Service fee: number of guests × USD 5 【Premium Restaurant】Service fee: number of guests × USD 10
Cancellation
You can find the "Cancel Reservation" button at the bottom of the successful booking order in "My Orders".
Each restaurant's cancellation policy differs, and we will display this in the restaurant details, package descriptions, and reservation success email notifications. By placing an order, you agree to the restaurant's regulations. Please strictly comply to avoid breach of contract losses.
Cancel at least 3 days in advance and before the time allowed by the restaurant: We will refund the full reservation service fee (international payments will deduct a handling fee, it is recommended to convert to booking vouchers).
Cancellations less than 3 days in advance or in violation of the restaurant's stipulated time: The reservation service fee will be fully deducted and not refunded. According to the restaurant's regulations, you may also face a certain percentage of meal compensation. If your itinerary is not yet confirmed, please book cautiously.
Japanese restaurants highly value the spirit of contract and will prepare ingredients in advance. Therefore, if you are certain that you cannot keep the appointment, please cancel the reservation as early as possible so that the restaurant can make the corresponding preparations.
